swiftlynx6 said:it’s actually a steal because you end up paying about $45 per kilo if you have the Costco membership—which is basically $67 plus you get all those promotional goodies like shaker bottles and an extra 1kg of protein thrown in annually—but you really have to grab at least 7kg to hit that $135 discount tier, otherwise it's just $55. Honestly, they're great!

They’ve got flavors like Cranberry, hazelnut, cappuccino, and a few others—I won't bore you with the full list, you can always go with the unflavored stuff, but Cranberry absolutely rules.😁

Product Price List:

Up to 7 kg $55/kg
Over 7 kg $52/kg

For Costco members
Up to 7 kg $50/kg
Over 7 kg $45/kg

CFM 90% Isolate (chocolate, vanilla, cappuccino, hazelnut, unflavored)
Up to 7 kg $70
Over 7 kg $65/kg

For Costco members
Up to 7 kg $65/kg
Over 7 kg $60/kg

Micellar Casein (chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, unflavored)
Up to 7 kg $73/kg
Over 7 kg $68/kg

For Costco members
Up to 7 kg $68/kg
Over 7 kg $63/kg

Creatine Monohydrate
$83/kg

BCAA Amino Acids
$133/kg

L-Glutamine
$117/kg

CarniMax L-Carnitine (various fruit flavors)
$73/box of 20 ampoules

Waxy.pro 1 kg – highly concentrated carbs (lemon, orange, hazelnut, unflavored)
1 kg $40
2 kg $67
5 kg $110

Dextro.pro – Dextrose (D-glucose)
2 kg $15
3.5 kg $20

Maltodex.pro – Maltodextrin
2.5 kg $25

Note:
To join the Costco membership program, there is a one-time fee of $67 paid at the time of your order.
That $67 fee includes 1 kg of whey concentrate. Once you're in, you get access to the discounted Costco pricing for all subsequent orders.

Pro.Nutrition is the real deal. It’s officially the last whey protein I’m ever buying. Honestly, the flavors are great too... I’ve cycled through hazelnut, chocolate, and vanilla so far. Hazelnut was a winner—tastes a lot like a Nutella spread 😍. Chocolate is decent enough, but I’m skipping the vanilla from now on; just wasn't my thing.

What flavors are you guys liking? I’ve heard people raving about cranberry and cappuccino... I can't imagine eating cranberry, so maybe cappuccino would work, or maybe strawberry?

So far, I’ve given hazelnut, chocolate, and vanilla a shot... Hazelnut was amazing, kind of reminds me of a Nutella spread 😍 chocolate is pretty decent, but I don't think I'll be ordering the vanilla again, just wasn't my thing...

I guess I don't quite get why you even bothered with the chocolate or vanilla if you loved the hazelnut so much.

You really have to try everything 🙂

I just stick to cranberries... hazelnuts smell totally off to me, at least personally...

-Stipe

Because I ordered the hazelnut, chocolate, and vanilla all at once just to test them out.😁

To join the Club card program, there is a one-time fee of $67 due at checkout.
That $67 actually includes 1 kg of Whey concentrate. Once you're in, all subsequent orders qualify for the exclusive Club card member discounts.

Now this looks pretty great.😲

The price point seems fair enough. 🙏

Can anyone share the nutritional breakdown for some of these?

Is Pro Nutrition just rebranding existing supplements?

Is there any chance someone could grab a kilo of Whey for me through Pronutrition? Joining the club just to get one tub feels like a total overkill—way too much extra cost for what I need 😬
. Of course, I'll pay you more than the wholesale price!

Honestly, I still find it much more satisfying to just pick up my supplies directly at the gym rather than hunting around Zant for a better deal on $40/kg Optimum 😁
—there’s just something about that convenience that hits different.

Can someone share a list of products?

Is Pro Nutrition just rebranding existing supplements?

If you mean whether they manufacture them or just repackage... they MANUFACTURE them...
I remember calling them for the first time and they said they had just mixed a batch and I’d have to wait a day for shipping... but hey, we're talking about 30kg here 😁

Plus, you can see all the ingredients on their website...

And btw, buying in plastic bags is cheaper and faster when you're ordering bulk amounts

I need to ask something, but I’m struggling to phrase it properly without sounding tedious 🙂
Basically, I’ve been hitting the gym for about three months now and have already lost 7 kg. My cousin over in the States put together my workout routine and my meal plan; he
is a personal trainer, so he knows his stuff. I eat five meals a day, all timed out perfectly, and to keep this brief...
he suggested I should start using some kind of supplement, specifically protein or whey (assuming those are actually the same thing)...
To be more precise, he said I should have something I can consume during the day as a meal replacement, and that I also absolutely need to drink it
right after my workouts...presumably to prevent muscle wasting. He isn't exactly a native speaker, so I might have missed a few nuances in what he was saying 🙂
but from what I gathered, the goal is to help build muscle while I lose weight so I don't end up losing muscle mass along with the fat.
So, I decided to ask around at my local gym, but I honestly can't tell if the staff there just doesn't know much or if they're just trying to squeeze extra money out of me. They started listing a bunch of different products
that they claim I "need" to take...apparently, if I take this one, I have to take that one too because the first one won't work unless I combine it with the second, and the second won't work
unless I add a third thing... 🙂
It felt a little suspicious when they recommended the exact same protein my brother uses—but he's trying to bulk up and gain massive size—so I'm worried about picking the wrong thing for my goals.

I know I can be a bit much with these questions, but I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a specific brand or name of a protein so I can feel 100% confident in my choice.

One more thing: a friend of mine picked up some Twinlab Diet Fuel from a pharmacy for weight loss, and I'm wondering if that's actually effective or just a waste of money?

thanks

So, I’ve been hitting the gym consistently for about three months now. I managed to drop 7 pounds already, which isn't bad... My cousin over in the States sent me this workout routine he put together, and honestly...
So, I’ve hired a personal trainer, and he actually put together a full meal plan for me. I'm hitting five meals a day, all timed out perfectly, and honestly... I don't want to bore you with all the granular details...
But he told me she should probably pick up some kind of supplement... you know, like that protein or Whey (if those are even actually the same thing)...
He was more specific about it—suggesting I grab something I can actually eat on the go as a meal replacement, and insisting that I make it a non-negotiable part of my routine...
I drink it right after my workout... just to make sure my muscles don't completely waste away. It's not like the instructions aren't written in plain English, but I still feel like I missed a few details somewhere... 🙂
So, if I’ve got this right... the goal is to actually build muscle after a workout while making sure that as the pounds drop off, I'm not losing my hard-earned muscle mass in the process?
So, I actually went ahead and asked my trainers about this at the gym, but honestly? Either they have absolutely no clue what they’re talking about, or they’re just trying to squeeze every last cent out of me... They basically just stood there and rattled off a laundry list of every supplement under the sun.
What exactly am I supposed to be taking here? Because if I go by this logic, I have to take one thing just so I can take the next one, since the first one won't even do anything unless it's paired with the second... and then there's the third thing... which doesn't even exist...
What happens to the effectiveness if you don't take something else alongside it? 🙂
I had to do a double-take when they offered me that specific protein. My brother is the one using it—he’s on that mission to bulk up and pack on some serious muscle—so I was naturally a bit skeptical. Honestly, I'm a little hesitant about picking up the wrong thing... wouldn't want to make a mistake with my supplements.

I know I can be a bit much and probably pretty annoying, but would someone mind just giving me the exact name of that protein? I really want to be one hundred percent sure before I buy anything...

Just one more thing... a friend of mine picked up some Twinlab diet fuel from a local pharmacy to help with weight loss, and I'm sitting here wondering: is this just overpriced placebo, or is there actually something to it?

You're welcome.

It’s just standard whey protein. Honestly, you can pick whatever you want—grab some Dymatize, go with Pro Nutrition, or just find something else that works for you...

And for heaven's sake, can we please stop with this "accidental" bulking everyone seems to be obsessed with? It’s exactly what every woman is terrified of...
It turns out this whole thing happens overnight... rather than being the result of years of grinding and endless effort...
The only bodybuilders who actually put in the effort to look like idiots are the ones truly trying... whereas everyone else just seems to stumble into it overnight without even realizing what happened...
Let’s be real: most of you don't even have a legitimate training program, let alone a proper diet, quality supplements, or any kind of PEDs... honestly, you probably don't even have enough natural testosterone in your system to pack on a decent amount of muscle.

I’m seriously thinking about grabbing a tub of this zero-carb Whey just to see if it actually lives up to the hype... fingers crossed I can track down some Pro Nutrition or maybe that Optimum Nutrition WHEY protein 100 %

Does anyone have a direct link to the Pro Nutrition website? Google isn't really giving me anything useful 🤷 (at least I can't find the US site or anywhere that actually ships to the States 🤔 )

It’s quite a chore to type out "Pronutrition"... and even then, you just end up staring at the very first page of Google results 🙂

@Angela Nelson98/">@@Angela Nelson98 Don't worry, you aren't going to wake up looking like a bodybuilder. 🙂 It's just a supplement. Whether you use it as a snack or a meal replacement depends on your goals. Personally, I use it as an extra boost since I'm focused on bulking up, but it works great as a meal replacement too. Just remember, 30 grams of Whey usually gives you about 20 grams of pure protein. I definitely recommend Pro Nutrition!

Thanks: is there any option to use ace-K instead of aspartame? 🤔 It's just as bad for you 🤷

I don't know, I'm not entirely sure... just shoot them an email and they can give you the facts.

I recall there was some backlash regarding aspartame and Josh or someone like that, so they ended up pulling those products.

Where are you located? I usually place big bulk orders with my crew, so if you're interested, I can definitely add you to the list...

And enough with this idea of "accidental" bodybuilding that every woman seems terrified of.
The reality is that those transformations happen overnight, not after years of grinding and effort.
The only actual bodybuilders are the fools who obsess over it. Everyone else just ends up looking buff seemingly by accident without even realizing they did it.
Most people don't have the training, the diet, the supplements, or the gear. They definitely don't have enough testosterone to pack on that kind of muscle.

Exactly. That’s the mindset. Women think, "I’m working my tail off in the gym lifting heavy weights, and I haven't turned into a bodybuilder after five months—I just look toned."🙏
