From what I've seen, this all stems from low self-esteem. If anyone disagrees, they tend to take it personally—like a direct hit to their character—and then you see one of two reactions: either they get aggressive and go on the defensive, or they just shut down emotionally and feel rejected.

Found some high-waisted denim shorts at Pull&Bear—they come in four different colors and they're actually on sale right now.

I tend to keep things to myself because most people just don't get it. When you actually open up and show some emotion, it’s like they immediately start looking down on you—pitying you, or worse, losing respect. It becomes this thing where they think, "Oh, she's a mess, she can't handle life." Society has shifted to a point where being cold and detached is seen as the ideal—acting like nothing touches you is considered "cool," while showing any real feeling is dismissed as being "weak."

It seems like there's some new trend of opening troll threads on this forum lately

That’s why my advice is simple—never lie. You never truly know how much someone is going to mean to you down the road, and then you look back realizing you lied to someone who became incredibly important to you😉

It all just seems to be a roll of the dice. It’s the same in real life—you might stumble upon the love of your life, or you might just end up with an idiot. But my advice? Don't go trusting anyone completely right out of the gate. If they seem decent, push to meet up in person first. Personally, I've only ever met people from this forum, and honestly, everyone has turned out to be perfectly normal.😁

I haven't seen one either—though I did get this tiny little thing once. It was just one of those little surprise toys you get inside a candy pack at the drugstore, and honestly, it’s actually kind of fun to play with. 😁
