The forum administration agrees with steelskipper5. I'm sorry to say, but we won't be opening a sub-forum.

Well... not quite. It won't work if you're starting a new thread. If you just use the quick reply, then it works fine.

No, it's just a character limit. 🙂

If they're currently online, it shows. But if someone has their privacy settings turned on—meaning they won't even pop up on the bottom list of the homepage while active—then that info stays hidden from their profile too.
Interesting idea, though I should probably warn you upfront—while the suggestion is definitely constructive, it's not going to happen.

The admins (working alongside Anderlon as the head) prefer maintaining control over who becomes a moderator. Moderators are given enough authority to completely derail a sub-forum, and that isn't a level of influence we're looking to relinquish. I’m not saying every moderator has been perfect or that every decision was a stroke of genius 😳, but I believe it’s better if we select our moderators rather than letting them be chosen based on popularity contests.

Let's be honest: moderation isn't exactly a popularity contest. It shouldn't be about being liked—moderators need to steer discussions, prune off-topic posts, manage insults, lock threads, and ultimately ban those who repeatedly break the rules or disrupt the flow. Mods essentially act as the police, and how many people here actually enjoy the police, especially when they pull you over for not wearing a seatbelt or 12 miles speeding? 😬

People who land the job through sheer popularity would either fail to enforce the rules just to stay liked, or they'd do their jobs properly and lose that popularity because they'd eventually have to ban friends or supporters. 😁

So, as I said, the proposal won't pass. That said, I really appreciate seeing constructive ideas like this, even if they don't go anywhere. Thanks for the thought and for posting. 👍

As far as I'm concerned, this topic is settled, but I won't lock it myself—I'll leave it to the moderators to decide if it needs to be closed. Feel free to keep talking about it if you want, but just keep in mind that I don't intend to get drawn back into the debate; the decision has already been made.

Nobody’s really complaining because this is just how things work around here. 🤷 If it doesn't suit your style, feel free to head over to

Just look for this section:

I know because I check it constantly.

It’s not really about the forum; it’s down to your ISP. 😉

briskbison41 said:Maybe send a PM to the admin (Sophia Castillo35) and ask them to check your IP address; that should prove it's actually you.

Yeah, unlikely. 😁

Most people have dynamic IPs anyway. You connect, disconnect, reconnect—boom—you've got two different addresses. My ISP might assign me a new one in a month, but that doesn't make me the owner of someone else's account. 😉

Either way, just shoot me a PM and we'll see if we can figure something out.

Just stop posting, sweetheart. Your profile won't be deleted, but you can always just walk away and never come back. Simple as that. 🙂

How do I reach out to an inactive user? in Forum Help! ·
I'll jump in now that I'm back online. 😁

An email address is considered private information. We don't share those details with other users. If a member wanted their address to be public, they would have added it to their profile themselves. 🤷 I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe one of these suggestions might work for you.

Good luck. 👋

Seven-month-old David Krušvar was diagnosed shortly after birth with a deficiency in the enzyme responsible for breaking down bilirubin, leading to jaundice and subsequently liver cirrhosis.

Following extensive testing at a clinic in Padua, doctors determined that an urgent liver transplant is his only chance at survival. Since such specialized transplants aren't performed on infants this young in America, David and his mother have been staying at the hospital in Padua. Given how critical his condition is, they can't risk returning home; the chances of him surviving the trip would be incredibly slim.

The total cost for the procedure is approximately $103,000, and half of that amount must be paid upfront to initiate the transplant process.

His parents simply don't have access to that kind of money, and since there hasn't been a decision yet regarding how much Medicare will cover, we are asking for your help to save this little boy's life. Anyone interested in contributing can send donations to the following JP Morgan Chase account: 2407000-3205179242 noting "FOR DAVID KRUŠVAR" in the memo.

Buzet: Seven-month-old David Krušvar is critically ill and needs surgery in Padua; Damian and Denis Krušvar are asking for your support.

Let's give David a chance at life.

It’s such a shame. Still, I guess I can hold onto a little hope that my kid will grow up in a better version of America—one where a hamster can actually die with some dignity.

By the way, why didn't he get an emoji? You guys absolutely tore him to pieces.

No clue. Honestly, you make a great point; that's a solid suggestion. 👍
