Hey there—so here’s the deal 😁 I’ve got these two different Excel files floating around; one is basically my master price list with all the items and their costs, and the other is where I actually put together my client quotes... What I'm wondering is, how can I link them up so I don't have to manually open the price list and type everything out every single time? Ideally, I want to just type in an item name, have it pop up for me, and once I pick it, have the price automatically jump into the quote... kind of like magic... Really appreciate any help you guys can throw my way...☕
You're probably not going to stumble upon that just anywhere; you might have some luck checking the local classifieds... Wouldn't it be way easier to just handle that through a software fix?! ☕

Look, it really boils down to whether you actually need the scanner and copier functions or if you’re just gonna let them collect dust, plus how much you're planning to print. You aren't going to find everything bundled together for $200. If you want a laser printer, a scanner, and a copier all in one without the whole thing being total junk, you'll pay for it. Your options are basically either a dedicated laser or an all-in-one inkjet.

I ran into the exact same thing with my laptop—the backlight died and left me staring at a screen where you could barely make out a ghost of an image. Luckily, I managed to track down an identical part on Craigslist ($83) and swapped it out myself. Honestly, your best bet is to just scour eBay or some other online marketplace; if there's a replacement backlight for that specific LCD floating around somewhere, you'll find it. ☕

I’m actually one of those unlucky souls currently looking to ditch my monochrome laser and make the jump over to inkjet. My old B&W laser basically just retired to a farm upstate. Honestly, the smartest move might be playing both sides—keeping a trusty monochrome laser for the heavy lifting while having a color inkjet sitting there for the occasional creative project.
I'm totally on board with that setup, mostly because color lasers are still way too expensive for most people. For what it's worth, that's exactly how I run my home office! 😉
Hmm...😁 I've always grabbed my stuff from Office Depot and honestly, I’ve been pretty happy; I haven't run into any issues with their remanufactured toners. Usually, the price lands right around $50...☕ Or you could just check here...
