Took this last week... I still have a bit of a gut to work through—but I'm planning to tackle it head-on over the next few months
Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
briskmarlin59 said:Before I really dive into heavy lifting, I want to tone up—get my baseline conditioning back, you know? I found this online program designed to hit 100 push-ups, 200 crunches, and 200 squats in six weeks. Obviously, I’m not expecting to turn into a bodybuilder from this—but wouldn't it help firm things up and create a better foundation for weight training? So, I was wondering—should I knock back some whey right after?

What's the point of doing 100 push-ups, 200 crunches, and 200 squats? It's totally pointless... just do 20 solid crunches in two sets and call it a day. The same goes for everything else...

http://img717.imageshack.us/i/dsc00975a.jpg/ Does my shoulder look abnormally long here—or is that just a weird camera angle?

Don't hold back with the critiques... the goal is total body symmetry—and I'm looking at the long game, not just chasing a summer body. I want to strip away as much abdominal fat as possible while refining everything else.
To get there... I'm hitting the gym three times a week, plus some recreational soccer on Saturdays
which basically serves as my cardio since I don't do any during the week. I'm about 6'3" and somewhere around 200 pounds—maybe a little more, honestly.
As for diet, I'm being pretty disciplined—not perfect, obviously—but I've cut out the junk food, greasy stuff, sweets, salt, and alcohol. We'll see if there's actual progress in a few months
and what the final result will actually look like... wish me luck!

I saw a flat surface in a Peveč showroom—not sure what the price tag was... looked like it had leather upholstery—but honestly, I have some leather scraps at home that just sit there unused....

So, what do you call a knife that I'm basically taking apart... a total slacker? 🤷
What are you reading on the toilet? in Miscellaneous ·
I’ll put some relaxing music on my phone—just at a low enough volume to hear it in the background—while I read... though sometimes I find myself distracted by the shampoos or toothpaste and other products, scanning the labels for harmful ingredients and their actual percentages 🙂

Christian Nelson70 said:Does anyone have any suggestions for this year?

Of course—absolutely... just sleep through the whole thing like a hibernating bear, sleeping right through New Year's, and you'll save $200—and who knows, maybe even more than that
Commando in Movies ·
This might be the greatest action flick ever made... sure, it’s a bit over the top, but the movie was built for blowing off some steam, not for deep theorizing—I mean, he killed maybe 100 or 200 people in the film anyway...

How to stop my swimming goggles from fogging up? in Miscellaneous ·
Ryan Sanders4 said:Does anyone know of another coating—maybe something more effective—that could stop these plastic masks from fogging up?

Honestly, if even pure lard doesn't do the trick, I'm totally stumped...🤷>
How much did I overcharge/overtake? in Miscellaneous ·
It doesn't really matter how you phrase it—what actually counts is that you sit down with those $67 guys and have an honest drink. That way, nobody ends up angry because everyone gets their fair share, and you? You'll just be drunk.

Must be nice for you
Maybe just a little $33 if I'm heading into the city... but if we're throwing a party at a buddy's place? Then it’s probably $50–$60—depending on how much everyone else is chipping in, of course.
Warhammer 40,000 in Movies ·
So, this is a new release—I'm actually not sure if it's even hitting theaters right now—but what are your thoughts? Do we think it’ll bring something truly innovative to the table, or is it just going to be more cinematic trash?

Shoot 'em Up in Movies ·
This movie is absolutely insane... I actually sat through it twice in a single day and loved every second of both viewings. It’s pure, unapologetic chaos—and honestly, that’s why it works so well. We need more films like this where you can just switch your brain off and relax, right? I’d give it four stars for 🙏🙏🙏🙏 and five stars for 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Monica. The wildest part has to be when she’s driving that BMW and takes care of business on the guy in the Mercedes—total carnage immediately after
