Honestly, screw every single referee on this planet and the home teams too. Where was this kind of officiating for us back in 2009?

what kind of nonsense is Zrnich pulling now... just two minutes in

Does anyone have a link to a stream for the US national team? I need it ASAP...

Is it on RTS 2 or just the main channel?

I’m calling it now: we’re going to walk away with a massive goal difference. We’re absolutely going to tear them apart... though I doubt Zrnić is going to pull any of those wild, acrobatic wing plays out there today.

Matulic is basically the next Abalo, seriously, nice work man...
Look, even if our defense turns into an absolute disaster like it did against Denmark, we’re still walking away with a win against Argentina. There isn't a force on this planet that can strip those points from us tonight... not even some bad calls from the refs.

I'm just hoping Buntic comes out firing from the jump, and that we see Lackovic in one of his better moods too...

Ankle injuries: What's your experience? in Health ·
So, those last three days have finally crawled by. Honestly? I’m feeling pretty great today. I even managed to get back out there for some light jogging... The pain is completely gone, which feels like a minor miracle. The only thing still bugging me is that stiffness first thing in the morning when I roll out of bed. It isn't anything crushing, but it's definitely there, letting me know I haven't totally escaped it yet...

Hey everyone...
So, yesterday—as some of you might have guessed—I went and rolled my ankle again. It’s happened before, but I swear this time felt way worse than the others. I actually heard that sickening crunching sound, like something was snapping, though thankfully I don't think it's actually broken... yet.
I jumped on it with an ice pack within five minutes, but honestly, it didn't do much. It’s already swollen up quite a bit.
The thing is, I've got some massive exams coming up next week, so I'm trying to figure out how long it'll take before I can at least walk around without constant pain. Right now, I'm using some Voltaren gel and following this trick a buddy told me about where you rotate your foot between warm and cold water for about 20 minutes at a time.

Does anyone else have any suggestions for speeding up the recovery?
Thanks in advance. And just so we're clear, I haven't gone to see a doctor or anything...
:S
Man, those Frenchmen are really something else...
Yeah, even he admitted that was what woke him up. But honestly, look, any time you cut off blood flow like that, you're playing with fire... it's dangerous, plain and simple. Just try to be a little more careful about it, especially with that lesion on your arm...

Kudos to you! Though, honestly, when it comes to that red onion tea... man, just a heads-up, there is nothing out there that tastes or smells worse than that stuff. It's brutal.
As for the sugar situation, if you’re someone who can’t live without sugar in your coffee or tea, I’d say try making the switch to brown sugar. Just cut out the white stuff entirely if you can... though, of course, if you can manage to go without any sweetener at all, even better...

Look, regarding that whole immunity thing, I’d honestly suggest leaning more into natural stuff rather than relying on those various pills from all those big pharmaceutical companies. Just stick to freshly squeezed orange juice—hand-pressed, obviously—and maybe toss in a lemon if you can handle it. Throw some garlic, bacon, and definitely some propolis into the mix... there are plenty of little remedies out there if you know where to look.

I’d also tell you to go get an allergy test done. It doesn’t really matter if you just had one recently; I actually ended up doing it twice within ten days myself. The first time came back perfect, like I wasn't allergic to anything, but the second time? Suddenly it flagged a whole bunch of things...
Thanks so much for getting back to me!
I should probably clarify one thing, though—I didn't explain myself very well before. He actually turned down the biopsy simply because he didn't have the time... I mean, I get it, life happens, but you really can't mess around when it comes to your health. He was also looking at a potential two-week hospital stay, and that's what ultimately made him bail on the whole thing. But, he's planning to get everything sorted out right after the New Year...

Thanks again
So, here’s the situation...
My old man is 50, and about two or three years back, his blood pressure just spiked out of nowhere. I remember one Easter when he checked it, and it hit 200/100—that was pretty much the peak, it didn't go any higher than that...

After running a ton of tests, they couldn't pin down an exact cause, so they basically told him it was most likely just his diet...
He tried adjusting what he eats, cutting out the greasy stuff and scaling back on how much meat he has at meals...
He also started taking blood pressure medication, though I'm not really sure what kind he's on, because even with them, his pressure is still sitting around 150/80 today...

A few months ago, right before summer hit, he went in for some detailed labs. Everything looked fine except for his creatinine levels, which are closely tied to kidney function...
Then he had a kidney ultrasound, and they told him everything looked okay there. As for those elevated creatinine numbers? They suggested it might just be a glitch, maybe even that the machine was acting up, so they said it would be best to just retest in a few months...

The labs were done maybe 15 days ago, and the creatinine levels were actually even higher than the first time! If I remember correctly, the value was somewhere around 190, while the normal range tops out at 150...

He got a referral to an internist, who examined him and suggested he be hospitalized for a kidney biopsy, but he turned that down... The internist told him that the reason the creatinine is up is because his kidneys are essentially drying up, and another doctor mentioned that in a worst-case scenario, he could end up needing dialysis...

I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with something similar. How dangerous are these creatinine levels, really? And what does it actually mean when they say the kidneys are "drying up"...? Is there even a way to treat it, or is it just something you live with...?!?!?!

Thanks in advance, and sorry for hijacking the thread with such a heavy topic...
