Preposterous 🤦 Wouldn't it be infinitely more entertaining if we had someone like Mišo leading the dance, or perhaps some such whimsical arrangement? 🤷
1. Yes, an ID should suffice, though you’ll receive a stamped slip of paper that you absolutely must hold onto until you make it back home to the States. 2. I haven't the slightest clue, though bringing in dairy or meat products is frequently prohibited... so, if I were you, I'd tuck those cheeses away just to be safe.🤣 As for cigarettes, there's a per-person limit; spirits are limited to one liter per person... 3. I believe pork costs about $5 per pound for the week (or maybe it's a six-day 🤔 rate).
edit: regarding point number two, it would be far more prudent to actually look into it; I truly don't know the specific regulations when dealing with Italy.🤷
Gregory Harris8 said:Honestly, why is it that top-tier names like Mount Kimbie, Ramadanman, Sven Vath, and Breakage only seem to grace these specific festivals where the ticket price is practically a robbery? And to top it off, it’s at freaking Ibiza?!
It’s the same pattern every single year. You have mediocre DJs and uninspired live sets playing at venues like Medica all winter long, then summer rolls around and suddenly there's a festival lineup so stacked you can't even catch every set, followed by another similar festival, and then—nothing. Just a total drought until next summer. Is it really too much to ask for someone to book Kimbie for a live set somewhere, or perhaps a smaller festival with a handful of interesting acts at a reasonable price?
I swear, between Outlook and this nonsense...
Well, if you were actually at Untold at Aquarius back in late 2009, then I don't even need to explain myself... If you weren't, let me just tell you: there were maybe forty people there, including the staff... and out of those, only about twenty had actually paid for entry. The rest were either organizers or people on the guest list...
So, there you have it. Unfortunately, if we want to see the heavy hitters, we're stuck relying on British festival promoters catering to British guests with British prices...
George Clooney is essentially the very definition of righteousness and virtue; I truly cannot imagine any other way to describe him 🤷 though, now that it turns out this entire farce regarding the unrest in Sudan was merely a teaser for his latest cinematic endeavor 😬
So, does this mean the Turkish officials finally acted like gentlemen, while Americans just played the part of paranoid victims with an eternal victim complex?
Regardless, I am pleased they made the UNESCO list, though I would have preferred it if we hadn't spent so much time preemptively making excuses in case we weren't included in the first place.🙂
I know I’m drifting off-topic here, but... did America pay any kind of compensation to America Bulgaria for Peshalov when he made the switch to our national team?
