Some kind of courier or delivery service.
I'm not entirely certain regarding AT&T.

Jack Reyes82 said:If I decide to get back into this sport, do I have to re-register with a club, or can I just pick up where I left off like a regular member? Also, should I try to return to my old gym or would it be better to find a new one? Please give me some advice on how to restart; I’m honestly a bit anxious that people, even the coaches, might look down on me since I've been away for so long.

Of all the battles one faces, the hardest is the one against oneself. 🧐

Stop being so philosophical and just go wherever you feel like... or wherever is closest, or better, or whatever...
Besides, nobody is going to chain you to a specific gym—you can always switch to somewhere else if it suits you better.

It’s certainly not too late.
I practiced Taekwondo from 1995 through 1998, so much of what I learned back then still sticks with me today...

Forget about Bill... 🙂

Laura, Ace, and Tate are also playing.
There is also Solitaire, or rather a bunch of versions based on that same theme.

Terrible experience with PayPal in Miscellaneous ·
Well... I haven't heard of those specific issues before. 🤷
I've been using PayPal for years, even for larger transactions, and I've never encountered a single complication.

As for that automatic transfer feature—if memory serves me correctly, they phased that out at the start of the year.
Electricity basics—need some help! in Miscellaneous ·
If I'm not mistaken, you're actually looking for a broad, general foundation in electrical engineering?
A bit of theory mixed with some practical application, perhaps...

Essentially, everything I own will eventually belong to me in its entirety...
It isn't exactly a fortune—just the house I’m living in, two small apartments, and a little rural property tucked away somewhere in the middle of nowhere. 😛

Altogether, it wouldn't even cover half the cost of a modest condo in Washington, D.C.... But then again, I only have my own little corner in a quiet part of America, nestled in the hills above the Po River and San Francisco, yet still relatively close to civilization.
I haven't quite decided if I'll stay put or head out somewhere else—but if I do stay, I’d certainly prefer to raise the kids here, far away from all that big-city concrete...

Hate speech in signatures? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Just some banter, nothing hateful. 🙂

No matter how you frame it, it all boils down to the same thing—a slightly tragicomic joke at our collective expense, regardless of nationality or background.

It actually reminds me of those tired old stereotypes you hear in jokes, like "lazy as a Southerner," "cheap as a New Yorker," or "slow as someone from the Midwest," and so on...

In the bottom right corner, you'll find the "multiquote" button. Use that to select all the posts you intend to reply to, except for the final one, where you simply click "quote."

For instance, if there are 10 posts and you only want to address the 1st, 3rd, and 5th...
You would hit multiquote on posts 1 and 3, then just use the standard quote on the 5th.
From there, you just type your response under each respective post...

It sounds like you'll need to swap out the CMOS battery on the motherboard.
If I recall correctly, it should be a CR2032 model.

Fine, no problem—I sent him the link for that Dell Inspiron, so we're all set.
Thanks for the help and the suggestions, Jeffrey Chavez6! 👍

PS: That Dell Inspiron you suggested to me about a year ago is still a beast, despite some rather questionable ergonomic and technical design choices...
🙂
I'll check in with my colleague to see what he thinks.
By the way, I actually went with that Dell Inspiron myself once. 😁

A few things to consider, though: He has two daughters, one in school and one in preschool—so I'm not sure if Linux would be practical for them?
I don't have much experience with Linux either, but regardless, I wouldn't want to be constantly interrupted just to show them how to navigate something or get a movie running on a streaming site...
Then there's his wife, who is a complete Facebook addict but knows absolutely nothing about technology, so again, I wouldn't want to deal with constant complaints because something "isn't working."
As you know, all of that combined can get exhausting...

Should I just send him the link for this Dell Inspiron, suggest he sticks to a basic version of Windows, and call it a day for Mike? 🤔
Hey everyone, a friend of mine is looking for a new laptop, so I could use some suggestions.

The budget is around $2,500... $1167 Nothing fancy, just for general home use and maybe an occasional browser game.
He'll be financing it over 12 months at either Best Buy or Micro Center.

That's about it.
Thanks in advance. 👍

driftingcrane83 said:I’m a pretty low-maintenance customer. I don't need credit lines or overdraft protection; all I really want is a solid checking account, some foreign currency options, and functional online banking.

I’d suggest JP Morgan Chase.

PS: I just caught up on your previous posts... Do you have an account with Wells Fargo, and how has that been working out for you?
I also stick to simple domestic and foreign currency accounts linked to my payroll, but since the nearest branch is a bit of a trek, the whole thing is becoming quite a chore...
