The movie's alright—decent enough. The acting? Nothing to write home about. I dig the vibe though, especially that blonde actress—her character had this killer charisma, kind of a mysterious edge for that era.

😂 😂 😂 honestly, that was the best part for me too—it's why I even sat through it, since they played those scenes during the trailers on TV... but the movie itself? Total dud. If I remember right, there definitely wasn't a happy Endo.

The first one is easily my favorite.

The second one is alright—mostly just because Ali Larter was in it. Honestly, kind of sucks they killed her off since she actually made it out alive in the first movie.

Third one's fine too.

As for the fourth and fifth... they're watchable, I guess. The fifth is better than the fourth.

Man, my heart was absolutely racing during the opening of 28 Weeks Later... the tension is just unreal.

Too bad they aren't planning a third installment...

I’ve always had a thing for the movies where Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter share the screen—solid vibes. Honestly, Oded Fehr back in the day was such a crush too... xD And obviously, that part with Michelle Rodriguez was top tier too...

Not much to say about his movies, really.

I'm all about Independence Day—but just the first one. The sequel is just weird. Not my thing at all.

The Day After Tomorrow... I dig the concept and that whole freezing sequence, but I’ve seen it way too many times. It’s starting to get old.

2012 is actually pretty great.

This movie is so stupidly bad that it’s actually perfect. I was losing it laughing at Anna Faris's facial expressions.

Ryan Reynolds is such a snack 🙂 in this one.

I could probably watch this thing a few times a year and never get bored—it feels like it pops up on FOX every couple of years anyway.

It’s not just Crime Scene—it’s straight up pathological

Look, you gotta know if you’re watching anything by Lars von Trier—you’re basically signing up for some mental warfare. The violence isn't just background noise, even when it involves a mother and her two little kids.

Then there's that whole sequence where they start hacking away at a victim... just gross.

I honestly thought after powering through V/H/S and V/H/S 2, I was pretty much desensitized. This movie actually threw me for a loop, though. Haven't seen anything this stomach-turning in a long time.

That opening scene with Uma Thurman is top-tier. I love how the tension just slowly builds until you can feel it.

Anyway, I already blocked out most of the scenes, so I won't be losing sleep over it or anything. Crime Scene xD

They were actually killer back when I was a teen. Not so much now—they just don't drop anything that hits my vibe anymore.

Making bank, but the reviews are absolute trash.

Saw the trailer. Not feeling it—kind of gives off those Darkness Falls vibes where you've got some witch with a jawbone just hacking people up.

I feel like there were way too many Candyman movies—honestly, I haven't sat through a single one. That YouTube trailer caught my eye, though. Seeing that Jordan Peele (Get Out) had a hand in this makes it worth a look. I'll check it out.

How old is she? Like, 16 or 17?

I used to shave my head all the time—felt I looked better without the hair anyway. Mostly just did it so my scalp could actually breathe, especially during the summer. Haven't bothered lately, though. Honestly, probably nothing to worry about unless she’s secretly hiding some right-wing tendencies...

The first flick was killer—that long drive scene had this tension that actually worked, you know? Even with just them talking, it wasn't a slog at all. Only weird part was the brother-sister thing... kind of a bizarre choice for a movie. A couple would’ve felt way more natural.

The sequel was pretty mid, honestly, but fine.

Skipped the third one.

I'm definitely checking out Reborn 2021.

Got about 15 movies left on my watchlist for 2021/2022.

Not sure if I’ve already posted about this incredible actress—her performance in August: Osage County was top-tier, just like her work in all those other films.

This movie is killer. Too bad my absolute favorite—Sarah Michelle Gellar—has to play Helen and die in this one. Typical.

In Scream 2, someone gets tossed off a balcony.

I actually dug that scene where the killer chases her down to her sister's shop—too bad the sister didn't make it. She actually put up a fight and tried to block those hits instead of just dying easy. Honestly, she deserved a spot in the Scream 2 sequel.

The second one was alright—nothing to write home about, but fine.

Thirdly—not that it matters—I don't think I've ever seen a worse movie. Actually, wait, there is one: Project 2.

Twitter lol—I actually thought it was Miley Cyrus too. Honestly, she looks like a total scarecrow here.

I already posted my thoughts on this movie over on the VHS2 thread since I couldn't find a specific section for it here.

Everything about it was gross. Just nasty scenes. Ever since that vampire girl scene popped up, I haven't been able to get anything else out of me—not that everything is totally hopeless, though. xD

That forest sequence really caught me off guard.

Definitely not watching this again. One time was more than enough back when I first saw it a few years ago.

Though, maybe I'll give the Red Band version a look.
