What do you think about the Great Pyramid?
Steven Cooper65 said:The barbell bench press is total garbage.
Man, why would you even say that? It works wonders for me. I’ve been hitting it consistently for over a year now, and almost every single time I finish a set, I can actually feel those muscle fibers firing. My chest gains have been insane compared to when I just stick to dumbbells. I can't even describe the pump I get with the bar.

So, what's your bench press max then?

Noah's Ark. Seriously. If you can get chickens to thrive, you'll never run out of birds. The only real headache is finding the right markets for the meat and leather.
And hey, if that flops, just organize a tourist scavenger hunt for jackalopes. Whoever catches one gets a prize.

Have you tried seeing Dr. Marovic?
velvetraven said:One is definitely an isolate. 😁The other one is probably just a concentrate or some kind of blend.
So you're saying the second one digests slower?
Steven Cooper65 said:Pro Nutrition is an American company, and honestly, you're better off ordering in bulk if you want to save some cash.
Check out their website for all the specifics.
Hope nobody takes this as me trying to push a product here. The guy mentioned what he drinks, and I just shared my own routine. 🤷
I see they offer two different types of whey: CFM whey isolate and Whey.pro. What’s the actual difference between those two?

...on my boxers...😁
I don't bother with pushups anymore. I’d much rather just hit the gym and crush a heavy bench press session.

Where can I pick some up in Split?

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey 5 lbs - $65
I'm nowhere near the border and I don't know anyone traveling to Canada either.
Just swung by Optimum Nutrition to grab a 5lb tub of whey once it hits the shelves $197. Ended up walking out with 5lbs of Weider for $183 instead. Honestly, those guys won't be seeing me again anytime soon. I only picked this up because I was running dangerously low on protein, but from here on out, I’m hunting for better deals. I'm sick of overpaying when there are much cheaper options out there. But hey, that's just the recession for you 😁
.
I figured Inkospor would be the budget-friendly move, but looking at the prices here, they're actually pricier than these
.
Not sure if it's a distributor thing or if they just hiked up their prices
.
I managed to drop 17 pounds in just a year and a half without ever starving myself—I just ate smart.
Every diet out there is stressful and pretty much impossible to stick to, especially when you've got a lot of weight to lose. It’s super common to just end up gaining it all back, too. That’s why it's way better to just overhaul your lifestyle rather than chasing some temporary diet.
Stress, depression, and various Emotional issues definitely trigger binge eating. Working out—specifically running or other low-intensity cardio—really helps boost your mood thanks to that "runner's high," which can help keep those cravings in check. Also, Chromium supplements help stabilize your blood sugar, so those sudden hunger pangs aren't nearly as intense.
Certain oils, like CLA or fish oil, can give you a hand with shedding weight.
Exercise is a total game-changer for your mood, but let's be real: not everyone has the habit of working out.
Betty Harris15 said:It’s always the same story... I start strong, then I fail. Sometimes I last longer, but eventually, I'm right back where I started. Honestly, I just don't feel good in my own skin, and I want to finally fix this by dropping the extra weight once and for all.
Look, I get that it's mostly mental and that I should just force myself to stay disciplined... but the second I feel a little down, I turn to food to cope. It's more like I'm using food to comfort myself, really.
And it’s just a cycle. I’m terrified that time is slipping away and I'll never break free from this, never actually feel relaxed or happy with myself.
The core issue for any diet is actually sticking it out until the end. And even then, you have to maintain those results, which basically means living your whole life eating less just to avoid packing it all back on.

They can basically see everything if they look at the PC settings used to log in—stuff like the computer's name and its specific hardware setup. There are plenty of tools out there that make identifying a user's exact configuration a total breeze.
As for an IP address, I'm pretty sure you get assigned a fresh one almost every time you hop online, so I doubt anyone could pin down a specific person just by using that.
I honestly think she’d look killer with a Hello Kitty phone
Sandra Baker35 said:I don't want to start a whole new thread, so I'll just ask here: Is it possible my stool was reddish this morning because I absolutely demolished half a watermelon around 10 PM last night? It was soft this morning and looked like there were actual bits of food in it—specifically pieces that looked like watermelon—but since everything was red, I got a little worried.
Lately, my stools have seemed like they contain undigested food particles too. What could be causing that?
Funny enough, I was just reading some advice on a forum today from someone helping people with digestion issues. They were saying watermelon is actually the best thing for it and you should keep eating it until things start coming out red.

Dammit, if I have to deal with this one more thing, I am absolutely screwed!!.. 😠 😠
It doesn't matter. If it goes through, it's a done deal.
There's definitely a chance because sperm is being released during intercourse. The odds of getting pregnant might be slim, but it’s still a possibility
It’s probably gonna be hemorrhoids. Just take a quick look at the other thread about them to see how bad things can actually get.
