- I mean, what child actor actually has that kind of gravitas? It’s not like every kid is an Elizabeth Taylor or a Judy Garland or... whatever else you want to throw in there. 😉 So, to me, that whole "explanation" just feels incredibly stupid. "
Actually, I think that’s exactly his point—that very few people actually possess that level of intensity for acting, yet the director is being so insistent about her being cast. If that's really what's happening (and I haven't seen the movie yet, so who knows?), then the fault lies with the director, not the young actress. Which, if you think about it, might be exactly what Edward Roberts10 is trying to get at.
I mean, it’s pretty obvious you love diving into abstract debates—like whether pop music actually matters in modern society or whatever—but you can't seem to make up your own mind long enough to hold a coherent thought. You really need some actual, objective criteria if you want to talk about high-level concepts without just spinning your wheels.

Why am I even typing this? I hate you all. Goodbye.
hollowseal33 😍 🙏 😘 That's a lot of gay emojis, 😳 Anyway, personally, I think both the Foo Fighters and "Toxic" are great. I once saw a classical violin cover of "Toxic" at an MTV Awards ceremony where some guy was singing along, and honestly? It was freaking awesome.
I honestly think that was just a slip of the tongue. I highly doubt a single movie trailer would be enough to expose some grand, high-society Masonic conspiracy behind the Oscars 😁
I honestly thought I had an eye for bad cinema until I laid eyes on Zardoz. 🙏 🙏 🙏 When I went to see it, all I knew was that Sean Connery was starring in it—I didn't have the slightest clue what the plot was actually about. Talk about a rude awakening! 🙏

Honestly, if I’d been eating popcorn during that mess, I probably would’ve ended up throwing it back up. It’s easily one of the worst movies I’ve ever sat through.
edit : sad I just remembered that one scene where Daredevil meets Jennifer Garner and then they suddenly start brawling. If I didn't walk out of the theater during that part, I don't know what I'm capable of.😁

It’s pretty obvious that more than half of the country was acting completely mindless when Bush got re-elected. Personally, I wasn't exactly blown away by the film itself—and honestly, Moore tends to get under my skin—but it serves a purpose. It highlights just how much damage a guy like Bush can do. You really should be showing clips of him on national TV every single week just to keep everyone grounded in reality.

Even the guitarist had his moment. They were playing this incredibly heavy, tragic song—you know the type—and right after they finished, the set just kept rolling. The guitarist looks out at everyone and says:
A tragic combination doesn't always lead to a funeral. 😁
Regarding that whole complaint about there not being enough Russians—look, I didn't show up expecting to see The Rolling Stones wearing hockey jerseys, sipping vodka, and spinning tall tales in Russian. Dammit, they aren't a "world music" act. 😁
Man... 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 I feel like I spent most of my youth just wasting time trying to actually make it to shows. What a massive mistake that turned out to be. Honestly, I doubt The White Stripes could even come close to topping this 😁 🙏 Banderas, thanks for the tip 👍
Jessica Wright said:What do you mean "copra"? I certainly didn't just let a Russian wander around Washington, D.C. alone after God knows how much booze and whatever else was involved.😁 😁
But are we talking about letting him roam Washington, D.C. solo, or letting Thomas Diaz6 drive him around? 🤔 Honestly, I just hope that drunk Russian is feeling okay today.🙏
Dan! 😠 I actually managed to mess with him too. I set his profile picture to the Dalai Lama and he actually had the nerve to ask if he was from China. I just cracked up and told him—no, 😁 FREE TIBET 😁
The situation is actually pretty straightforward! Back in school, a buddy and I were playing that game "Who Am I?" (you know, the one where you stick a name on someone's forehead and they have to guess who they are by asking questions—hopefully you guys get the concept). Anyway, my friend stuck Walt Disney on my head. So, I start digging, eventually narrowing it down to someone who isn't alive, an American, and someone involved in the movie business. - "Do they direct?" I ask. - "Yeah," he says. So then I started rattling off names like Kubrick, Francis Ford Coppola, and who knows what else, but I couldn't nail it. Once I finally lost, we ended up having this massive, ridiculous argument over whether Walt Disney actually directed his own cartoons or not.
