Every single movie from the original trilogy is miles better than anything in the prequel era.

Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi (plus A New Hope too) are top tier!
If you don't believe me, go watch Return of the Jedi again—you probably saw it ages ago, haha—but once you realize about 60% of it is basically just a puppet show for kids, you'll change your mind pretty quick. 🙂
George Lucas himself actually suggested watching them in the order of 4-5-6 then 1-2-3. I’m totally on board with that.
Honestly, the biggest reason to watch them this way is because of this one narrative gap. It’s not even a bad thing—it’s actually the opposite. Those "holes" and spaces between the movies just push you to dive deeper into the whole saga... At the very least, you’ll find yourself hopping on Wikipedia to figure out how the Clone Wars went down, or how they actually built the Death Star and stuff (none of which is explicitly laid out in the films, but the structure of the movies basically forces you to go hunt for those answers yourself). If you really get hooked, you'll end up hunting down old comic books, animated series, and all that good stuff where they actually explain everything. 😁
Another huge point is that this order avoids that cliché "happy ending" vibe. Instead, it leaves you with more of a... hmm... bitter aftertaste, I guess. You might walk away thinking maybe Vader was right and falling to the dark side was justified, or maybe you just plain dislike certain heroes and want to see them suffer a little... 🙂 Either way, the 4-5-6-1-2-3 route leaves plenty of room for different interpretations and moods, so it's definitely the best way to go.
I’ve watched a couple of trailers now and honestly? I’m kind of shocked—they haven't used a single cheap "jump scare" tactic yet... which tells me this movie is actually going to be something special. 🙂

So, here’s something totally bizarre... A few years back, I rented a "Type 2" (terrible movie, by the way) from this local video rental place. The guy hands me the case with the tape inside, and I head home. I get home, plop down on the couch, turn on the VCR, and open the case—and man, the thing was crawling with ants! 😲 Not just a couple of strays, either. It was a full-on freaking colony, eggs and everything, with those little winged ones too, just millions of them swarming all over the tape. 😲 🤮 My instinct was just to chuck the whole box and the tape the second I opened it... Once I finally snapped out of it, I took the box out to the balcony and dumped that crap out... The tape actually worked fine.
I have zero clue how, HOW, an entire ant nest ended up inside that plastic case... ugh, gross...

Oh, man, I almost stopped borrowing movies from that old defunct rental shop back in the day... I can't even remember if "The Bug" is still around, or whatever that place in Manhattan was called... 😕
Back when the "Cherry" video store was still open, this absolute goddess worked there, and honestly, she was the only reason I even bothered renting movies... 😍 Then, just a few months ago, the shop shut down for good... 😢 🙂
Dubbing is hands down the worst thing you can do to a movie... It’s basically like messing with the soundtrack or changing the entire color grade of the film!
If we ever turn into those mindless idiots who think they can just dub a series with one single voiceover, I’m honestly going to end it all and blame NBC 😠
And regarding subtitles... Look, I guess it makes sense to subtitle Mexican films since it's a different language, but then again, it's not like we don't get the gist of what's happening anyway... Hmm.. I don't know.. Honestly, let's just not show Mexican films at all and there won't be a problem (we've all probably seen *Coco* about 14 times already anyway 😬 )

There’s just been way too much recycling lately, whether it's remakes or prequels... But alright, since Batman Begins ended up being the best Batman movie ever, maybe this one actually has some potential.🙄
Morrowind might actually spark some anti-Christian debates since the whole plot revolves around a Holy Trinity that grabbed power through murder, and then you've got this messiah figure uncovering all of it. Honestly, I think the Church would have a field day with that one. 😁
And as for Baldur... Man, even Lord of the Rings doesn't have a tighter story than Baldur, so yeah, it's a killer movie. The magic of Baldur is really in how the plot unfolds, the atmosphere, those edgy dialogues, and all that good stuff.
Besides, let's be real—pretty much every theme in art has been done to death already. It’s not about the core story; it’s about the execution and how you tell it. At least, that's what my English professor always tells me 😛.
I haven't actually sat through Dead or Alive, but I can pretty much guess what kind of mess it is. Honestly, I don't even think it qualifies as "trash"—it’s more like just pure, mindless exploitation of video game IPs...
There was actually some petition circulating online recently calling for an end to these kinds of movies, since they totally tank the reputation of both gaming and cinema. Because of movies like this and directors like Uwe Boll (who’s supposedly about to drop another one called In the Name of the King based on Dungeon Siege), 99% of people still look at video games as nothing more than childish nonsense where you just collect coins, mash buttons on a controller, and shoot space ships for high scores.... 😠
We should really hand something like Planescape: Torment over to a director like Tim Burton instead. That way, people might finally realize that games can actually be smart and deep. 😉
