I missed the original, but the remake was actually great. I’ve already posted my full review, so I don't really feel like rehashing it here... Anyway, where did you even find that poster? Haven't seen that one yet. What really ticks me off, though, is that some idiots are actually filming a sequel to that remake. Absolute lowlifes.

Personally, I find the books far superior. The actors in the early installments are incredibly grating. Especially that damn Hermione. 😠 Her constant sweetness, know-it-all attitude, and subpar acting just get under my skin. That said, things improve significantly by the Third installment. I'm talking about the books, obviously. The films are decent enough—they capture the fantasy and magic from the source material quite well—but they're essentially condensed versions that take much longer to read...
The first part felt a bit juvenile, though it was watchable.
The second one had a solid scene with the spiders. 🙏 🙏 However, there was a lot of hype surrounding the violent sequences, like when Phoenix gouges out the Basilisk's eyes, but it wasn't anything special (similar to Hannibal)
I haven't seen the third one yet, but I picked it up and am looking forward to seeing the Dementors, the Griffin, and the werewolves. 🙏 🙏
I have the fourth one as well, though I haven't watched it either.
I don't really care about the movies anyway; I'm not particularly interested in the newer entries. I only bought these for my 11-year-old cousin. The books are much better, and certainly easier on the eyes. 😁 Still, the plot is becoming increasingly promising, especially in the final book. Everything is getting darker and more tense. I'm actually looking forward to the final book to see how it all ends.
