But the real question is HOW and WHO exactly are you looking to for help?
Because if you're lying there with broken legs, some people might just think you're taking a nap and don't need anything. And others? They see bone sticking out and decide to take the long way around to avoid the mess.
You've gotta figure out a better way to signal for help.
I keep waking up in the middle of the night or early morning completely soaked, from my hair down to my underwear... It’s a total mess because I have to change everything... and honestly, I have zero clue what’s causing it. It’s definitely not a climax (I think?), and I'm not even hot—my room is breezy, and I sleep in cotton clothes and bedding... anyone have any ideas on what could be behind this?

I told him, "Listen, you can go every day, but if you aren't putting in at least an hour and a half or two hours of real work, you're just wasting your time!!"
So they just show up so they have something to brag about, like "Oh, I go to the gym EVERY day." Not everyone sees what (isn't) actually happening. 😛
The movie premiered back in the spring at Cannes, Berlin, and a few other big festivals
It’s already been playing here in Sweden for two months now
It’s decent, but honestly, it isn't anything we haven't seen from Kusturica before Wild drunken parties, crazy animals, great music, total chaos... it's all mashed together with this love story about a married, clumsy Mexican guy and a naive young Muslim woman... It's basically Romeo and Juliet set in the old quarter, just reimagined
Still, it's worth a watch either way
A fun little trivia fact: Kusturica's son actually plays the captain in the film

Don't be embarrassed to admit it (I won't tell 😉), I really need to watch this movie. thanks 😉

Are there any exercises, creams, compresses, or some other kind of therapy to get this over with faster?
There definitely are. I’m prone to dislocating my joints all the time.
The last time I totally trashed myself, my doctor gave me this incredibly strong ointment. It worked wonders for joint pain, swelling, and all that junk.
The catch is I live in Sweden, so I have no clue if you can find it here in the States. But just so you know, it's called ORUDIS GEL 2.5% with Ketoprofen as the active ingredient.
Method number two: Chinese acupressure.
Last time I dislocated a joint and it swelled up, I had an appointment with an acupuncturist. Besides the needles, they gave me a foot massage.
When the woman saw my joint, she was like, "Don't worry, I've got this," and spent ten minutes pressing and squeezing it so hard I was practically crying—and then I limped my way home (after hobbling in on one leg).
Sure, they say "it’s nothing," but let’s be real... It’s definitely something. The damn thing is still right there, and it still hurts like hell. How do I actually get rid of this thing??????
Do they have any herbs, ointments, weird techniques, or even some dark magic out there that can make this spot just shut up and stop hurting?
Alright, time for a quick update on my breast exam
So, I headed over to this specialized clinic here in the States
They use the Touche & Triple method there—basically an all-in-one deal where they do the exam, mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy all at once. The best part? YOU GET RESULTS IN A SINGLE DAY!
First off, the doctor gives me this lecture, saying that besides the lump I actually felt on the left, he found another one on the RIGHT side too.😲😱
God, that hit me hard. Honestly, I didn't feel a thing—no pain, nothing—it was just... there. I was freaking out thinking, okay, maybe the one on the left that’s been bothering me isn't a big deal, but what if this one on the right IS something?🙂
Anyway, I head down the hall to the mammogram room. Man, the women there (my mom included) had totally hyped me up about how much this was going to hurt. I was practically frozen solid from fear. Turns out, nothing. Done in five minutes flat. You just stand by the machine, they press those plates against you, click, click, click from three different angles... And then they did the exact same thing to the right side... And that was it!
It doesn't even hurt, seriously.
Oh, and then the nurse even chimed in and said she could feel a lump on the right side too.🙂
Then it was back down the hall for the ultrasound. Some older guy performed it—he did a thorough job, applied the gel, and gave me a good massage (if it wasn't so weird, it almost would've been erotic, haha).
He stares at the screen for a bit and tells me, "You know, this looks perfectly fine to me; just some glandular tissue."
Ugh, I almost kissed him right there, despite being covered in slippery gel.
After that, it was onto the biopsy with all my images and findings tucked into a sealed envelope. But knowing me, I couldn't wait to rip it open. It said:
Mammogram— Left: 1, Right: 1, no signs of malignancy (or whatever). Ultrasound— Left: 1, Right: 1, no abnormalities detected.
The biopsy is just inserting a tiny needle to suck out a few drops of fluid.
And again, honestly, I thought it was going to be this absolute nightmare, but it was nothing. Ten seconds after the poke, it's over—it stings for a second, and that's it.
Then you just sit there for about 40 minutes while they let the sample dry and analyze it.
Finally, that first doctor calls me back in. He tells me everything is fine. It's all in black and white. It's just some glandular tissue that gets a little inflamed from time to time. My hormones are working. Maybe menopause is creeping in.😲 Maybe the hormonal IUD is playing a part, but who knows. No need for any meds or treatments. Better to just let it resolve on its own.

Good grief, you guys are being way too literal. Everyone grabbed a handful of my chest at once, so now nobody wants to touch the keyboard. 🙂
So, here's the deal. First off... Switching my avatar to a common garden snail because... honestly, it's an mood. They don't miss a single thing. 👋*Claps*🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
I'll drop the details in my next post. Feeling pretty bummed out today.
