I caught the tail end of Biljana’s set, then saw Ed and Idiot right at the start... After that, I just headed home, grabbed some food, and passed out immediately. 😬
I could see the spotlights from Elemental through my window—they were putting on quite a show—but honestly, I just didn't have the energy to head back out there. 😁
The cooperators seem to be having some kind of wedding—though I couldn't tell you if it's an internal affair or something involving the whole band... 😁
Miles Davis P.U.P. Miles Davis and his disciples (around 5 p.m.) Apple DJ Eminem & Dr. Dre (around 6 p.m.) Green Day (around 7:30 p.m.) Linkin Park (around 9 p.m.)
Work was so relentless today that I didn't even have a spare second to swap out the foil. I had fully intended to get it done around 8:00 AM before heading into the office, then just head straight back home with the same old foil around 5:00 or 6:00 PM... 😁
Ryan Ruiz said:And how long did it take before it actually absorbed into your skin? How intense was the peeling? On my palms, I just ended up with maybe two or three tiny black specks... nothing else really happened.
I'm honestly not sure how long it took to sink in—it was right under my neck, so I couldn't exactly stare at it too closely for long enough to tell... 😁
Same here regarding the peeling—absolutely nothing. Just a few stray black flakes here and there...
Zele suggested I apply Bephanten constantly during those first two weeks—basically, the more airtime she gets, the better. If I’m wearing a shirt or just sleeping, though, I'd probably wrap her in plastic film to keep it contained.
The rule of thumb for the first fourteen days is also strictly no long soaking sessions in the bathtub, the pool, or the ocean... plus, staying far away from direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least the first three months!
I’ve been following all of those guidelines pretty closely 😁 As for high SPF ratings, the highest I've even seen was around 60, but honestly, it doesn't matter—I'm not stepping out into the sun regardless, just to be safe 😉

: shrugs: I'm with you—white is definitely better.😬
I honestly can't wrap my head around what the big deal is. Ever since I first heard "Everything is OK" and "Same Shoes"... I actually felt physically ill. But of course—since everyone else apparently had a fantastic time—I found myself stuck listening to those tracks.
Open Radio was particularly suffocating with "Everything is OK," and I simply could not stomach hearing that "don't eat hair" verse!!!
Every single time that "Don't eat hair" line rolled around in the song, I had to cover my ears and start singing something else loudly, just so I wouldn't have to hear it. 😁
Honestly, I have absolutely no clue where to host this discussion... 🙄
Tomorrow, I have to head over to the Social Security Administration office at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue to deal with my disability extension.
And for some reason, I can't get a straight answer on their actual operating hours—I know they're open in the morning, but nobody seems to specify the exact window...
Since she already mentioned that she washes her feet 😛 If anyone is actually struggling with this issue, simple washing isn't going to be a silver bullet...
Beyond all the points I've laid out above, you also have foot and shoe sprays available. So, it’s time to head over to the mall 😁
You should probably get some ice on it immediately after the "incident" happens. If the broken capillary is already visible, your only real move is trying to mask it—you know, those herbal pharmacies used to carry something like Coverderm to hide spots, redness, or broken vessels and stuff like that...
