Hi everyone. My mom is currently in the hospital fighting bone cancer. She’s been battling this for years, but things have taken a really dark turn lately. She doesn't recognize us anymore, she won't eat, and her mental state is just... it's bad. Today, the staff at Peter Memorial Hospital told us we need to come in for a meeting because they're considering discharging her. What am I supposed to do? My dad is also sick, and our only income is $767 my mother's Social Security. She needs round-the-clock care. I honestly don't know how I'll manage feeding her or helping her with basic needs. What are my options here? Does anyone know what nursing homes actually cost? Has anyone gone through something similar? I feel completely lost on what to do next.

It’s kind of like how nobody is born a schizophrenic or an alcoholic, right? That stuff develops as you go through life.
Personally, I think he hit the nail on the head and that everything boils down to the family dynamic—you know, the psychological side of things and how kids are raised.
It’s a bummer that they didn't bring any parents of gay kids onto the show to talk.
I feel like we really ought to be asking parents about their upbringing styles and how they handled things at home.
Like, do any of these gay guys actually have a healthy, solid relationship with both their mom and dad?
In my opinion, anyone who ends up being gay is dealing with some kind of trauma from their childhood—whether it's something they're aware of or just some repressed thing buried deep down—and that’s where the root of it all lies.
A little five-year-old boy could experience a trauma if, say, his father passes away and he grows up without him, leaving him with just a super dominant mother.
Down the road, that could lead to him being gay.
I could probably come up with a ton of other examples. For instance, maybe a four-year-old girl is being seduced by her dad through certain words, looks, or gestures... (and I don't necessarily mean physical assault), which just makes her lose all respect for men entirely.
What do you guys reckon?
I think that's completely wrong because it isn't caused by trauma; it's a genetic condition.☕
They gave me a plastic one too. My health insurance covered it—I was actually unemployed at the time, about five months ago—so I don't really get why you guys are having such a hard time getting yours.
Look, babe, I can fix all that for you for free. A little filler here, a little there... I'll seal up those windows with whatever's left over and boom. Your boobs will look incredible. Once they settle in, they’ll be rock hard. Tell your auntie that fake breasts are gay.

(I honestly can't believe I'm dealing with this after years of drinking 😲 ) Lately, whenever I go out, I start getting these red blotches on my face that fade by the end of the night. It’s weird because I’ve been drinking the same stuff for years and never had an issue. One day I'll have a beer and feel totally fine. But vodka? It gives me these spots and makes me look like a mess. Anyone else dealing with this...?
That happens to me when I take a break from beer... then I'll have a few and turn bright red with spots all over my face. If I drink it regularly, it's no problem. So, what's the takeaway here? Drink more often.😬
It’ll pass in no time... honestly, I've been there myself when things weren't exactly going smoothly with a partner. A little lube and you're good to go. If you're feeling really worked up, just shoot me a DM or grab some Vaseline and enjoy yourselves.
So, about a month ago, I ended up with a broken humerus. I went to my doctor and asked for some actual advice—you know, what supplements I should take to make sure the bone heals properly? He just shrugs and goes, "Oh, just take some calcium or something." After an answer like that, how was I supposed to trust him? I felt exactly the same way I did before I even walked into the office. I swung by the pharmacy to see if they had anything to help with healing. Ended up grabbing some Calcium with Magnesium—specifically the TwinLab Calcium Citrate Caps, 75 count bottle. In two capsules: Thinking about adding 300 mg of calcium to the daily routine? It’s worth a look. Is that enough to hit your goals, or just a small boost? Magnesium 150mg. I’m a little worried about this: "TWINLAB CALCIUM CITRATE CAPS PLUS MAGNESIUM go to work quickly in the stom-" Then again, calcium and magnesium tablets? They definitely need binders just to stay together. If you mix them all together, you might run into a problem. These binders can be pretty stubborn when it comes to dissolving, so you have to be careful. Is it possible for a calcium and magnesium supplement to just slide right through your system without being absorbed? Honestly, it happens more often than you'd think. If you're taking them together, you might actually be working against yourself. Did you know that calcium and magnesium can compete for the same absorption pathways? If you take a massive dose of one, it might effectively block the other. It’s like trying to squeeze two people through a single narrow doorway at the exact same time—one is bound to get stuck. It could also come down to how much you're taking at once or what else is in your stomach. Are you taking it on an empty stomach or with a heavy meal? That makes a huge difference. Have you noticed any digestive issues, or are you just wondering if you're getting your money's worth? How do you stay on track without getting totally sucked in? Twinlab Calcium Citrate Caps Plus Magnesium are actually much easier to swallow and absorb. Why struggle with those massive pills when you don't have to? I'm late. No tablet binders, coatings, or artificial colors here. Also, it’s gluten-free. Gluten-free. You know, things like corn, soy, yeast, wheat, barley, and lactose. Milk and egg products. No added flavorings, sugars, salt, or artificial sweeteners. Gluten-free.
So, from what I gather, there’s a chance the tablet doesn't even dissolve properly in your system. Plus, those two pills only give you 300mg of calcium, whereas the effervescent ones seem to have about 400mg per dose. Isn't that a significant difference?
I’m honestly stumped on what to take now. I remember a few years back, right around the time I broke my hand, I was on some vitamins that made my nails grow like crazy. I’m guessing they helped with bone healing and growth too, but I can't for the life of me remember which ones they were. Any ideas?
So, how many milligrams should I actually be taking daily? Between calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D, and everything else, what's the move? Does anyone have a recommendation?

Hahaha! Seriously? Out of twenty guys in my circle... nobody. Not a single one likes a woman without curves. Small breasts just aren't the standard, and honestly, they can look a bit plain. I don't know which guy fed you that line, but babe, he was lying to you. A woman needs some shape. (And for the record... implants are a total mess.)☕

I'm gay and I donate blood regularly every three months. I sign that medical disclosure without any hesitation because I truly believe I'm doing something good for others. I've tested negative for HIV, and I'm not promiscuous... Is there actually a specific reason why I shouldn't be able to donate?
Because they think gay people are unhealthy, and unhealthy people shouldn't be donating blood.
So, I went and snapped both bones in my forearm. It’s all held together with plates and screws now, but I'm looking for advice on what to take to speed up the healing process. Calcium, right? Maybe something like those prenatal multivitamins? If anyone knows of a specific supplement that actually works, let me know. I don't want to waste money on junk. Basically, what's going to help these bones knit back together faster?
