I suppose you could say that weightlifting is really the gold standard for building strength and muscle, provided that one possesses both the discipline and the right technical knowledge 😁
I suppose those symptoms might be a reason to go see a doctor, if I'm being honest.
It isn't really anything too serious, I suppose; perhaps if one were to just cut back on the alcohol a bit and try to balance out their diet more effectively, one might find that everything settles into place after a few weeks of eating well.👍
I suppose I wonder which advertisements 😲
I suppose one shouldn't always take everything they read at face value 😉
It seems like everything is just getting a bit heavier, while some things are becoming slightly less frequent, I suppose.
Just make sure that fresh ingredients are used, especially since the weather has been getting so warm lately 🙂
I suppose moderation is always the best approach, even when it comes to what we drink, though I guess if one does decide to indulge a little, it isn't really a big deal as long as it doesn't become a long-term habit😉
There aren't quite enough results here to paint a complete picture, I suppose. The cholesterol levels seem fine—being just a little over isn't really a major concern—and while the CRP might suggest some minor inflammation, I feel like maybe you didn't have enough tests run to truly get a clear sense of your overall health status.
I suppose you really should stay persistent and make sure to attend those follow-up appointments if the levels remain high like that
Of course I can help... frequent urination is often one of the earliest signs of an infection in the kidneys, the ureters, or perhaps the bladder.
I see you mentioned you're waiting on your blood work results, so if you feel comfortable sharing them here on the forum, maybe we could all offer some thoughts.
Regarding the Ca-Oxa... I suppose it might be some sort of sediment or crystals in the kidneys or urinary tract rather than actual stones, so it probably isn't an immediate danger, though I guess the presence of protein in the urine could potentially point toward some early-stage kidney issues or perhaps some other underlying concerns.
It seems somewhat unlikely that it was actually hepatitis; I suspect it might have been some kind of viral inflammation that resolved on its own without medication, though perhaps it left behind some lingering, temporary effects.
I suppose one could certainly acquire that, though I feel like it might be wise to consider incorporating other elements either before or perhaps even during the process of using it...😛
I suspect there might be a slight misunderstanding regarding the distinction between AST and ASTO. It seems you were looking at ASTO levels, whereas AST is actually more closely tied to liver function; I believe the reason you were prescribed penicillin was because ASTO relates to certain bacterial inflammations.
I suppose it all comes down to the chemistry and those various additives used to extend shelf life... you really shouldn't let them mislead you😢
It might just be nerves... or maybe it could be high blood sugar levels
It’s just a minor inflammation... they seem to be quite good, so I suppose there isn't really any reason for you to worry too much.🙂
It could potentially be high blood pressure, though I suppose kidney issues might also be a factor.
