Should we just open a sportsbook to bet on which one of these shows gets canceled first? 😁
Like Teenage Fanclub’s "Alcoholiday" — a bit of a cynical take, I know.
The track is "Ava Adore" from the *Adore* album—now, while *Siamese Dream* is the undisputed heavyweight champion here, I suspect you’d actually gravitate toward that "pseudo-goth" vibe they went for on *Adore* (which, if we're being honest, is their weakest effort)
Think along the lines of something like Mclusky's "She Will Only Bring You Happiness"
"...a warning to any extraterrestrials looking to land—stay far away from this town"😁
"...touring with Nirvana—those nature types—they just don't seem to have a purpose... I honestly can't wrap my head around what they're getting at, and frankly, I couldn't care less."
🙂
Listen, Plocnik... it's better than Smash Pumpkins (even if I do have a soft spot for them... damn. 🙄 )

4. Nirvana - The Man Who Sold the World (just to throw in something easy-going)
I really hope you realize that isn't even a Nirvana track... and please—let's not force the Pixies into a category where they don't belong. They didn't have the long hair, they weren't rocking the flannel shirts, and honestly, I'm pretty sure they actually bothered with regular hygiene once in a while.😁
Like, maybe try something like Sy - The Dripping Dream (yeah! Grunge! Yeah! 🙂 ))
So, here’s how I see it... if we’re splitting Grunge into two camps—the "glam" crowd versus the hard rockers (ugh, please!) and the alternative/punk side—you’re seriously missing out on the latter group, but what you're lacking most is...
Heh... honestly, I haven't listened to Blind Melon in ages—let me dig around and see if I can actually find my old cassette tape somewhere... nooooooo raaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiinnnnn🙂

Ah, that was actually the weekend my current boyfriend showed up in Austin—under the pretense that we all had to cook dinner for his best friend and my best friend. They were still busy prepping while we'd already been together for a year and a half. 🙂

Nope... that was actually referring to a completely different movie...
