I’m still sticking to my guns: those supplements are built for the pros. If you’re just a weekend warrior or a casual lifter, just watch what you eat and call it a day. That’s my two cents. Peace.

Look, I know whey is just whey protein. The point I'm making is that I think it's actually healthier and way cheaper to just drink fresh milk whey (a gallon costs less than $1.00) instead of using those powders loaded with random fillers and additives. But hey, if you want that stuff, go for it.
I’ve been wearing lenses for way longer than you have, and I’ve never dealt with a headache like this with a new pair. It's clearly not on you—it's the lenses themselves. Start promoting them!
Breakfast is non-negotiable, seven days a week. Usually just muesli or some cereal with yogurt or milk. Honestly, I haven't gotten bored of this routine in years—sometimes I even find myself looking forward to it right before hitting the sack. 🙂 : - chocolate muesli mixed with oats, a bar of dark chocolate (73% cacao) broken in, then topped off with hot milk and stirred well. Lately, I've been washing it down with two glasses of whey protein (I know, some of you guys are probably gagging just reading that..)

For breakfast—stick to cereal or muesli like someone else mentioned, mix it with milk or fruit yogurt (and seriously, do not skip breakfast). Load up on yogurt (go for the low-fat stuff, like the Chobani varieties) maybe half a liter a day. Eat at least 5 times a day (including two snacks, like two apples or a banana, or one big yogurt). Cut back on salt as much as possible.
Just some basic dietary tweaks I use alongside staying active. It keeps my bloodwork and blood pressure perfect.

I’ve downed a massive glass of water, two coffees, and ate breakfast, but I still feel like I got hit by a truck. It made me wonder—are you guys actually functional in the morning? How long does it take for you to actually wake up, and what’s your go-to trick to shake off the fog? I’m always exhausted, whether I slept a little or a ton. Mornings suck for me. On top of that, I’m wide awake at night, so it takes forever to crash.
Maybe your bed is in a bad spot—groundwater, radiation, whatever, I'm being serious. My secret for waking up is a solid breakfast—muesli with melted chocolate in hot milk, paired with some upbeat salsa music. 🙂

I’m actually curious about something else—is there any truth to the idea that hitting the gym makes your vision worse? It would make sense, right? Like how all other physical strain just reshapes your body over time.
I really hope you're kidding me here... 😁 😁 😁
From what I've gathered, nearsightedness usually just gets worse while you're growing (mostly during those awkward teenage years). It should level off after that, but high stress or staring at a computer screen for ten hours straight can definitely make things worse.
Just grabbed some cane sugar from the Target checkout. The bag claims that unlike white sugar, brown sugar keeps all the good stuff intact: minerals, micronutrients, and amino acids.
Hey, quick question—what sweeteners are you guys actually using? I keep hearing that the stuff made with aspartame and saccharin is pretty garbage, so I’m looking for better options. I use honey sometimes, but it doesn't really work for everything. Thanks
Water intoxication—I remember reading about this years ago. Something about drinking way too much water in a short burst flushing all the salt out of your system, which supposedly causes brain swelling. I think I even saw a few reports about people actually dying from it. If anyone knows the actual specifics, lay them on me.

On top of that, I can't even zip up my favorite shorts because I put on a few extra pounds this month. I need to drop at least 3 lbs fast. Any advice on something effective? Help me out! 🙂
- Eat every 2-3 hours in small portions. Don't just starve all day then gorge yourself later. Eat breakfast. - Load up on fruit and veggies; cut back on the greasy stuff and sugar. - Hit the gym.
Gibberish. That’s basically what I sounded like when I was a kid. I actually had to go to speech therapy back in the day, and honestly, those sessions did the trick.
