I just caught the first one a couple of weeks back, and honestly? It didn't do much for me. If it wasn't for Atkinson, I doubt anyone would even know this movie exists. As for the sequel, I'm not holding my breath for anything special.

They’re basically untouchable, sitting in a league of their own—though I haven't sat down to watch everything they've put out yet.

I haven't sat down to watch the movie yet, but honestly, since it’s flying under the radar despite people actually liking it, I have a hunch it's solid. You always run into those gems—brilliant pieces of cinema that just never catch the eye of the mainstream crowd. I'll get around to watching it soon and let you know what I think.

It’s because these types don't even have basic respect for themselves,
let alone anyone else.

Lord of the Rings, all of them... just an agonizingly long, unnecessary drag. On top of being completely unrealistic, it’s a total disaster. Honestly, those movies are my go-to cure for insomnia.

First off... I’d argue that people aren't really "destined" for anything specific... and second... well... when you're being realistic—staying humble, keeping your ego in check—you don't actually experience much suffering. Or rather... you don't have much of it. Suffering mostly stems from striving... from desire, I guess. There are certainly people out there who don't ask for much from life... but even then, it's not always simple. The path to actual... happiness... is tricky. Sometimes it feels like God hands us suffering just to pull us closer to Him... because it's through those hard times that you actually gain the things that matter most.

Sure, she’s got pipes, but let's be real—half the singers on the radio have voices just like that. It’s nothing groundbreaking. And honestly? It’s hard to even buy what she’s selling visually. The camera is way too close to her face, and she looks like she hasn't had a decent meal in years. No curves at all, just... thin. She definitely doesn't have that classic, soulful look you'd expect from someone with that kind of presence.
