Guys, don't even bother arguing... trust me, I know how this goes. I was part of that first big revolt over religion when we were pushing for Christian mode and trying to get rowdyhawk10 off the moderation team... but talking to the admins on this site is basically like talking to a brick wall.

I get that they don't take every complaint seriously, but when a moderator clearly and undeniably messes up, the least they could do is retract the ban and offer an apology... but no, the mods here are treated like royalty, untouchable sacred cows. This whole site would probably go under before any mod here admits they made a mistake and says sorry to you.

Still waiting for this thread to be cleaned up... I guess it takes moderators a whole month to clear out junk? If that’s the case, maybe it just speaks to their incompetence...🙄

We killed the Alternative...? 😂 Who even are you... 😠 We’re basically the only ones keeping it on life support. I wonder how long that Alternative will actually last without us... It’s pretty much on its deathbed, if I'm being honest. It’s just a matter of time before it's gone... and by banning users and deleting one of the most popular threads on the site, dustyharbor18 has basically signed its death warrant. ☕

Anyway, I expect this profanity to be penalized... if they let it slide, I guess that means swearing is allowed, and then maybe I'll start doing it too. ☕

After a while, if my memory serves, dustyharbor18 split it into two... or maybe merged it with something else... I can't quite recall. Anyway, whatever she did, it just resulted in total chaos on the main page... until we eventually found our way back to the old way of posting...

Then, some time later, something bothered dustyharbor18 again (out of all the mods, it was always her) so she closed it, claiming we had "gone too far" and needed a cleanup. Since it was taking her too long to "clean up," I opened this second thread—a sort of "second edition"—which has since been deleted...

That first thread had 3,481 posts and 92,996 views...

Now, I don't remember the exact numbers for this deleted thread, but I suppose there were about 2500 posts... give or take... and maybe around 70,000 views... perhaps a bit less...

Both threads were once the most popular discussions on the alternative boards... and if they had just kept them together, since it's the same topic...

we would have ended up with roughly 6,000 posts and over 150,000 views... which is far, far more than any other thread started by a moderator or a user on the alternative boards...☕ I might even say it was one of the most read threads on this entire forum...☕

By the way, the thread was closed for other reasons, not because of the people presenting themselves here... but I won't say that publicly. You can reach out to me privately where we're free to talk... if you know what I mean...☕

Look, I don't really want to argue anymore... but if it bothers you that we're sticking to this one single thread, would you rather we just opened ten different ones just to "troll" you? It seems to me that what you call trolling or stupidity isn't viewed that way by everyone else...

I think plenty of threads on the alternative side are foolish or just pure trolling too... everything from astrology to a dozen other things... but I just stay away from them instead of showing up to ruin the discussion... 🤷

If the vast majority feels the opposition is interfering unnecessarily, what does that tell us?

We can conclude that one side lacks any real arguments and resorts to trolling... while that side remains protected and keeps access to the Alternative...

Whenever I make a claim, I back it up with an article, a copy-pasted text, a link, or video footage.... I don't just spout nonsense... unlike the trolls clinging to the Alternative, who turned a discussion about the Illuminati, WW3, and the New World Order into nothing more than partisan bickering and party politics....

What would your conclusion be? And I hear you're a moderator on some other forum?

The fact that I moderate elsewhere (you can check Reddit if you want) has nothing to do with this forum or this specific situation... but if you really must know, I would handle it differently... those who stir up fights, who offer no arguments, and who just troll... they'd be the ones penalized... not the people providing the most reasoned arguments and putting effort into the topic...

Just so people don't keep making wild accusations about me censoring anyone I disagree with. electricangler22 isn't even on my side, but he is a sane individual.
The weird conspiracy theorists haven't even come forward here to complain.

Maybe there's going to be a ban on the Alternative. I guess we'll see. Just you and three other forum members, I suppose. It seems their whole analysis of current military and political shifts relies on tying everything back to the Book of Revelation. I guess the core argument from their main strategist is that World War III and the resulting apocalypse are actually desirable for humanity—since it supposedly offers a guaranteed way to ensure the return of Jesus.

So, as you can see—and I hope the other mods notice this too, though they all seem to just cover for one another—we’re being blocked because our thoughts don't exactly align with the moderator's... I guess.

Regarding how long the ban lasts... I guess it’s either forever, or just until the moderator decides. Maybe.☕
