What you should actually be saying is that Europe is willing to sacrifice some of its wealth and commodities just to stand up against fascist scum and their lackeys in the White House. The interest of the EU is to distance itself from fascist, destructive trash, and it’s definitely not in the interest of EU citizens to just sit on the sidelines and tolerate fascist filth in the White House. Sure, tolerating them might bring some short-term perks, but long-term? It would be a total disaster. EU citizens are fully aware that sacrifices have to be made, and a massive number of them are actually ready to step up because they get why it’s happening... regardless of nitpickers like you who push some stupid agenda and spit on Americans and whoever else.
Don't you worry about it—Europeans didn't get this wealthy by being idiots, and it's not like the Russian regime led their country into this mess because they're geniuses... it's quite the opposite.
So, maybe save your concern for the fascists in the White House, their lapdogs who write absolute nonsense, and the Russian people, who are going to live even worse lives while those fascists in the White House keep getting rich off them, sending their kids to school in the West, and enjoying every single Western luxury... all while dimwits like you keep cheering it on and whining about the "collapse" of the EU...😵
Don't you worry about the EU...😁
the fall will show everything. I think for most people, their own comfort matters way more than glory for Ukraine not that I'm just thinking it, I'm pretty sure, actually. that's just how people are, I guess.
the fact that the media says something else or that you feel differently doesn't really change the reality of it.
I suppose bias fades pretty fast once reality hits you right where it hurts.🕺
There’s just no way I’m vaccinating my son, and his mom feels the exact same way about it. He’s actually totally up to date on all his other shots according to the standard schedule, though.
I just don't think I can deal with any kind of pressure here, you know? I have to draw a line in the sand for my kid.
Those poll results were pretty interesting to look at, I guess.
Does anyone happen to have a link to some sort of survey about childhood vaccinations from one of those news sites or something?
While he’s busy doing his own thing, you should probably just focus on yours.
If you can see that he actually loves and respects you, then maybe... I don't know, just accept that? Like, try not to get hung up on every tiny little detail or mistake, otherwise you might end up ignoring all the actual proof that he cares about you.
And please, never, ever try to "test" him. I really think there isn't a single person out there who can pass those kinds of tests that people with deep insecurities or needy tendencies tend to run, and honestly, it always, always leads to disaster.
I mean, it sounds pretty easy to say, and even easier to decide to act that way, but actually making it happen in real life is kind of complicated.

Man, she’s just constantly focused on him and what's best for him.
She feels good when he's around, and I guess she thinks if he were just a little different, everything would be perfect. That’s just her mindset, I don't think there's anything selfish about it really.
It’s actually more about her, honestly. He’s kind of just the tool she uses to try and find her own happiness.
Raymond Booth40 said:It’s a shame he didn't find someone better. Personally, I'm just looking out for his best interests, so he can figure out the rest on his own.
Like, what exactly is so great about you?
You just keep looping back to the same points, and honestly, you aren't really making much sense in this debate. In that department, you're maybe even worse than the average person, and we all know communication is basically everything for a solid relationship.😬
Raymond Booth40 said:He knows he won't find anyone better. He's fully aware that nobody can top what I bring to the table. At the very least, he should commit to a real relationship; otherwise, I’m just left with endless flings, and that is simply not how I want to live my life...
Raymond Booth40 said:Well, if they aren't looking for a committed relationship, then I'm out. That’s just not what I need. It isn't healthy for me to be in a situation where I might end up getting hurt elsewhere
I feel so bad for you.
Do you still have your friends around, or did you sort of drift away from them because this whole relationship kind of took over your entire life?
Raymond Booth40 said:He refuses to commit to anyone at all. Honestly, that feels even worse to me than if he just didn't want to be with me specifically. I've dealt with so much trauma because of him; I know I need to walk away, but I just can't seem to do it.
It feels like you're just spinning your wheels saying the same thing over and over. Maybe try to get it together, yeah?
Raymond Booth40 said:It can stay this way forever. Even when you're in your 40s or 50s...
She isn't going to go with you. That seems to be the only thing you're really focused on.
I guess you might just be dealing with some lingering trauma from that whole relationship. Maybe it would be better to just hang out with your girlfriends, or maybe bury yourself in work or hit the gym—just do something to get away from him. It probably won't be easy, but I suppose you have to start somewhere.
Reaching out to him again will likely just cause more hurt, so it’s probably best to just stay far away.
Raymond Booth40 said:I’m staying, but... Alain Zanna made a great point above. If he knows I’ve already become emotionally attached, he should end things right now to keep it fair play. Instead, he keeps pulling me back in. Honestly, I don't think he's actually okay with calling it quits. He keeps calling me just to check in, even after I've turned down his attempts at meeting up or getting intimate. I find it hard to believe someone can act this way well into their 40s...
It all comes down to you, I guess. He's made his position pretty clear several times now, so it's really just a question of what you decide to do next. It seems like he's perfectly fine with things staying exactly as they are. But you aren't, and I don't think you should sit around waiting for him to change his mind. Even if he did change his mind, the power dynamic between you two seems a little off, so you might just end up constantly worrying that you aren't a priority.
Raymond Booth40 said:Nope, she told me she isn't interested in being in a relationship with me—she says she doesn't want to be with anyone right now.
I guess I wonder... is he forcing you to stay by his side, or are you just sticking around because you know how he feels and maybe you're hoping he might change his mind eventually?
Hey, ironrider11, I was just thinking... since you've been hanging out with that friend of yours for such a long time now, I guess I'm kind of wondering, do you ever get the feeling she isn't quite as grateful to you as she should be? ☕
I wonder what the world would actually be missing if we just let go of all these ideologies we feel so stuck on?
I guess my own perspective is pretty much aligned with the folks mentioned in the opening post. And honestly, I probably feel the same way as most of the other people chiming in here, regardless of what their actual political leanings might be.
Extreme right-wingers and extreme left-wingers... it's basically the same mechanism, maybe even fascist-leaning? It's just different beliefs driving the same engine, I suppose.
Joseph Bailey41 said:Personally, things like people being blatantly illiterate on these forums drive me crazy (I'll admit, I have a bit of a disdain for it), but I don't go looking for a fight unless someone comes at me first. You can side with whoever you want, but just leave me out of it and we won't have any issues. Goodnight. 🥱
Well, yeah, but honestly, you kind of give off this vibe on the board like you're someone mean, petty, offensive, obsessed, and just generally malicious who loves picking on others. I guess that's fine with me, though. At least you're being authentic, unlike so many other people out there. I'm probably not much better myself. 🕺
So, I was wondering... why haven't you guys had sex in like 2 or 3 months? I mean, it's possible for women to just get yeast infections out of nowhere, on their own.
