Hey, tech support—could you maybe drop by this sub once in a while? Seriously, over the last few days, I’m pretty sure the majority of us on Reddit have been dealing with constant glitches. You can barely log in, and even if you actually manage to get through the door, the site just kicks you right back out at the very next step 🙄 It’s honestly exhausting having to refresh the page every single second just to make sure my comment actually posts
Wait, why hasn't anyone even mentioned Paris Hilton yet? Is she just totally excluded from the conversation because people don't view her as an "actress" despite everything she brings to the table? 🤣

And honestly? She just does those romantic comedies—they're all the same cookie-cutter formula, nothing high-brow about them—so I can't really put her in the same league as actors who actually tackle heavy dramas or intense thrillers. And Mila in Black Swan? She's just as bad as Jackie. I mean, come on, you can't take a character in a movie like that seriously when they're played with such zero substance.🙄
Raymond Walker5 said:It’s honestly difficult to point to any American actor I’ve watched and label them as truly bad, mostly because even their less talented performers often have more range than 99% of the actors we see back home. I might find certain actors a bit irritating or just plain silly—take Will Smith or Adam Sandler, for instance. And look, it’s true that Jennifer Aniston isn't exactly my favorite either, but I would never go so far as to say they lack acting ability. Sometimes I feel like certain actors lack a certain depth of character, yet they still manage to pull off every role with total professionalism, much like Tom Cruise does. I remember watching this one American crime procedural—the kind where they spend an entire season solving cold cases—and there was this one episode where a character gave such a dramatic, poorly executed performance that I was genuinely stunned. At first, I actually thought he was playing a disturbed or eccentric character, but no... it turned out he was simply giving a terrible performance.
At the end of the day, Americans certainly know how to act. Meanwhile, on our side, we struggle to find that level of skill despite all the arrogance and the idea that we are somehow much bigger than we actually are.
I totally agree with you here it just hit me—remember the cast from Forbidden Love? You wouldn't believe how much worse they are than anyone else🤣

The real issue here? There just aren't enough tiny GIFs out there! 🙄
Everyone’s constantly tearing into Jennifer Aniston—look, she does those romantic comedies that are basically trash by design, so why even take them seriously? 😬 And honestly, Mila Kunis too, though she actually had some range in Black Swan. She’s been pretty much the same since her Jack Phase; you could honestly write a whole thesis on her career if you really wanted to. But hey, I actually find both of them charming, so they don't exactly get under my skin. 😉
How do I actually set an Animated GIF as my avatar? Every time I download one and try to resize it, the damn thing just turns into a static image like nothing happened 🤷
Help me out here: what are the actual symptoms of a dislocated knee? Basically, I leaned on my bad knee way too hard today—nothing crazy for a healthy knee, obviously, but since then, it’s just been constant, throbbing pain... it’s also looking pretty swollen, which happens because I’ve got a torn meniscus and some cartilage damage according to my last scans, and now it looks almost bruised I mean, this kind of thing happens to me sometimes, but it’s never actually hurt this much before I’m icing it and slathering on those drugstore pain relief gels, but honestly? It barely does anything beyond a temporary fix To be totally blunt, I’m terrified of going to the doctor if this doesn't clear up soon. A few years back, I was told I needed arthroscopic surgery, and I’m just scared they’ll walk in and immediately insist on doing it again Is there even a clinic out there where I can look into those injection treatments? You know, the stuff pro skiers use to get back on the slopes quickly after an injury?
As soon as I saw Kit Harington was in it and realized it’s a period piece, I’m watching 😍 —I mean, look, he might not be some massive A-lister, but his presence alone makes it worth my time 😁
I’m looking at this and honestly, Americans act like he’s some kind of god, but compared to the absolute GOAT... he’s a total zero. Seriously, just looking at this lineup makes my head spin because it's so massive 😂 —it’s almost too much to even process. Plus, I’m pretty sure they still have at least ten better festivals back home than this one
Alexander Price74 said:... I felt the exact same way—the whole thing just looked pathetic... and it got even more embarrassing when Maric (the organizer) went on PBS with Skugor and the Lollapalooza promoter for the US and spent the entire time trashing Lollapalooza, claiming it's been on a downward spiral for years... while insisting Coachella is the most innovative festival in the region and beyond... etc etc... honestly, listening to him was painful... Seriously though, this festival had exactly one legitimate headliner who actually matters on a global scale... everything else was just beating a dead horse and padding out the schedule just to stretch things into three days when it could have easily been packed into a single day... Beer $6.00? ... No thanks, I’ll take my chances being sober at a festival for once... hm, maybe that's why I didn't even enjoy myself...?!
Wait, did beer prices really jump to $6.00? 😲 I mean, I bought some from this guy who paid early and gave him 20, and now I'm wondering why he hasn't given me my change back $1.75 🤣... anyway, I usually get buzzed beforehand—don't get me wrong, I can sober up—but damn, I'd go bankrupt if I kept drinking there... I didn't even buy food; yesterday I snuck in some pretzels, and the days before that, I was basically starving 🙄 In my opinion, there aren't enough stages at this festival—only two real ones, and that smaller one never even has music playing, so the whole lineup basically boils down to the main stage from about 9:15 PM until maybe 1 AM; I wouldn't even bother showing up any earlier than that And look, if they actually managed to book some recognizable names, the price wouldn't be 250-350—depending on when you bought tickets, it would be closer to $167—but then fewer people would show up. It all really comes down to how much cash someone is willing to drop, but hey, you can't expect Coachella every year, surely you guys realize that ☕... plus, Lollapalooza has always been miles ahead Since Coachella brings in one "legendary comeback" act every year, I'm expecting Moby next year 😁
The Artics were the whole reason I even showed up, and honestly? They absolutely delivered. 😁 They played some new tracks, but more importantly, they dug up those old classics that just hit different... like "Certain Romance"... I haven't heard that one in about 150 years and I was totally 😍...it’s pretty obvious Alex really looked out for us ladies 😍 and his image is totally fine with me—I genuinely don't get why people talk so much trash about him, he gives off such a strong Beatles vibe 😁 so yeah, for me, the festival is basically over since the only thing left on my radar today is the Editors, even if I only know a handful of their songs
Iggy Pop is a literal god 👍 I mean, I wasn't standing right in the second row or anything, but I totally lost my chance to get up near the stage because my boyfriend—get this—hit me in the stomach so hard out of nowhere that I actually thought I was going to explode. So yeah, I gave up right then and there 😢
Today is all about The Monkees... I’m expecting a total spectacle 😁
Jessica Barrett3 said:Nah, but if it’s gonna pour, I'm showing up in a raincoat—and nobody is stopping me 😬
And you can only get away with a raincoat because I'm pretty sure they won't even let you bring an umbrella inside... what a joke. Plus, I totally agree about those bands playing way too early—I'm not even dragging myself out of the house before 7 or 8 PM.
Is someone actually out here wishing for rain? I just checked the forecast and honestly, it looks pretty grim—supposedly nothing but rain for the next three days straight. I’m seriously considering swapping out our three-day pass for a single-day one, but let me run it by the crew first.

ugh thanks, I finally got it done 🙂 I kept trying to use that reset fields thing—which honestly just made everything way more complicated than it needed to be—and of course, it never worked for me. 🤣
