From what I can tell, you aren't actually a clone after all. They didn't just swap you out in some high-tech lab during birth... they probably just gave you a new identity at the hospital.☕

I’ve been wandering through several different Target and Walmart locations lately and haven't had any luck finding them... and I really need the actual original packaging for what I'm doing, so if someone could point me toward a store that definitely has them in stock, I would be so incredibly grateful 🙂.

Ryan Morris15 said:I suppose I’ll give this pillow trick a shot myself, and we shall see how it goes.
If it doesn't pan out, I might just end up buying a new one, perhaps a Tempur-Pedic memory foam model. 😁

I actually tried that pillow trick myself, but no luck there. I track my temperature religiously so I know exactly when I'm ovulating, but nothing has worked yet. This marks our fifth attempt at this. My doctor told me during my last checkup at the Mayo Clinic that everything looks fine and to just have some patience. Well, clearly I’m not great at the whole waiting game part. But hey, I'm not letting it get to me too much... at least not yet. 🙂

I actually went in for blood work this morning... my OB sent me straight to prenatal care back on Tuesday, and they already have me on progesterone, taking two capsules every night at the hospital... and I'll be doing this for three months... man, what a ride...
Honestly, I just took a tip from a coworker... who actually got the advice from her own friend, and they both ended up pregnant that exact same month... the trick is that right after you're done having sex, just shove a pillow under your hips and keep your legs up in the air for maybe 20 or 30 minutes... I gave it a shot and, boom, first try at planning it out... maybe it's total nonsense and maybe it isn't, who knows... those 20 minutes with my legs in the air didn't really matter to me one way or the other, as long as it worked for them, heh... and here we are, a positive test and now the waiting game begins... just hoping everything stays on track... sending good vibes to everyone...
Carol Moore27 said:Hi there! I'm pretty new here, though I feel like I’ve been lurking in this thread forever. Just curious if anyone knows if needing to pee all the time is a common thing right at the start of pregnancy? Like, specifically during those first week or two?
coastalviper10 said:Hey everyone... still nothing to report today. No heavy flow, and even the spotting isn't darkening up much. I think I’m going to hold off for just a few more days until the 15th, since that’ll mark the full 30 days since my last period started, so I can finally run a test... man, I don't know if I can make it to Friday. It's actually my wedding anniversary that day, too. If this turns out positive, what a way to kick off our first year together... haha... just one little plus sign, and everything changes. Ugh... fingers crossed
Thomas Foster4 said:rapidrider3, thanks. Honestly, it doesn't matter if I am pregnant... even if it wasn't part of the master plan (and I live for a good plan), it is definitely what I wanted... it just happened early!
I am curious, though—what is the earliest someone can detect a pregnancy on a test? Is it from the day of ovulation, or after fertilization? Does anyone here actually know?
Last night, while listening to U2, I was tempted to grab a beer, but I didn't want to take any chances... now that I have some parties coming up this weekend, I need to decide whether I should be acting like an expectant mother or just a teenager, haha.
Thomas Foster4 said:I have one question weighing on me: how much time needs to pass after ovulation before a pregnancy test actually shows a positive result?
I am on birth control, and we had sex on July 27th. I missed my pill on July 29th, realized it the next day, took two to make up for it, and didn't have any more sex after that... but since August 6th, I've been dealing with nausea, a weird metallic taste in my mouth, and breast tenderness (which isn't normal for me). It feels almost identical to when I was pregnant the first time. Yesterday, I had some bleeding—not quite a full period, just lighter and weaker—so I took a test (on August 10th), and it came back negative! Even though the symptoms and nausea are definitely there...
Edit: I realize you aren't supposed to ovulate while on the pill, but my best friend missed just one pill during her cycle and ended up pregnant!
Ryan Morris15 said:I suppose I might just be getting paranoid, but lately, everything feels a bit "off"
My usual pre-period symptoms involve tender breasts for about a week leading up to it, some bloating a couple of days prior, fluctuations in appetite, and lower abdominal cramping on the first day—though sometimes it starts a day early.
I’m expecting my cycle in roughly a week, yet I’ve been feeling these faint, intermittent twinges and pains in my abdomen for three days now; they aren't nearly as intense as my actual period, though yesterday I even felt some slight cramping in my groin area.
It’s somewhat disorienting because this isn't how it usually goes for me, and I don't think I'm imagining things, as these sensations tend to catch me completely off guard while I'm busy with work.
It is still far too early to take a pregnancy test, but since I am naturally feeling quite impatient, I suppose I am bothering you all here on the forum, so please forgive me.
Andrew Reed5 said:It looks like a ghost town in here, but I’ll say it anyway: I’m staying hopeful. I’m picking up a test tomorrow. I plan on testing early Sunday morning. I really need my period to arrive this Sunday. Nothing hits me harder than right before my cycle starts, but I did notice some light red spotting about five days ago. Hmm...

Noah Sanchez39 said:Not even close. I think I already used the phrase "keep it simple"—or rather, "embedding an image in a Reddit reply for dummies." Copying an image file directly from something like Windows Explorer and then pasting it into a "reply to topic" just doesn't work.
Why on earth make things complicated when you can just keep it simple? Honestly, some people seem to have a PhD in overthinking. 😲

Can someone just give me a straight answer: How do I upload an image from my computer into a Reddit reply? Is it even possible, and if so, how do I get around that ridiculous 10KB file size limit?😕 🤷
