So, here’s the situation. I’m currently on this extended break—three months, actually—and since I’m nowhere near a gym and haven't been dealing with any injuries lately, I’m wondering what kind of moves or routines might help me keep my triceps from completely disappearing. As far as biceps go, I managed to find a heavy pipe lying around, so I’ve been doing pull-ups and curls with it every morning and night. But I really need something specific for the triceps... anyone got some ideas?

Heh... I’d love to know more about that too... I’m dealing with almost the exact same thing... specifically that whole mess with the nausea and the dizzy spells...

Look, let's put it this way... I recently started working at a retail store, and honestly, the job isn't exactly a walk in the park. Now, I don't know if there's a direct connection here, but I also know that ever since my grandmother had spinal surgery, she's had this numbness in three of her fingers that just hasn't gone away, even after all this time.

So, here’s the deal. About a month ago, my toes on both my left and right feet just went numb, and honestly, they haven't come back to life since.
On my left foot, it’s specifically the right side around the nail—just that one half underneath the nail area... and the exact same thing is happening on my right foot too. It doesn't actually hurt or anything, but the sensation is just... gone. And now I'm starting to get a little worried about it...
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this???
