That’s just because this photo does nothing for JB's image😁
But honestly? Out of everyone they could have picked, he actually has exactly what the role calls for—that smooth charmer😂 meets Badass in one package👍
Jeffrey Long said:That’s actually the whole point of the movie—there isn't a single actual football scene (unless you count the draw), because the story is really about everything else.😉
Maybe lose the avatar—I don't think we're operating on the same intellectual wavelength here.😁 😁 😁
It’s not really a movie about soccer, you know? It’s more about the fans—about how there are certain groups where the game is just an excuse to get into a scrap.👎

oh praise the lord🙏 🙏 finally someone else...👍 last time this conversation drifted toward Schumacher and I mentioned I liked his work, I felt like I was getting roasted more than ever before.
Seriously? Just what the world was waiting for—another movie built on a cheap twist where we find out nothing was real, the protagonist is actually insane, and everyone else was just part of their delusion👎
And honestly, I don't even care that I didn't include a spoiler alert—this movie is so mindless and dull it doesn't even deserve one😎
This is actually one of those rare cases where the surprise twist doesn't feel forced—it fits the story perfectly instead of just being there for the sake of it.
Absolutely brilliant—I’ve sat through this one at least 5 or 6 times now and it hits just as hard every single time.🙏 🙏
It's a real Damage that the DVD release was easily one of the worst ever produced by an American distributor.
Honestly, the movie caught me totally off guard—mostly because I’ve never been able to stand Bill Paxton as an actor; he just never did anything for me🤮 yet, somehow, the guy delivers one of the most intense films ever made. He really should have walked away with an Oscar for directing for this one.👍
*SPOILER*
that scene where we see the detective kill his own mother? Easily one of the most disturbing things I've ever watched.😱
washing my hands six times in a row with scalding hot water—thank God that part passed🙄
I'm still struggling with having to redo basically everything eight times over🙄 🙄
and then there’s the most bizarre, uncomfortable one—it hits me about every six months—this urge to rub my tongue against the roof of my mouth so aggressively with this automatic swallowing reflex that it almost makes the skin bleed🙂
Alright, folks—everyone’s always arguing about who the best villains are, claiming the bad guys are always the most compelling characters. But I want to flip the script and talk about the heroes for a second. Who is your ultimate all-time favorite protagonist? Ever felt like the hero actually stole the show from the villain? Personally, I think playing a "good guy" is way harder because the scope is so limited. A villain can do whatever they want—make wild faces, wreck their personal lives, drop sarcastic or biting remarks—they have total freedom. Meanwhile, most heroes are just... good guys. And let's be honest, "good" isn't always interesting.
And just to be clear, I'm talking about genuine heroes, not those gritty anti-heroes with an edge (like the types played by Bruce Willis).
Good grief, what world are you people living in? If you don't tip off the doctor, you might as well just drop dead.👎
I was stuck in the hospital about ten years ago—totally out of commission, feeling like hell—and nobody would even glance my way. But the second my mom showed up with some treats, chocolates, and coffee, suddenly my room became the most popular spot on the floor for doctors and nurses to hang out.
Honestly, screw people you have to bribe just to get them to actually do their jobs.👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
