aaaaaaaaa I feel like I might be next in line... and honestly, I thought I was being so careful. But then the other day I stopped by a coworker's place—he was feeling under the weather—and then yesterday at the university, it felt like everyone was just spreading viruses left and right. 🙂 But I guess it takes a few more days for them to really multiply and actually hit you.
Yeah... honestly, just move more. Get out there and pick up a sport, or even just go for a decent run before you hit the sack. And maybe grab a book to read while you're winding down in bed. But yeah, basically, just find something 😬
I mean, look... it feels a little awkward even bringing it up since everyone's body reacts differently to things... so you can take this with a grain of salt or whatever if you want.
I totally get where you're coming from, and I feel for you... I actually couldn't even get into the hospital myself because they were completely full—go ahead, take a wild guess why!!!! But honestly, I try to look on the bright side. One day I'll be over 20 too, getting older and all that, but I really think it just comes down to how people are wired. It’s the mindset... too many people just looking for an excuse to avoid work or acting like they're sick when they aren't.
Look, these are issues the government needs to tackle. At the end of the day, the people we elect are the ones running the show... we all know how that dance goes.
But here’s where things get messy... you'd actually thrive in a pure liberal democracy where the rule is pretty simple: you get as much medical care as you can afford. Since the state isn't footing the whole bill anymore, that's a massive hurdle. People struggle to wrap their heads around the fact that they’re voting for platforms that lean toward this kind of liberal model—which basically means dismantling the current healthcare system as we know it. Now, to avoid a total public revolt, the government tries to phase in reforms slowly, which is why you see these different tiers of insurance coverage or co-pays popping up. It's hard for people to break away from the idea that healthcare should be totally free, especially since we grew up with that social safety net mindset. I'm convinced of one thing, though: if they pulled the trigger on a radical overhaul and cut back on certain subsidies right now, drug consumption would drop and those endless waits at the doctor's office would thin out... but that puts them right in the crosshairs of the biggest voting bloc: senior citizens.
There's really only one takeaway: the American healthcare system is fundamentally broken.
This whole thing should be about health... not politics. It doesn't matter who someone is or what their platform is; at the end of the day, the guy is sick. Being a public figure doesn't make a tumor any less real, and honestly, all this media pressure isn't doing a damn thing for his mental state... if anything, it's making it worse. People get way too obsessed with this kind of stuff, probably because they don't have enough going on in their own lives besides waiting to see when some celebrity finally kicks the bucket... it's just that classic lazy mentality where people prefer gossip over actually getting to work.
It could be absolutely nothing, but then again, it might actually be something... honestly, you really ought to just take those results to your doctor instead of relying on everyone here to weigh in. Don't take any of this at face value 😈

On the left? Isn't that usually on the right side? 🤔
Oh man, seriously, while I was reading this I actually wanted to ask you... how old are you even? 😬 Look, just go see a therapist. It’s pretty obvious you’re dealing with some adolescent-level stuff and probably some hyperactivity issues, but honestly, this isn't really the right place to be discussing health matters.

it's... well, I was just saying it doesn't regenerate. But hey, thanks for the expert lecture. 😘

And how can you be so sure most of them don't? These things kill off brain cells, and those aren't exactly things you can just regrow... it's kind of like how alcohol works, too. You know, just do the math on what happens when someone is using heavily and consistently over a long period of time.

I don't think washing her face at night would have changed much... it's just genetics and that teenage predisposition. Of course, washing up is a must—basic hygiene is key—but your kids might not even get acne if they didn't wash their faces at all. It’s all about hormones; acne is basically just a sign that androgens are working overtime! You might be able to soothe things a little naturally (like chamomile steam, for instance), but it won't make major acne disappear... not if it's a serious issue. I know people who had to go on antibiotics just to manage. On the flip side, I knew a girl who found acupuncture really helpful! Personally, birth control worked for me... but since we're talking about a guy here, I can tell him that out of all the stuff I tried, Anthony was the only thing that actually helped a bit. It's pretty tough going at first, though... it irritates your skin and burns like crazy until you build up a tolerance. I started with a 5% strength as my doctor suggested, and then moved up to 10% once my skin finally got used to it. Just keep in mind, those are all ways to treat the symptoms, not the actual cause...
Here is some info on Anthony (they don't make it under that name anymore!) If you're in San Jose, you can head to the Curkovic pharmacy over on 5th Avenue to find the replacement for Anthony, which is called Akneroksid.

It’s honestly such a shame how people lump everything under one big "drugs are bad" umbrella, because there's a huge spectrum here. Some stuff, like hallucinogens, can be way less harmful, especially if someone actually knows what they're getting into and prepares for the trip...
Yeah... I mean, if you've already gone down that rabbit hole 😬
Avoid grabbing any heavy meals, and maybe skip the coffee for tonight. Try running a hot bath instead... just soak in there for a bit and try to decompress. Don't get stuck in that loop of thinking about everything you have to tackle tomorrow or all those tasks waiting for you—it’s a trap. Just put on a movie; honestly, most of them are basically white noise that knocks people right out. Or grab a book. Personally, I usually just put on some low-key music in the background and drift off like that.
I mean, you need the basics right? A solid, comfy mattress, a room that isn't a total mess, keeping the temperature just right so you don't wake up sweating... basically just being able to actually relax...
But honestly, life doesn't really work out in perfect eight-hour chunks like they say it should. You spend eight hours grinding at work, maybe eight hours doing stuff or hanging out, and then you're left with eight hours to sleep. But somehow, those last eight never seem to show up on the clock.😬 hehe
