Of course Dennis White9 (iPhone) is wrong, or maybe he just doesn't get what this kid is actually after. He isn't looking to bulk up; he wants to drop fat and reveal more muscle. Based on the routine I gave him, he’s going to get exactly what he wants—less body fat and, consequently, much more definition.

Btw, I scrolled through some old forums and saw how you look, iPhone—let's just say "top tier" is a stretch for you. You're nowhere near my level... way below it...😉

Don't get mad. I'll dig up an old photo to show you what I'm talking about, since it seems like you think physical appearance is the only measure of intelligence.

Later!

So, was it because you were supposedly above everyone else in both size and brains that you stopped visiting?😉

Peace.

I think Dennis White9 is actually onto something regarding this whole protein debate...

Alright, wanderingraven15, why don't you go ahead and tell us what your handle is? 😁

placidfalcon said:I get that whey is just milk protein.
The whole point is that I think drinking fresh whey is healthier and cheaper—like, a gallon costs less than $1.00—than using some powder filled with random additives. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Of course a gallon is $1.00 and cheap.
But have you actually looked at the nutrition facts to see what's inside?
...If you had, you'd know exactly why it's so cheap.

I agree it's healthy, that much is true.
But if you're someone who actually needs a massive, serious protein intake, plain whey isn't going to cut it.

yogurt, whey, eggs... you can't beat real food protein

Stop lecturing people about stuff you clearly don't understand.

Optimum Nutrition makes top-tier protein.
I know because I've actually used their stuff.
AnabolicWhey, 100% whey protein, 100% whey isolate...

Just pick whatever fits your goals.

Bradley Barnes90 said:besides that, I used to watch those women's bodybuilding competitions on satellite TV, and believe me, most guys will never have muscles like that, even if they spend years in the gym... and regardless of the fact that they're women... they are huge...

I know exactly what you mean.
Yeah, but it isn't natural. 😉
A woman is never going to achieve that kind of physique naturally, period.

And this site is actually high quality. 😉

Bradley Barnes90 said:Was that directed at me? I'm not offended...

Sure, maybe.
But it applies generally, too. There’s a massive amount of misinformation and just plain stupid claims floating around out there.
And naturally, it's coming from people who don't even work in the field, so they have zero clue about the actual facts.

Bradley Barnes90 said:Like you said, she doesn't have muscle, but everything is toned and well-shaped. That's my point...

Those are muscles, 😁
She's a woman, so obviously she has a slightly higher body fat percentage.
The whole thing is just a well-toned, fit physique.🙂

Bradley Barnes90 said:But that trainer... man, he's a whole different story...

He's a guy, so that explains it.
But let's be real—his results didn't just fall from the sky.😉

Bradley Barnes90 said:if they train properly (not to have massive muscles and stuff)

If building huge muscles was actually that easy, everyone busting their ass in the gym and following those strict diets wouldn't be so miserable.

This is especially true for women, who biologically aren't wired to pack on "massive muscles" anyway. 🙄
It all comes down to hormones.
It’s such a shame that so many women are intimidated by weights.
The only thing you're going to get from lifting right is a toned, tight physique because quality muscle mass burns more calories regardless.
Reshaping your body that way is a total win.

Look, I'm not trying to be an asshole here, but this is just classic amateur nonsense from someone who clearly hasn't a clue what they're talking about.

Just a heads up,
walnuts are great for you, but they're loaded with calories, so watch yourself.😍

A few drops during ovulation can actually be totally normal for some women
Al Pacino vs. Robert De Niro in Movies ·
Al Pacino, for sure 🙂

Man, both of them are legends 🙏
Man, you’re already starting to get incredibly annoying with this, and the same goes for all your similar posts across every forum out there.

I’m with you on that 🙂

Honestly, you should just grab the book too 👍
Best workouts for weight loss? in Health ·
Cut the crap and stop overthinking the workouts.

Just start running.
It’s easily the most effective way.

If your goal is losing weight, any kind of cardio will get the job done.
Deep cystic acne breakout... help! in Health ·
Douse it in rubbing alcohol.
Grab a needle, pop it, and squeeze.
Then slather on some antibacterial stick to dry it out.
That'll definitely get rid of it faster.

So, what's your pain tolerance like anyway? 😬
Because there isn't a level of pain that would stop me from squeezing a
''greasy'' pimple like that 😳 😎
(...if I actually had them 🙂 😁 😁 )
It’s entirely possible that depression is the underlying cause here.

I haven't dealt with it personally, but my mom has.

The symptoms were identical.
She started taking St. John's Wort capsules, and her sleep issues completely vanished.
The best part? St. John's Wort is totally herbal, so there's zero risk of getting hooked.

Prejudice 🙂

What a waste.

I'm blaming all those other garbage dubs out there.😬

melloweagle26 said:It’s probably because the crew doing the dubbing has been working on cartoons for years. They're already in sync and they clearly picked the right voices... 🙂

Probably, yeah.

Either way, I'm laughing my head off
at Bell 😍

I haven't seen the original version, but honestly, I think this American dub is actually better. 🙂
It's pure genius.
Stuart Little and Stuart Little 2 in Movies ·
Are you watching Stuart Little tomorrow? 🙂

I've been hyped about this since late last week.
I seriously can't wait to see Bell 😁 👋

Remember when Stuart was flying that little plane, and Bell was just screaming his head off:
''aaaaaaaa, don't run me over!!!!!!! ''
(Or maybe that was in Stuart Little 2 🤔 but whatever)

😂 😂 😂 😍

The dubbing is actually great 😍
(but only this one time!)
