cosmicraven2 said:😂 It won't even hit American theaters until November, and you shouldn't expect a Netflix release until February 2010 at the earliest.

So we're talking a screener in just a couple months then? 😉 What, did you think I was actually gonna sit around waiting until 2010 to see this? 🤣

Man, I wish it was in English too—but since there aren't any descriptions on the movie pages or IMDb in English, I’d have to dig through some US sites to find a summary, or just write one myself. The main thing is just making sure people see there are actually solid docs out there worth watching.

Best,

Hey,

Can some mod please strip out the code from this thread? I want the text to stay, but I just want it to be readable. Right now, it’s a total pain to read—I thought I’d just be scrolling up and down, but instead, the page keeps stretching sideways.

Thanks

That one really stuck with me. Not even because of the filmmaking itself, but just how the whole thing unfolds and ends. I mean, what can you even say? When you play with fire like that... The guy was clearly just lost, you know? He was desperate to make it—to prove himself to everyone. It didn't pan out, so he wandered a little too far out there. Anyway, does anyone know if that footage is available anywhere? I’m not even sure if I actually want to see it, but ever since I watched the movie, I can't stop thinking about it. Pretty hellish way to spend your final moments.

The Goal

The Means is the End:

The Goal The means is The end : WE intend to restore The fundamental necessities and environmental awareness of The species through The advocation of The most current understandings of who and what we truly are, coupled with how science, nature and technology (rather than religion, politics and money) hold the keys to our personal growth, not only as individual human beings, but as a civilization, both structurally and spiritually. The central insights of this awareness is The recognition of The Emergent and Symbiotic elements of Natural law and How aligning with Thes understandings as The bedrock of Our personal and social institutions, life on earth can and will flourish into a system which will continuously grow in a positive way, where negative social consequences, such as social stratification, war, biases, elitism and criminal activity will be constantly reduced and, idealistically, eventually become nonexistent within the spectrum of human behavior itself.

Look, this idea is a tough pill to swallow for most people—we’ve been brainwashed by society to believe that crime, corruption, and lying is just "how the world works." We're taught to expect people to always be looking for ways to exploit or screw over others. And honestly? Religion is the biggest driver of this nonsense, pushing that whole fake "us vs. them" or "good vs. evil" mindset.
The truth is we're living in a system designed to manufacture Scarcity. Because of that, people are forced into survival mode—even if that means stealing or cheating just to get by. Our research Has concluded that Scarcity is One of The most fundamental causes of aberrant human behavior , while also leading to complex forms of neurosis in other ways. If you actually look at the numbers for drug addiction, crime, and prison populations, it's clear that poverty and terrible social conditions are what drive those behaviors.

People aren't inherently "good" or "bad"... they're just a constant, shifting reflection of their life experiences. A person's "quality"—if you even want to call it that—is basically just a direct result of how they were raised and the belief systems they were shoved into.

Most people completely miss this. They fall for the primitive idea that greed, competition, and corruption are "hardwired" into us—so we need prisons, cops, and some big hierarchical power structure to keep everyone in check. That's just plain wrong. It makes zero sense.

Bottom line: if you want to fix anything, you have to tackle the root cause. Our current system of "punishment" is ancient, cruel, and totally useless. When some serial killer gets busted, most people lose their minds screaming for them to be executed. That's backward thinking. A sane society—one that actually gets how humans work—would study that person to figure out why they turned violent. Then, that data goes to a research team to figure out how to prevent those exact conditions through better education.

We need to stop patching up a sinking ship. It’s time for a new social model built on actual modern knowledge. Unfortunately, the world is still stuck clinging to outdated superstitions.

One more thing: there's no such thing as a "utopia" or a finish line. Everything is constantly changing. Our daily choices shape the social systems we live in, but—here's the kicker—those same social systems shape how we see the world. So, real change isn't just about fixing your own mindset; it's about rebuilding the social structures that dictate how we think and act in the first place.

Traditional protests and political movements don't really shake the foundations of elite power in the long run. We’ve gotta move past these "establishment rebellions"—they don't work—and start using a much heavier tool:
The plan is to stop fueling the machine while constantly pushing for knowledge, peace, unity, and compassion. You can't "fight the system." Using hate, anger, or a "war" mindset is a dead end—it just uses the exact same dirty tactics the corrupt powers use to stay in control.

The Distortion and Paralysis:

Once you realize that all systems are Emergent and always evolving—and that we’re all Symbiotically tied to nature and one another in these super simple but massive ways—it hits you. It forces the realization that our own personal integrity is only as strong as the integrity of the society around us. When you see that, you realize how backward our social institutions actually are—their very existence is basically what's causing all this social instability. Take the US Monetary System, for instance. People have always claimed it’s a good thing because it supposedly drives progress and incentive. But honestly? The monetary system has turned into nothing more than a way to divide people and enforce totalitarian control.

It’s the ultimate "Divide and Conquer" play because it’s built on two big lies: (1) We have to fight each other just to make it, and (2) humans need some kind of financial "incentive" to actually do anything worthwhile.

Regarding point number one—that we have to fight to survive—this whole "competition" vibe baked into the system practically guarantees corruption everywhere. It’s all "us versus them." A lot of people argue that the "free market" is a good thing... but let's be real, it's totally broken today because of shady policies, cronyism, and massive corporate bailouts. They think if we just had a "pure" free market, everything would be fine. That’s total nonsense. What we’re seeing right now *is* the free market in action—complete with all its unfair advantages and corruption. No amount of legislation is going to stop insider trading, collusion, monopolies, worker exploitation, pollution, or planned obsolescence. That’s just what a competition-based system spits out every single time—because the whole thing is predicated on screwing others over for a profit. End of story.

We need to pivot away from these oppressive ideas and head toward a system actually "designed" to support humans—not force them into a survivalist dogfight. And as for number two—the idea that we need "incentives" to do anything meaningful—that’s just a depressing and incredibly cynical view of humanity. Thinking a person has to be "structurally motivated" or essentially coerced into acting is ridiculous. Just look back to when you were a kid and didn't even know what a dollar bill was. You played, you explored, you learned... why? Simply because you wanted to. But as we grow up in this system, that natural curiosity and drive gets crushed out of us because we're forced to fit into these hyper-specialized, narrow job roles just to eat. This ends up creating a deep, internal rebellion because of that forced obligation—which is exactly how we ended up with this weird split between "work" and "leisure." The people defending the monetary system (those who claim it creates incentive) call people "lazy," but they totally miss the point. In a real society, people would follow their natural passions and contribute to the community—not because they're getting a paycheck, but because they have a higher awareness that helping society helps them too. That’s the elevated state of consciousness we’re talking about. Your reward for helping out is a healthy society... which, naturally, makes your own life better.

To put this in perspective: let's face it, our world is currently run by a tiny group of powerful men sitting at the top of the most dominant institutions—specifically Big Business and Finance. The US government operates hand-in-hand with the influence of massive corporations and Wall Street banks. Money is the lifeblood here, but it’s basically an illusion that doesn't even serve society anymore—it just acts as a tool for manipulation and division, creating a social structure that guarantees elitism, crime, war, and massive inequality.

Look, we’re basically raised to believe that our entire worth as humans boils down to being "right." But here’s the kicker—what counts as "right" is just whatever the current social status quo says it is. It’s a rigged game. If you play along with the mainstream narrative, you’re "normal." If you dare to push back? Suddenly you’re "abnormal," a troublemaker, or some kind of subversive threat to the system. Whether it’s some outdated local tradition or sticking to the big global religions, the root cause is always the same: Intellectual Materialism.

Look, once you accept that knowledge—and by extension, all our institutions—is constantly shifting, you realize that any belief system claiming to have the "final word" without room for debate is basically a dead end. Religion is the ultimate example of this distortion. It’s built entirely on blind faith, making definitive claims about the origins of humanity—which are incredibly complex and elusive—when in an emergent universe, that's just impossible. Period.
Look, here’s the thing—as dangerous as the big-shot power structures are, the real problem is the people who’ve been brainwashed into accepting everything those systems feed them. They basically turn into "Self-Appointed Guardians of the Status Quo." It happens everywhere—politics, Wall Street, even organized religion. Once someone ties their entire identity to the doctrine of a specific nation, a faith, or some corporate grind, they’re stuck. Changing becomes nearly impossible because their whole sense of self is fused with the very ideologies that were forced on them in the first place.

So, they just keep pushing the status quo—basically peddling the institution's doctrine—just to protect their own egos and keep their sense of self intact. That's how they see it, anyway.

We've gotta break this loop—it’s paralyzing us. Not just on a personal level, but for the whole damn country.
The Truth and the Shift—it's happening. Look, we aren't just talking about minor tweaks to the system here. We’re looking at a total overhaul. The Goal The means is The end : WE intend to restore The fundamental necessities and environmental awareness of The species through The advocation of The. It sounds massive because it is. And honestly? It’s the only way forward if we want to stop spinning our wheels. We have to face the facts: Our research Has concluded that Scarcity is One of The most fundamental causes of aberrant human behavior , while also leading to complex forms of neurosis in other ways. You see it everywhere in the States—people acting out, systems breaking down—all because we're stuck in this loop of never having enough. It's driving everyone crazy. But there's a way out. The central insights of this awareness is The recognition of The Emergent and Symbiotic elements of Natural law and How aligning with Thes understandings as The bedrock of Our personal and social institutions. If we actually lean into how things work naturally instead of fighting against them, everything changes. That’s the core of the transition. It's about moving past that constant state of Scarcity and finally building something that actually works for everyone.

Look, once you finally wrap your head around the fact that your own existence is tied directly to the health of the planet, every living thing, and everyone else on Earth—your path basically lays itself out for you. It’s pretty simple. Once you realize that actual progress comes from science, tech, and raw human creativity, you start seeing exactly where our priorities should be for both personal and social growth. When you lay it all out like that, it becomes obvious: religion, politics, and this whole cutthroat, money-driven labor system are just outdated relics. They're obsolete models of how society functions, and we seriously need to move past them. Our mission? To build a social system that doesn't rely on politics or money, letting superstition fade away naturally as real education takes over. No one has the right to dictate what anyone else believes—let's be real, nobody actually understands everything. But if we just pay attention to how nature actually works, we can align ourselves with those natural processes, and suddenly, the way forward becomes crystal clear.

People are freaking out about global population growth—it's everywhere. You even get these creepy, shadowy comments from old-school power brokers like Henry Kissinger suggesting we need some kind of "reduction." Honestly? It’s terrifying stuff. But here’s the thing: is overpopulation actually the monster everyone thinks it is? From a scientific standpoint, the answer is a hard no. Once we actually harness high-end tech, this planet could support way, way more people than we have now. I mean, 70% of the Earth is water—building floating cities is the logical next move—and those kinds of visionary projects are exactly where we're headed. Plus, once you actually educate people on how life functions, they'll start to see the real impact of their own reproductive choices. Population growth will naturally level off once everyone realizes how deeply we're all tied to the planet and its actual carrying capacity.

Look, let's get real—the only actual "government" that matters is the Earth and everything it provides. Everything else is just noise. If we want to actually get somewhere, we need a total intellectual unification of every nation on the map. Why? Because as a species, our most vital asset is having a complete, granular, high-definition breakdown of exactly what we’re working with on this planet. It’s simple math—you wouldn't dream of trying to farm or build on an acre of land in rural Texas without first checking the soil quality and water access, right? We need to apply that exact same logic to the entire globe if we ever want to stop guessing and actually optimize our potential as a species.

Look, I know what people are gonna say: "How the hell are we supposed to pull this off when our entire value system is totally broken? How do we even make a move like that?" Honestly—it’s the toughest question there is. But here’s the thing: we’ve gotta start somewhere. There’s plenty an individual or even just one local community can do to start carving out this vision. The absolute biggest first step? Education. It's everything.

Thanks for jumping in on this.

The Zeitgeist Movement : Orientation Presentation Video

This is basically a deep dive into why everything is broken right now and how we actually fix it—whether it's the money system, industry, or just life in general. It breaks it all down with actual science and facts, looking straight at the future. For me, this is hands down the most important film ever made for humanity. You seriously need to watch this.

Really solid documentary here—it shows the presidency for what it actually is, instead of how all the sheeple see it. For anyone who actually knows a thing or two about the history of this office, it’s obvious that the President isn't the most powerful person on the planet. He’s just a representative for the people who hold the real strings over the banking, industrial, and military systems. That’s just a fact, and it’s been confirmed for decades by the very people pulling the levers.

Unfortunately, there are still people on this planet who think George W. Bush is the best the US has to offer. I mean, shouldn't the President be the absolute best a country can produce, right? Does anyone seriously believe Sarah Palin is one of the top four people capable of leading the most powerful nation on Earth—a country of nearly 300 million people? Are there really people that clueless? The answer is YES. What a joke.

Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us before he left office about the dangers posed by the military-industrial complex. Fast forward to today, and the industry and the military have basically become secondary tools used to enforce the will of the people running the banking system. We know who these people are. This film even names some of them. My "favorite" has to be Henry Kissinger—he always seemed to find a way to land exactly where he could cause the most damage to everyone else. You can even find recordings of his talks with Richard Nixon where they plot out nuclear strikes on Japan—which, of course, happened, because that’s just what Henry does if it doesn't cost him a few dozen million lives. Then there’s that snake Hillary Clinton, who was one of the loudest critics of the American healthcare system before she got bought off—then suddenly, after the bribes, her whole story changed. And don't even get me started on the Rockefellers, probably the biggest criminal family in human history, yet the sheep look at them like they're some kind of knights making wise decisions to make this planet better.

"This [Federal Reserve Act] establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When The President Wilson signs this Bill , The invisible government of The monetary Power will be legalized....the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill."
-- Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. , 1913

"We have, in this country, one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board. This evil institution has impoverished the people of the United States and has practically bankrupted our government. It has done this through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it".
-- Congressman Louis T. McFadden in 1932 (Rep. Pa)

"The Federal Reserve Banks ara One of The most corrupt institutions The World Has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this nation is run by the International bankers
-- Congressman Louis T. McFadden (Rep. Pa)

"The financial system has been turned over to the Federal Reserve Board. That board asministers The finance system by authority of a purely profiteering group. The system is Private, conducted for the sole purpose of obtaining the greatest possible profits from the use of other people's money"
-- Charles A. Lindbergh Sr., 1923

😲"From now on, depressions will be scientifically created."
-- Congressman Charles A.Lindbergh Sr. , 1913

😲 This one is for all the sheep out in the pastures.

"Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are the United States government's institutions. They are not government institutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign swindlers"
-- Congressional Record 12595-12603. Louis T. McFadden, Chairman of the Committee on Banking and Currency (12 years) June 10, 1932

"We’re totally at the mercy of commercial banks. Every single dollar spinning through our economy—whether it's hard cash or digital credit—has to be borrowed by someone. If the banks pump out enough synthetic money, things look good; if they don't, we starve. We’re basically living without a permanent money system... This is easily the most critical thing any smart person can dig into. Honestly, it’s so vital that our entire civilization might just cave in unless people actually get this and fix the flaws ASAP."
--Robert H. Hamphill, Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank

"Those regional Federal Reserve banks? They aren't government agencies. ...They’re independent, privately owned, and locally run corporations."
-- Lewis vs. United States, 680 F. 2d 1239 9th Circuit 1982

"Anyone who pulls the strings on how much money is flowing in a country is the absolute boss of every single industry and business."
-- James A. Garfield, President of the United States

"I’m a deeply unhappy man. Without even realizing it, I’ve wrecked my own country. This massive industrial powerhouse is being steered by its credit system. And that credit? It's all jammed into the hands of just a handful of guys. We've turned into one of the worst-run, most tightly controlled governments on the planet—it's not a government driven by free thought anymore, or by what the majority actually wants and votes for, but by the whims and
pressure of tiny groups of powerful men."
--President Woodrow Wilson

Thomas Jefferson
"I honestly think banking institutions pose a bigger threat to our freedom than actual standing armies.

"It’s probably for the best that the American public doesn't grasp how our banking and monetary system works—because if they did, I’m convinced there’d be a full-blown revolution before sunrise tomorrow."
-- Henry Ford

"...the way the assets in the Federal Reserve Banks shot up from $143 million in 1913 to $45 billion by 1949 went straight into the pockets of the private stockholders owning those [federal reserve] banks."
-- Eustace Mullins

"Banking was built on corruption and born in sin. The Bankers essentially own the planet. You could try to strip them of everything, but as long as you let them keep the power to create deposits, they can just write a few numbers down and buy it all back. On the other hand, if you actually took that power away, all these massive fortunes—including mine—would vanish. And honestly? They should. The world would be a much better, happier place. But hey, if you want to stay under the thumb of the Bankers and keep paying for your own chains, just let them keep creating deposits."
-- SIR JOSIAH STAMP, (President of the Bank of England in the 1920's, the second richest man in Britain)

"The current banking setup basically conjures money out of thin air. It's probably the wildest magic trick ever pulled. Banks can basically inflate, mint, and unmint modern ledger-based currency whenever they feel like it."
-- MAJOR L.L.B. ANGUS

Windows 7 in Software ·
Windows Vista is basically like the second or third generation of a Ford Mustang. That first Mustang was absolute perfection—but the second one? Total disaster. Sometimes successors are just way worse than what came before them. It’s just how it goes. I’m just crossing my fingers that Windows 7 doesn't end up like those third or fourth gen Mustangs, which were even more of a mess than the second. If Vista actually holds up, Microsoft wouldn't be rushing out new Windows so soon—they'd milk every last cent out of the current version before moving on to make a fresh pile of cash.
