Emily Martinez9 said:Hey Dan. I was wondering, if you have something that requires a signature and you aren't home when they arrive, the mail carrier usually leaves a slip in your mailbox, right? What's the usual deal there—do they actually drop it in the box the same day, or does it take until the next day?

It's nothing super sensitive, like my SSN or anything, but after reading through the first post, I gotta ask—how often does standard mail just... vanish? It’s pretty important that this stuff actually makes it to the destination. They're kind of specific documents, you know? Not really the type of thing you can just easily replace if they go missing.
Should I just stick with regular USPS First Class, or how much extra am I looking at if I go with Certified Mail?
Seriously, I've never even sent a package before.🤷🤣☕
Taylor Martinez55 said:Hey, quick question—I need to mail a package over to a neighborhood in D.C., so I was wondering if I should just put 10000 Washington, D.C., on there, or do I actually need the specific zip code for that area?
Carol White3 said:Does anyone know why this package wasn't sent to my local post office (over in Vrbana) instead of just sitting there at the Branimirov branch?
The mail carrier literally taped a yellow slip to the main entrance of my building saying I have to pick up the package over at the Branimirov location. Honestly, sticking it on the building door is just insane to me because my last name is clearly marked on both the intercom and the mailbox 🤷. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened—I get packages all the time and I always just head down to my neighborhood post office 😕
.
I actually called the Branimirov branch, but the woman on the phone couldn't give me a straight answer as to why it wasn't delivered locally. She just kept repeating that it’s a package and that the package is at the Branimirov location. I asked her "why" specifically like, several times, and the only response I got was, "Because it's a package..." I mean, what does that even mean? I'm totally lost here...

Dennis Cruz62 said:I've got a quick question here. Some guy hit me up yesterday about that tennis racket I'm selling. He wants me to ship it via C.O.D. through the post office, and he'll cover the shipping costs. But honestly, I'm stuck on how the hell I'm supposed to pack this thing. It's way too big for basically any box I've come across, and I'm drawing a total blank. If I just threw it in the racket bag or wrapped it in some heavy-duty paper, would the USPS even accept that? Please let me know ASAP!
Thanks!
Melissa Phillips4 said:Does anyone actually know how long it takes when you're doing a money order through the Post Office? Like, how long does it usually take for the funds to actually hit an account at a different bank—and I mean a real bank, not just some local credit union or Chase?

Where does a bubble mailer of medium size (totally stuffed with 😁 ) fall?
Is it just standard mail?
-under 100g = $1.50? Is that really it?
Thanks
