Yeah, let's say the first half is basically the first 45 minutes to an hour (can't remember the exact timing). That part was pretty much perfect, but then they totally blew it.

First half was a total 10/10, but they completely blew it in the second 😢

I also agree about the briefcase subplot. Everything is planned to perfection only for it to fall apart at the last second. They completely botched the ending.
In my opinion, a much better ending would have been for him to kill Nick, flipping the final scene entirely. Imagine Nick burning while Gerard walks away, done with the nonsense because he actually achieved his goal. Let "evil" win for once (though whether that's truly evil is debatable)... 😁

Finally watched the movie because you guys wouldn't shut up about it with all your critiques. Honestly, I expected it to be way worse than it actually was. Huge props to whoever came up with that whole Christian angle 🤣🤣🤣
