Every year, the hype cycles start spinning, the "expert" rankings come out, and suddenly everyone is convinced that this is finally the year everything changes. It’s like a collective fever dream where we all ignore the last three years of mediocrity because a new roster or a new coaching philosophy feels like magic.
I find myself getting sucked in every single time. I'll sit there looking at the projected depth charts and thinking, "Yeah, we actually have a chance this time," only to be reminded by anyone with a functioning brain that momentum is a fickle thing. It’s hard not to get swept up in the preseason energy, but it's also exhausting to realize how much we just want to believe in something new.
Does anyone else struggle with staying grounded during this time of year, or do you just embrace the delusion until the first real game happens?
It was a fun little brain cleanser to pass those two hours. I watched it in 3D and had a good time; you can never really go wrong with watching Thor, right? Though, honestly, this one felt pretty juvenile—not that I mind, since I'm a bit of a kid at heart myself. Christian Bale definitely stood out, almost as if he were in the wrong movie altogether.

I just watched this in 3D and I was honestly pleasantly surprised. It was great entertainment, and I’m really glad I didn't let those bad reviews talk me out of seeing it. This is easily one of my favorite Marvel films. And of course, having Tom Hardy involved is a huge plus. hehehe

I installed it right away, but I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working at first. It turns out that after cleaning up my browser and adding a few extensions, everything started running smoothly. Does it really matter? As long as the ads are gone, I'm happy. 🙂
It’s working perfectly with Opera now. The ads have finally stopped appearing, even though they were popping up right after I finished everything... I went into my extensions and disabled everything except for ABP, and that seems to have done the trick. It's all good now. I haven't had a chance to test it out on Firefox or Chrome yet. Hello, I just picked up a new laptop running Windows 10, but I am already struggling with pop-up ads appearing across every browser I use (Chrome, Firefox, and Opera), and I am at a loss as to how to fix this. On my old laptop, I managed to avoid the issue by using Opera, which seemed to be the only one free of these pop-ups, but now even that is plagued by them. I have already tried installing various extensions like Adblock and Adblock Plus, along with several other pop-up blockers, yet nothing seems to work. Could anyone please suggest an effective way to deal with this nuisance? It is incredibly frustrating to open a website only to be immediately redirected to some random advertisement. I thought those castle scenes were pretty solid. Honestly, I’m a big fan of the whole series, so even though this finale could have been much stronger, I still enjoyed it. I agree with the point about them just wearing hoodies for disguises—when it came to Tigris, they really could have gone all out with the costumes to actually change their look.
