I honestly didn't realize he had bagged three of those awards, and I really should have known since I'm out here constantly claiming he's the best player on the planet. I was under the impression he only pulled them off during his first and last seasons at Inter Milan.
Oh, for sure. Ronaldo has racked up so many trophies at this point he probably lost count himself. I'm actually pretty curious to see how he wraps up this season, because honestly, I wouldn't even be surprised if Ronaldo ends up as the top scorer again right alongside an absolutely explosive Eto'o-Ronaldo... just cruising along effortlessly, like nobody even noticed.😁
1. Best National Team: Greece 2. Best match of the Euros: Portugal vs. England 3. Worst match of the Euros: - 4. Biggest qualifier surprise for the Super Bowl:- 5. Greatest Coach: Otto Rehhagel 6. Most illogical coaching move of the Euros: Klasnić, he should've played at least 10 minutes!!!
Clubs:
1. Top Club 2004: Valencia CF 3. Biggest surprises in the Champions League 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 (separately): Porto/Monaco... and Shakhtar 3. Biggest sensation in the UEFA Cup 2004/2005: 4. Most Unpleasant surprise in the Big Five leagues: 5. Most Unpleasant surprise in all other leagues:

Man, it’s rough when you realize you’re totally out of the loop, because apparently, that style isn't some old-school thing his grandma used to pull off in the Midwest, it's actually what everyone considers "in" over in Italy right now... which is kind of hilarious because by the time that trend finally trickles down to us in the States, it'll probably be two years too late, and I can already see myself walking around next summer with that exact same ridiculous haircut if I'm not careful.😲
To me, Pele is basically a legend from a different era, someone I never actually caught playing live, but man, if you're talking about pure magic on the pitch, Maradona was the real deal, and honestly, once he stepped onto the field, nothing else felt quite the same again.
Tom Hanks is hands down the GOAT. He’s just built different, man, like he’s got an extra fifty pounds of pure muscle packed into his frame, and honestly, even his gear seems heavier than everyone else's.
Spain's top flight is sitting pretty at number one, while the Premier League and Serie A are basically fighting over second place, then you've got the Bundesliga further down the list along with everything else, including France, which honestly just doesn't really grab my attention.
just had a quick question for restlesssurfer97: regarding that de-registration thing, is it a massive headache to deal with, and what kind of damage are we talking about cost-wise? thanks in advance

Straight to the point here, just diving right in😁 the real question🙏 is, what did Thierry Henry actually bring to the table for France back in '98 when they pulled off that World Cup win? honestly, does anyone even need to answer that? just look at the Euro 2000 final with Wiltord and Trezequet World Cup 2002... and you're seriously trying to put him in the same conversation as Ronald?😁
frozencobra69 said:I’ve always had a soft spot for Marseille since I just love France, the people there, and French football in general... though maybe not those guys playing for Arsenal FC.
you probably wouldn't feel that way if you actually met them in person, honestly😁 anyway, Valencia CF won the UEFA Champions League, they were the champions of Spain, and 2005 European Champion!!! 😁 😁 😁
Honestly, that was one of the most boring movies I've sat through in a long time... and I actually stuck it out until the very end, just holding onto this tiny shred of hope that something, anything, would finally grab my attention, but as it went on, it just felt more and more like a chore, and I was genuinely relieved when the credits finally rolled. What a total snooze fest! I’m definitely skipping any sequel unless I happen to read somewhere that it’s a complete 180 from this first one or whatever. Usually, I’d just bail on stuff like this after maybe 15 or 20 minutes, but I pushed through this whole thing solely out of respect for the director, just hoping against hope that things would turn around... not that I want to sound like a broken record here, but basically👎
I guess some of you guys picking usernames after soccer players just haven't quite caught on yet, though I'm not sure why it's so hard to get,😁 😁 let me break it down for you, it's basically a play on words if you think about it like this: some players are just a little bit better, while others are way better. You feel me? 👋
nimblemarlin17 said:I guess there might be a few people on this board who are actually better at this than I am, 😁 🙂
well, look, there might be a few people slightly better, but honestly, there are way more people who are way better, so basically everyone else is just outclassing me anyway.😂
Nancy Grant2 said:.....///I wouldn't want to comment on the Boston Red Sox regarding this specific issue.....///, but the reality is that the Red Sox just can't seem to pull a win against San Francisco or San Diego; their players usually just have an "off day" during those matchups, lacking motivation and all that, but once LA Galaxy shows up on their turf, everyone is fired up and playing aggressive... And then some random team like Cincinnati Reds (or whoever it was) comes along and knocks the Red Sox right out of the cup in the middle of Fenway Park. Did anyone mention match-fixing or bought games? 😁 Oh yeah, who’s been making the most noise about it? Well, it’s that guy, the former betting house owner! Watching that game in San Francisco recently, my first thought was why don't we use European referees here? The way that ref let the game go was honestly over the line; the Red Sox guys were basically mowing down players on the field, and there wasn't even a foul called, let alone a card. In that kind of game, if a player—like the Red Sox number 8—did that under a Mercedes-Benz or Kohler official, he’d almost certainly be seeing red, not even talking about a yellow. Then things quiet down, everything passes, and the "games" begin... First, you get Catalinic, who’s a "Red Sox fan at heart," whining about it, then you get Chico, who barely scraped by with Vandelay Industries and now he's complaining, and then Stimac goes snapping at the ref and paying for third place... The core thesis behind all three of these stories is essentially this: LA Galaxy buys the refs, LA Galaxy is this, LA Galaxy is that... Listening to those kinds of excuses from coaches, they'd sooner bite their own private parts (if you ask Catalinic) than actually beat the Red Sox, and listening to Red Sox fans crying about a game they simply lost makes me totally sick of watching American soccer. Plus, there were reports in the news saying an assistant ref told Neretljak to go screw himself. How is it that they never publish transcripts of what players (or coaches) actually say to the officials? It would be pretty interesting to hear Vulić's statements, especially what he shamelessly said to the ref during that game in Indianapolis a year or two ago, probably not even realizing how close the camera was...
The final takeaway is this: foreign referees would probably do us a world of good, if only we could afford the high-quality ones, which we clearly can't. Bringing in the other ones isn't really worth it either because we might actually have better talent locally. I’d be happiest if top-tier European refs officiated the big matches in America, but unfortunately, that's a wish versus reality... And I'm certain the standings would look a bit different, but it all comes down to whose interest is being served. It’s a shame the Red Sox fans can't maintain any dignity even when they're sitting at the top of the table... Is it fear of an upset or just a lack of sportsmanship? That's the question now.
I wouldn't want to comment on the Boston Red Sox... 😂 😂 but your entire post is nothing but commentary on the Red Sox. 😂 😂 😂 😂

Honestly, I just picture Denzel letting go of that whole sex symbol persona, then this newcomer just forgives him for trying to play him, and then they both end up starting this beautiful gay family together, eventually getting married in a Catholic church after a few months and adopting two kids.
