'Vice' Stars Christian Bale, Amy Adams, & Director Adam McKay Talk Dick Cheney Film | THR It’s a pretty short interview—but hey, I'll take what I can get. 🎉
I think I've watched the trailer at least 20 times now. 🙂

I'm with you on that. But honestly, TV shows today are produced at such an insanely high level—they've got incredible casts—whereas the film industry, like we were saying earlier, is just losing that race. I mean, you don't even have to look at which movies are breaking box office records to see it. It’s not that I have anything against Transformers lead being a thing—I've gotten used to it—but it's wrecking the movie industry. That's why people are pivoting to TV; it's more engaging, and the characters and plots tend to be way more thoughtful and well-executed.
I've always had a soft spot for people with a real sense of humor—folks who actually make an effort to get to know you, show some empathy, and have actual interests and a genuine zest for life. And honestly? It’s great when someone can lift your spirits when you're feeling low, especially if they aren't too afraid to admit they need that same boost sometimes.
There are plenty of traits I can't stand, but nothing gets under my skin more than someone being genuinely malicious or acting like they're better than everyone else. That kind of arrogance... it just really bugs me.

Meh. It was pretty lackluster. Reminds me a bit of some scavenger out in the wild.
But seriously, it's just... 😁To me, Richard Gere is mostly for those sugary, low-effort roles.

Yeah, I'm with you there. That Perry guy is basically just a worse version of Adam Sandler.
Great movie—hats off to Matthew McConaughey for this one. Jared Leto also killed his part. Jennifer was alright, though I feel like most actresses could have pulled off a role like that. She isn't exactly the standout, she just serves to show there are actually people in that world who use their heads—people who don't put money or perks above everything else, unlike that doctor who was excellent. That role really suited him.
Just finished watching and I have to say, it was really good. The acting is top-tier—simple, slow-moving plot with just enough humor woven in. I could honestly see it picking up an Oscar. Definitely recommend. 9/10
Great movie... easily the best sports film out there because it doesn't pull any punches. It shows everything—the fake glamour, the brutality, the sheer lack of ethics... honestly, just a fantastic film. 🙏🙏
Personally, I think it's just okay... has a few funny moments, but nothing really special. I don't get why everyone is making such a huge deal out of 🤷
