Thanks for the input. I spent the entire day at the ER getting poked and prodded—heart, bloodwork, urine, lungs—everything seems fine on paper, except my lung capacity is low. I’m struggling to catch my breath and feel like I'm suffocating. They prescribed me Ontril 2 mg, half a pill three times a day 😕 and told me to follow up after a course of these. As for my back pain, nobody thinks that’s the culprit; they haven't even referred me to a specialist because all the doctors insist everything is perfectly normal. But my chest won't stop aching and this constant oxygen deprivation is making it impossible to sleep. I'm losing my mind here. My dad thinks it's just a common cold, but can you really struggle to breathe like this from a simple cold? My temperature is normal and I'm not coughing, and the labs look great aside from that lung capacity issue. I even felt nauseous enough to throw up today; I could barely finish a bagel. I'm 19.
I haven’t slept a wink for two nights now. I’ve never had health issues before, but here we are. For the past two days, I’ve been feeling this tightness in my chest and I can't quite put my finger on it. I went to see a doctor yesterday; they ran an EKG and everything came back normal. One doctor walked over and basically told me, "You're young, you'll be fine." Then another one comes along and mentions some muscle tension? When I asked for clarification, she just brushed it off as nothing and gave me an injection. That actually helped a lot; I felt fine all day until I tried to lie down. The pain is hard to describe—it’s a localized pressure right in the center that hurts when I touch it. Has anyone dealt with this before? I’ve spent hours spiraling through Google searches and found that poor posture from sitting at a desk all day could cause chest tightness, or maybe it's just strain from hitting the gym recently. Still, my mind keeps jumping to the worst-case scenarios and the panic is keeping me wide awake. I really need some insight.
Hi there. As the title suggests, I’m dealing with extreme paleness and heavy dark circles under my eyes. Honestly, seeing recent photos of myself was a bit of a shock; I look pretty rough. I’m also quite thin, so I’m wondering if that’s a factor, or if it’s just the result of my lifestyle—lots of junk food, smoking, and drinking. Any advice on how to fix this?
Hi, I’m an 18-year-old male 😁. I’ve been dealing with constant numbness in my arms, legs, and fingers... plus some chest pain. This all started about a week ago, and it’s been happening every single day since. I’ve been hesitant to see a doctor because I can't tell if it's just stress or something more serious. It honestly feels like something is wrong with my heart or my circulation. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
REC is actually a great movie; I honestly don't get why everyone is hating on it... :S As for that Quarantine flick, I doubt it'll come anywhere close to the original, but I'll check it out whenever I have some downtime...
Just watched it. Honestly? A disappointing 3/10. The movie was tedious, with maybe two or three decent scenes sprinkled in before everything else went downhill.
I’ve never been a fan of those mindless parodies like Epic Movie or Meet the Spartans. They might have a few decent, chaotic moments, but at their core, they're just shallow and tedious.
So, Meho Kodro has been selected... His coaching resume is pretty thin, consisting mostly of an assistant stint at Real Sociedad... though he certainly has the pedigree from playing for giants like FC Barcelona.
analogbison said:The movie isn't anything special—it’s mediocre at best, nothing more. It doesn't offer any fresh takes; we've seen this all before. If you're actually looking for a tense Horror experience, Room 1408 is the way to go (another one of King's adaptations). It's one of those rare modern Horror films that actually features solid direction.
Downloading it now. Hopefully, it lives up to the hype. ^^
I can't tell if we're talking about the greatest movie ever made or just something people love to hate; there's always going to be someone complaining about this or that. Personally, I thought "POC" was decent—not a masterpiece, but certainly not garbage either. It’s a solid watch, though I realize everyone has their own take on things...
The last time I saw this movie, it was years ago. Unless this is some kind of sequel, I find it hard to believe that it’s only just now hitting theaters here in the States.
