Let's talk perfectionism: General discussion in Psychology ·
copperraven8 said:If you truly claim to be a perfectionist, you have to admit that you can be a bit of a pain in the neck sometimes...
just like I am, for instance.
Everything simply has to turn out exactly how you envisioned it in your head, without a single flaw.
I honestly think there is such a deep connection here, because if you ever decide to cut corners, were you even really a perfectionist to begin with?

But really, don't you see the striking similarity between that mindset and how UPS operates?

That's just how I am, and yeah, I definitely see the link to UPS.
Mixed flora - "incompatible bacteria" (sex) in Women's Health ·
I’m gonna say this one more time: having mixed flora is actually totally normal and definitely doesn't mean you're sick, but if
you’re actually carrying around some kind of fungus, virus, or bacteria, then we’re talking about a whole different story. In that case, just go get a swab test done.
Mixed flora - "incompatible bacteria" (sex) in Women's Health ·
Look, Ethan Cooper.🙄 You’re going to ruin your sex life with those condoms.
I mean, what if she still deals with inflammation or whatever? I haven't even heard of that being an issue before.
Besides, mixed flora is just the term for vaginal flora, which is actually totally normal.
Hymenotomy procedure in Women's Health ·
I honestly can't tell if he's actually going to pull it off or if this has been a losing battle for three years now.
I mean, if they've been hooking up for three years already, you'd think things would have... loosened up a bit by now, right?🤷
Is an IgE level of 9.5 for a little girl who's 3.5 years old considered low, or is it maybe just totally normal?
So, what can you actually tell from a CBC? Like, if we're looking at a viral vs. bacterial infection, what's the giveaway? Is it just a high leukocyte count?
Asymmetrical breasts in Women's Health ·
Mine are basically the same size, but one nipple—you know, the whole brown part including what I think is the areola—is way bigger than the other.
I don't know, I'm still kind of feeling self-conscious about it.
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
So, let me see if I actually got that right—are you saying I should stay far away from red wine if I'm dealing with hemorrhoid issues?😕
Nausea every morning in Health ·
Honestly, I’ve dealt with nausea every single morning my entire life, especially if I'm feeling stressed out about something or if I didn't get enough sleep the night before.
I mostly sleep without any pillow at all, even though we only have those super thin ones. Every single morning, they're always just
scattered all over the place. I've actually noticed my kids doing the exact same thing too.
I guess it’s just a habit or something, because honestly, I don't think I could ever deal with sleeping on those massive, oversized pillows.

I remember once trying to brew some nettle tea myself, and man, let me tell you—it was absolutely revolting.
Uvin tea is a total lifesaver compared to that stuff. But what about those herbal blends you pick up at a CVS or Walgreens? Is the taste actually any good?

I didn't really feel like saying anything back then since I wasn't planning on posting any photos anyway.
But now? Maybe I actually will. Honestly, Olive, I totally pictured you as being super skinny and, well, lacking curves
but you've definitely got some great assets.😁

just a typical Southern girl, honestly, you gotta respect that kind of backbone.
Something's up with my butt in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Sarah James7 said:Honestly, I’ve got that same kind of build and it drives me crazy too, but it’s just how I’m wired and there isn't much I can do about it. Even back when I was skinny as a rail, I still had those dimples, and even after finally hitting my goal weight, they didn't just disappear. The worst part is that because of my shape, my waist always looks wider than it actually is. I know I can't really shrink it more since you can't lose fat past the bone, so I eventually just decided to stop stressing over it. Now, I just focus on staying fit and trying to keep my core from spreading out too much, and honestly, that's enough for me.

I actually have a pretty narrow waist.🤷

Give me a break. What a joke.😂😂😂

I think I know what you’re getting at because I’ve got something pretty similar going on—it’s not actually dimples, it’s just how my butt is shaped.
And honestly, you probably only notice it because of that specific angle you’re looking from when you're standing up.
So, you're saying it dips in on the sides but sticks out in the middle? (OMG, thanks for the anatomy lesson, 😵). Basically, you're saying it's shaped like a heart?😁
Honestly, carbs just totally wreck my digestion. I also can't deal with ice water; I have to stick to lukewarm
. Every morning, I just grab some fruit and some warm water, and then things finally start moving.
Period talk: Questions and advice in Women's Health ·
But honestly, I don't actually know anyone who’s seen their boobs grow from them, and even if they do, how much can they really change?
It's actually kind of a curiosity for me. I personally know two women who have been on them for years and their chest size hasn't budged an inch,
it's almost like nothing happened at all. I mean, doesn't the pill basically trick the body into thinking it's pregnant so you don't actually ovulate?🤷
Period talk: Questions and advice in Women's Health ·
Donna Lee98 said:I’m not planning on taking them for another ten years, honestly. Of course I want a baby, but just not right this second. I’m just not ready yet, and I don't really have the means to get my life somewhat sorted out first. That's why I'm on the pill. I’d much rather deal with the side effects myself than be irresponsible and end up pregnant before I'm prepared.

So, which ones are you on? I guess I'm mostly worried about the whole thing with blood clots and stuff, so I've been having a hard time deciding...
And seriously, what's with the bigger breasts thing? I don't think I've ever heard women even mention that.
What is happening to me? in Women's Health ·
I ended up being late once because I was dealing with some ovarian inflammation, so let me know how everything went at the doctor's office.😉
