jademarlin54 said:I really don't know how old you are, but most fans sitting in the east stands have experienced the north side before; though, just to clear up any confusion, they aren't the Raiders, because the Raiders are always on the north regardless of how old anyone is.☕
Why isn't it acceptable to boo our own players when people feel like they aren't putting in enough effort?🤷 I felt today that our guys just weren't giving it their all, whereas the players from the opposing team were absolutely fighting for every inch. It's pretty likely they were booing our squad because our boys should have been grinding harder than the other side, especially since they had their own fans backing them up, or don't you see it differently?🤷
No true fan is going to boo if they see the players fighting tooth and nail, even when things aren't going our way; every Yankees fan expects them to die for that jersey, and if they lose despite that grit, there won't be any booing. But that wasn't the case today—it was actually quite the opposite, as the other team seemed to be the ones fighting. And regarding short-term versus long-term results, everyone is probably aware of what's happening within the club, but you also have to realize that people are completely fed up with excuses. We haven't seen real results in years, and it’s hard for the older generation to watch this, knowing that the Yankees are the biggest club in America, only to have some random underdog or an Inter come along and snatch points from us. You could practically tear them apart at home for that! I don't care about any excuses; I want a win, for heaven's sake—it's not like we're playing Barcelona!

Have you perhaps considered that they simply ran out of steam? If you actually watched the game, you saw that moment around the 80th minute where Cakta is holding the ball in the center but has no one to pass to because nobody is running—everyone is just standing there, exhausted. Did it ever cross your mind that the coach might be to blame, acting like he's both the manager and the conditioning coach by absolutely destroying these players in practice? Every single break he takes, he turns it into a 500-mile sprint session, so naturally, no one can move. How do you explain why these players fought so hard in most games, only to suddenly stop trying now?🙂
Anyone who was booing yesterday needs to be banned from the stadium; I am honestly sick of those idiots. They act like hooligans, booing their own club's players, and I don't think there's another team in the world where the fans behave like that. I understand booing certain expensive imports who make 300,000 dollars and can barely run, but booing our own guys like this today is something I just cannot wrap my head around. To hell with all of them. Good for Cakta, let him ignore the noise; the kid is the team's top scorer this year, yet he gets harassed from the stands. Kudos to him, because those people aren't real fans. And then there's Mišo, that poor soul who tries to suck up to the fans in every interview, and now he wants to hand out punishments too? If anyone deserves to be booed, it's him, because for the hundredth time, he's introducing these brutal training sessions—I don't know if he's been doing this since his days in Milan or what—where he kills these players with three hours of training the day before a match and two hours on match day. This isn't how things were done 300 years ago.

I’m actually looking for an agency just like that! What on earth is wrong with you people?

If you're coming from "that other" forum, it's way easier to just use your DraftKings account, but I guess some folks around here aren't quite there yet, you know?

I honestly have no clue why everyone is getting so worked up; at this point, I can barely tell who belongs to the Chicago Bulls, who's with Real Madrid, or even who's part of the local crew. Can someone please just explain how I'm supposed to keep track of all this?🤷
In my opinion, using a DraftKings account is the best move because it's so convenient for everyone. I'd love to chip in more often, but I really can't be bothered to drive to a bank and wait in line, or I'll just end up forgetting about it entirely. Plus, having a DraftKings app right there on my phone makes it so easy—if I ever win something, I can just drop it in immediately.

p.s. if you really want to make a donation, maybe reach out to the Lakers or the Warriors fan clubs, let's try to act with a little bit of class here!!!

U L L C !!!

Which club are we supposed to withhold funds from so some shady agent can just swoop in and grab them anyway? Honestly, the easiest way would probably be to just put the money onto a DraftKings account.

People use slang all the time—it’s just like how we might use certain colorful terms back home, so what’s the big deal? The real issue isn't the word itself, it's just that you see journalists using it on TV and in the news, which makes it feel more official, but I don't see any actual harm in it. Everyone should just take a breath and relax a little bit.

First off, when a guy writes "the game," how am I supposed to know exactly where he's from? And you 🤷

but honestly, that specific term is so repulsive to me that I can barely even bring myself to read it here. It feels like if they actually banned the national team and football matches entirely, I could live in Los Angeles for 200 years without ever having to hear that word spoken.
It doesn't really have anything to do with the specific topic at hand, but I just absolutely loathe that expression. 🙂

Gary Green32 said:If I could get paid a single dollar for every time Smith got absolutely roasted by the crowd in the stands over the last year, I’d be a millionaire by now. Seriously, how does someone manage that? One minute he’s failing at basic communication, the next everyone is losing their minds with excitement, and then suddenly he’s moping around like a total martyr. It’s honestly wild that after spending four and a half years learning the ropes of leading a fanbase, this guy still gets taken to task by the stands on a regular basis. Does he ever learn?

It feels like we’re running into the exact same wall again, doesn't it? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the cheering wasn't great, but shouldn't we give people a little breathing room to actually find their rhythm? Experience takes time to build, and eventually, the fans will figure out what isn't working by listening to the people right there in the stands—thank God we have plenty of passionate supporters in the crowd, so why on earth should we be obsessing over what everyone is shouting on the internet? We just need to let things settle and let that collective experience grow naturally, because this really is a massive leap forward for the Hell Angels, even if it doesn't feel like it just yet. Besides, our energy always seems to mirror how the Kansas City Chiefs are playing on the field, and since last night was an absolute disaster, it's no wonder the vibe felt off. Honestly, wouldn't it be funny if I were reading all these same critiques if the Chiefs had actually pulled off a dominant 4-0 win?

It is absolutely hilarious, isn't it? Honestly, Smith managed to drive the entire fan base into a total frenzy from the very first game! 🙄 It really takes a lot of patience and steady effort these days, doesn't it? It’s just not like the old days where some drunk could just stumble up, take charge, and suddenly think they're running the whole show.
Miller really needs to stop whining about how the fan leaders run things and start offering some actual, constructive suggestions on how to make the atmosphere better. I mean, seriously, does anyone actually believe it’s easy to grab a megaphone or a mic and command the attention of five thousand people when you've never done it before? If they think it's that simple, they are living in a total fantasy land. I remember one time I tried stepping up—and honestly, I was half-assing it because I was exhausted—and within two songs, I couldn't even remember what we were supposed to be singing anymore! So, maybe everyone who loves to talk trash should take a moment to imagine themselves standing there, trying to lead a crowd of five thousand people, before they open their mouths again.
I honestly can't help but feel that the atmosphere would be three times more electric if the Kansas City Chiefs were actually playing better, because right now, this whole game just feels completely lifeless, don't you think?

Ryan Chavez3 said:Is there really any difference between being restrained or being flat-out against it? Maybe the vibe feels different, but at the end of the day, the club isn't going to get that same level of credit regardless!

Here are the cold, hard facts:

1. Let's look at Luka Podrug—the guy from Dinamo who loves to launch these manufactured attacks against the local Democratic party or the national federation right before any major discussion about Liverpool FC. It’s always the same pattern where certain sensitive types crawl out of their holes with the Green Party and vanish... remember when the city had to guarantee $5 million and the local radio stations were attacking them like cowards just to get those people to clear out? It happens every single time; it's the same old playbook, and honestly, it feels like the public just doesn't see through it. Even back in the day, they were all in league with Donald Trump... you had guys like Baja Jurjevic and Trump himself, and Podrug is basically backing Trumpian interests.

2. This same Luka Podrug actually pulls fewer votes in elections than the project from New Hampshire has members now, yet here he is trying to weigh in. Where does he get the moral authority, for heaven's sake? He acts like he's some city councilman protecting municipal property from the fraudsters and cronies who have wormed their way into the club, calling meetings and making a scene like he's some hero. What a joke.

3. Then you have Jim Guy Beebe, the Democratic heavyweight aiming for mayor. Just a day or two before that infamous Friday, he's out there in the media saying he'll support the damn guarantee for the club... only to flip his decision within 24 hours and claim he's just being "restrained," while the rest of the leftists stay opposed. Among them is Gojko Cepo from the North Side, who shows up regularly to the Ultras section... his vote is AGAINST... just so we are clear regarding the city council. He and Tomislav Gojo (from the Republican side) have had their season tickets for years—one for the North, one for the East. Everyone else is just a bunch of populists mentioning the club's name for daily political clout. I heard a rumor that some kid was sending Trumpian party members to media appearances, but take that with a grain of salt.

4. And those cowards on the city council... the ones who have been running this club for 20 years... they don't want to vote for the damn guarantee. They act like owners, yet they don't give a damn about protecting their own assets. It's shameful! They should be bringing up the issue regarding the old grounds that were given to Liverpool FC. The owners essentially donated all rights of possession and use to the club! The City of Los Angeles basically claimed it for themselves by working with the media to brainwash the public. It all went to court, and if I recall correctly, the first ruling actually favored the club—until the people the city sent to run the club took over, and naturally, the club lost the old grounds! Those cowards refuse to even mention or investigate that!

5. These people simply don't care about the club, not even when it comes to the youth academy, which is vital. How are we supposed to be number one when the city of Chicago gives Dinamo money totaling nearly 70% of our budget? It's an absolute disgrace to both the state and the city!

6. Bankruptcy is death for a club like this because Liverpool FC has no assets for creditors to seize. Please, spare me the talk about losing points; if a bankruptcy trustee has nothing to sell, the doors just get locked. He isn't going to sell off players, and he certainly won't sell the stadium since it belongs to the city under a lease agreement. If that happens, all the small shareholders get screwed, along with big names like Andabak or Rimac. We’d be relegated to the bottom tier, and who knows when we'd ever recover? And let's be real, who's to say the club would be any more honest than it is now? For all we know, we'd just end up with a new batch of cronies in ten years.

7. Tomorrow, everyone needs to show up at the administration building. We have to realize that without this guarantee, we are in an almost impossible situation. Forget school, college, or daycare for the first three hours tomorrow; just call in sick. It’s a massive day for all of us... the Ultras, the hooligans, the fans... everything!

Maybe my grammar is a mess, but I just had to get this out. I am so incredibly fed up with these politicians and journalists who spend their lives brainwashing the public, seriously! 😠

Everything here is spot on, and honestly, I don't think there's much left to add. If the administration tries to ban access to the stadium, they'll be facing the Ultras, who are basically permanent fixtures there anyway. They’re going to take the fight straight to the faces of anyone trying to block us, including Donald Trump types and those other shady characters too. Letting the club go into bankruptcy is essentially signing a death warrant for Liverpool FC, and we absolutely cannot let that happen. There is actually a path to salvation through a loan, especially if we can pull off the sale of Radosević—who already has a €6 million offer on the table—plus maybe one more player down the line. If we can just endure this mess for a few more years, then once we clear the decks, we can start making a real run for the big leagues, maybe even the Champions League within five years? Once those debts are wiped out, we'll be looking at contracts that aren't exceeding $50,000 a year, which means selling just one talented player per season could cover our costs. So, there really is hope for Liverpool FC, provided that dead-end loan gets approved tomorrow.
They’ll probably hold the vote tomorrow, and while some people might think it's better to stay home, I believe the exact opposite is true; we need to show up in massive numbers. Even though it's Monday at 8 in the morning, we have to be there to show just how ready we are to make life difficult for anyone thinking they can destroy Liverpool FC, and to send a message so that nobody ever even dreams of trying it again.

Peter Barrett said:It’s actually pretty impressive how many of you managed to show up on a random workday during this downpour. 👍

Even just one person shows up! 🙂 Seriously though, huge props to everyone who made it out, especially those who probably had to sneak away from work early just to get here. I don't remember it being this wet back when that massive storm hit for two hours straight, where people were basically hopping out of SUVs soaked to the bone and wandering into local spots looking like drowned rats, much to the shock of the staff. 😁

While we’re all busy bickering over who’s a true supporter and who actually runs a real hardcore club, the whole organization is headed straight for bankruptcy. Instead of getting our act together before this meeting, why didn't we all just band together and block them from even making it through the door tomorrow? Honestly, what were we thinking, letting people like Neven run wild like this?

Well, I think I'll throw some fuel on the fire and just ask one simple question.

1. Is it actually true that the US Congress meeting was pushed back because the group originally scheduled to lead the session aren't even members of the US Congress?

P.S.

Matthew Foster8 said:you guys basically wrote the exact same thing, so I might as well just address both of you at once...
I think you guys completely misread what I was getting at, because honestly, I’m not dwelling on the past or anything like that, so what is it with all this talk about nostalgia or being stuck in the old ways? Did I not make myself clear enough, or did everyone just miss my point entirely?
If someone isn't some kind of traditionalist clinging to the good old days, then I guess that's just me.
The whole issue here is simply that the Rangers Supporters Club hasn't evolved with the times; instead of growing stronger as the years pass, the group has become diluted and has been used far too often as a punching bag for others. A huge chunk of this group feels more like a casual social club than an actual supporters' group, and that's really the crux of the matter if you just look around at who is actually moving forward and who is just stagnating.
The Rangers Supporters Club needs to be the powerhouse today and tomorrow. Who cares about the eighties or the nineties? What happened back then stays in the past.

I totally get where you're coming from, but I am firmly convinced that whenever the Rangers Supporters Club truly needs to step up—instead of just going on a little field trip—that real spirit shows up, and there are plenty of examples to prove it. Personally, I was right there in the thick of it during several matches, and I could list them off easily.
Take that time in Chicago, for instance, when people were trying to deny us our space; we were running through the plaza, and even after they waited forever just to finally confront us by throwing chairs, we knew exactly what kind of chaos we were walking into, and there were 150 of us ready for it.
That trip to Miami felt the same way, with everyone ready to go; I don't see how anyone could have stood against us when a thousand people showed up early in the city, and honestly, those people throwing rocks from the woods? That's their shame, not ours.
Even in Philly, there were a thousand of us prepared for anything, including a scrap with the police; I was certain we'd face multiple confrontations with their local groups, but instead, those poor souls were just throwing stuff from the other stands the whole time.

What I’m trying to say is that when we sense things might get ugly—when it feels like a real battle rather than just a weekend away—the fans, both young and old, really do rise up, and that is exactly the kind of Rangers Supporters Club you're talking about.

And for me personally, nothing beats that time we rallied to save our beloved team, even if it looked a bit ridiculous at the time. If we hadn't stepped up, the club would have folded or gone into bankruptcy, and if the team is gone, what happens to the supporters? Since we aren't traveling to places like New York or Dallas as much lately, why not show that we still have the guts to protect the club from disappearing entirely?

Benjamin Cruz29 said:I totally agree that there’s always a certain crowd in the stands who, if things get chaotic, might struggle to figure out how to get home if transportation isn't sorted out beforehand, but honestly, aren't those just growing pains of actually having solid organization? On the flip side, there are so many great things that have come from this evolution... for instance, no matter how much people complain about those 3,000 random fans just drinking beer in the stands, I personally found the letters from the old-school supporters back in the day more painful than any scrap, not to mention all those away games where we had zero photos to show for it... now we see thousands of banners representing every little town, even though most of us are based in the big city and a couple of guys are just there because they had nothing better to do.

I think we should all understand that things can, and really ought to, keep getting better.

The Rockettes are way more organized, serious, and three times larger today than they were back in the early 2000s.
Personally, I love seeing that progress, and if someone doesn't like it, well, they can go ahead and grumble about how nothing is ever good enough. But isn't it just much nicer to see a thousand people traveling for an away game who cheer passionately for almost the entire match, rather than seeing 150 people who spend half the game ignoring the action and the other half just shouting at the top of their lungs?
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Larry Baker3 said:How about we approach it this way instead? We shouldn't be closing the doors on people who show up to every single home game and most of the away trips, even if they aren't ready to jump into everything right away; they're more than willing to lend a hand when it comes to the graffiti or the stadium choreographies. After all, not everyone can be a die-hard superfan, right? Let them handle their part—cheering, waving the flags, and talking strategy—while those who are actually responsible for the heavy lifting, like the street art, the pyrotechnics, or the banners, should just pick someone they trust and stand firmly by their side.

Actually, I think there are even more fans like that than you might realize. If I'm being honest, I've become one of those supporters myself over the last few years—though mostly because of health issues related to too much 😁 rather than a conscious choice! But if help is needed, I’ll step up; if there's a need for assistance with a big display, I'll be there. As long as the atmosphere in the stands is great, does it really matter who is leading the charge? I have to say, what they did recently was incredible and took the energy to a whole new level, but if a small group of people can keep things at that high standard, especially during the games where the Yankees really need that extra boost, then why change it?
To give you an example from my own life, I'm trying to say there's a huge crowd of supporters out there who are happy to help the core members of the Rockettes who are putting in all the hard work. Personally, I know at least ten people who would drop everything to help with any task, even if they don't consider themselves "die-hard" members of the group itself.
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Joseph Harris5 said:Honestly, if someone claims they don't care who’s leading the charge on the sidelines, they can't really call themselves part of the Rockettes. Isn't that exactly what separates a die-hard supporter from just being a casual fan? Don't get me wrong, both groups love the Yankees, and I have nothing but respect for the fans who follow every stat and can name players from fifty years ago, but being a true supporter is on a whole different level entirely. It’s about different rules, different connections, and a completely different way of life. If you claim to be one of the Rockettes but couldn't care less about the leadership of the group, then you just aren't one of us.

And then, on the flip side, you have those people who know every single tiny detail—like who’s smoking what or who’s wearing which hat—yet they can't tell you a single player's name on the roster.
It’s such a tricky thing, trying to be a real supporter, especially when you're talking about the Yankees and being part of the Rockettes, which really is one of the best groups in the country right now.
