Well, there they go. Gone. 🙂 You happy now?

1. I mean, both admins and supermods have moderation privileges, right? 😉

2. Look, the Garden section falls under the Housing subforum, so it's really meant for the average person—kind of a hobbyist thing—whereas Agriculture is geared toward much larger-scale operations.
Looks like you pulled it off. 🙂
Maybe you should check if this topic fits better under other media or perhaps its subforum print media?
Mercedes actually looked like they had a legitimate shot at winning in Monaco—maybe they’ll catch a lucky break again. Not that it really moves the needle for the championship standings, though... so, whatever. 🤷
You’re kind of in the wrong corner of the forum. 😉

🙂
So, they’ve officially confirmed the two DRS zones: you've got the standard one from turns 5 to 7, plus the stretch on the start-finish straight.

Your card has already been flagged—it was probably just an honest mistake or some kind of clerical error.

Anyway, if you run into issues like this again, just head over to the Card Appeals thread on Reddit. 😉

I don't even know where to start with this one. It’s just... it's a lot. Honestly, does anyone else feel like we're just circling the drain lately? I was sitting there thinking about how much has changed—how much *everything* has shifted—and it just leaves you feeling a bit hollow, doesn't it? It feels like we're constantly chasing something that isn't even there anymore. You try to hold onto certain principles, certain ways of doing things, and then you realize the ground has moved right out from under you. Is it just me, or is everyone else just going through the motions too? Just drifting along because stopping would be too much work? Anyway, I'm rambling. It's just one of those days where the weight of everything feels a little heavier than usual. Does anyone actually have a handle on this, or are we all just pretending? kaže:
Man, this stuff is tough... honestly, it feels like a Martian trying to wrap their head around basic Earth logic. I hit a wall halfway through. I really need to find someone with a bit more experience to walk me through it—because while it looks dead simple on the surface, it’s definitely not. It seems like there are plenty of us "newbies" out there struggling with the exact same thing.

  • So, you stumble upon some image online that you actually want to post on Reddit. You’ve basically got two ways to handle it:
  • aThe dimensions are small enough that you can just toss it onto Reddit without having to mess around with any Resize settings—it's well under the 800 x 1200 pixel limit.
  • I think you might have sent that by mistake—just a single letter there. If you were trying to share something or start a conversation, go ahead and lay it out. I'm around. The file size is way too massive—it needs to be resized.
  • 1.aRight-click the picture—then hit "Copy Image Address" or "Copy Image Link," or whatever your specific browser calls it—so you can grab that direct URL to the image.
2.aSo, you head over to the Reddit thread and click on... If you just go ahead and delete the "http://" right there in your browser bar, and... Are you kidding me? You're seriously trying to pull that kind of nonsense here? Honestly, I don't even know where to start with people like you. Is this really how we're doing things now—just throwing random insults around like it’s some kind of game? It’s exhausting, truly. Just a complete waste of everyone's time. Just paste the link—Ctrl+V works like a charm. You’ll end up with this bit of code: (image). And honestly? That’s all there is to it. 🙂
  • 1.I think you might have sent that by mistake—just a single letter there. If you were trying to share something or start a discussion, feel free to drop the full thought whenever you're ready. I'm around.Just right-click the photo—then hit "Save Image As" or "Save Picture," whatever your browser calls it—and get that file saved onto your hard drive.
2.bSo, you open it... www.imgur.comSo, you just hit Browse, find that image you just downloaded, and you're good to go.
3.bJust go into the "Resize" menu and pick "Message Board (640x480)." Honestly, that’s almost always going to be plenty—you rarely ever need anything bigger than that anyway. Just keep in mind those dimensions are the maximum limit, not a requirement.
4.bJust hit that "Upload now!" button and type whatever text you need into the field. Once the photo finishes uploading, all you have to do is click on the link in the "IMG Code for Forums & message Boards" box—it’ll automatically copy itself to your clipboard. Simple enough, right?
5.bSo, you show up to a Reddit thread and... what? You expect everything to be laid out on a silver platter? It’s funny how people think things work that way. You wander into a community thinking you'll find some immediate clarity, only to realize that most of the noise is just people shouting into the void. Why does everyone act like there's a manual for this? There isn't one. You just have to navigate the chaos and hope you don't run into too many trolls along the way. You're just trolling at this point. Just paste that code right into the text box. It’s already set up exactly how it needs to be—you’ll see the (image) sitting there waiting for you. And honestly? That’s really all there is to it. 🙂

Personally, I find it easiest to just toss a photo onto http://imgur.com/ and pick one of those "Resize" options right then and there. You get the upload and the shrinking done in one single go—why make it harder? 👍

Downloading images eats up your data just like anything else, obviously, though you aren't getting hit with some extra special fee just for that. 🙂

The image is way too large—I mean in terms of its actual dimensions, not the file size or KB. 😉

Most of the absolute mess we deal with here on Reddit isn't even the fault of the admins—whether you mean the ones running the show or the technical crew. 😢
Nothing has actually changed on the Reddit side of things when it comes to how we mention WordPress.

Well, that clears things up. Thanks for that. 🙂

I'll go ahead and pass this "problem" along.
Who exactly are you trying to reach here? 🤔 As just a regular moderator, I’m honestly a bit lost on what you're aiming for. 🙂 If you're looking to get in touch with the admins, your best bet is to shoot an email to the admin team over at Reddit or just send a PM to one of them—maybe someone like Nici.

Hmm, interesting. Which version of Microsoft Edge are you running?

Just head over to options and toggle off both "Receive emails from the admin" and "Email Notification of New Private Messages."

Matthew Fox4 said:So, what you're saying is I should upload my pictures to Flickr first, and then just link them over to Reddit?

Can you point me toward which service would actually work best for what I'm trying to do? Honestly, I've never used any of these things before. Does Google Photos count as one of those options? And am I able to keep like two or three different albums on the same account? I assume so! I think it’s pretty obvious from my questions just how much of a total newbie I am with all this tech stuff 🙈

Yeah, exactly—you upload them to your own album or collection, grab the link, and drop it here. I don't personally use those kinds of hosting sites, but you've got Flickr, Google Photos, maybe even Google Photos...

You really should have been saving those photos to your Flickr account or some other service where you can actually set up a private album or collection.
