Where did you find Psorcutan, and how did you get it?? 😕 I've just been relying on Elocom and some sunshine since my psoriasis started about 10 years ago, but I'm totally open to trying something new... 😳
I've been allergic to penicillin my whole life. I actually took Sinersul once back when I was about 16 and felt totally fine. But then, when I tried it again around age 20, my tongue swelled up and turned white after just one pill... My doctor told me straight up that I'm allergic and made sure to note it in my medical records... So, there you go ☕
I’ve got this foolproof technique: I just pop one earplug in and press the other ear firmly into my pillow 🙂 it really helps
One time, the mosquitoes absolutely drove me insane 🙂 so I just threw both earplugs in—I didn't hear a single thing, not even my alarm or my phone—and I slept like a log, mostly because I was just so exhausted 🙂 from all the stress those bugs were causing me...
I usually only wear a sleep mask when I want to catch some extra sleep on Saturdays... honestly, the morning sunlight wakes me up just as easily (it's basically like animals making noise outside)☕
Keith Sanders29 said:Those Swiss foam ones work pretty well for blocking noise, they don't scratch if you just follow the instructions when putting them in. Squeeze them down as much as possible and shove them in deep. They expand once they're in, and then you'll sleep like a baby. I can't hear a single crazy crow in the park or my neighbors' pets at 6 a.m. You can't wear them forever though because they harden up, which is why they start scratching. (You can actually wash them in lukewarm water, but only maybe 3 or 4 times). They aren't expensive either—$1.50. For those silicone ones, try looking at the shop on El Paso Street, they had them in stock. But from what I know, those are waterproof.
And I was using the foam ones, not the silicone ones... they’re great, but mine got super stiff 🙂 I'm going to go grab some new ones, otherwise the crows and dogs are going to drive me insane at 5:30 in the morning... 😠
Legica sent me a full sleep mask and some silicone earplugs as a gift—they gave them out to their business partners as little "travel kits" along with an inflatable pillow. ☕ Since I had this incredibly annoying bird nesting near my house that would wake me up every single morning at 5 AM with its obnoxious cooing 🙂 😠 😠, I’ve been using those earplugs non-stop and they seriously saved my sanity (and my life!). I was actually looking to buy myself some new ones but had no clue where to find them... thank goodness I was bored at work and digging through this forum... 😬

Does anyone know how I can actually get my hands on this stuff?? I really don't feel like sitting in a dermatologist's waiting room for four hours just to get a specialist prescription. Can you buy this over the counter without one? 😬
miro28zag said:I went to the doctor today and they prescribed Elocom ointment. Has anyone used it before? Does it actually work? I've been dealing with psoriasis on my elbows for about two months now... Is there a chance it might spread?
I’ve been using Elocom for about ten years now, and honestly, it works pretty fast and effectively for me! The only thing is, since they are corticosteroids, you really have to be careful with them. Don't overdo it, and make sure you only apply it to the affected area (definitely not the healthy skin around it!!!!)...😳
Reviving yet another hot topic... ☕ As a young woman who leans a bit more towards tradition, I voted for Rocky, though I just recently realized how much I actually love those muscular 🙂 😍 ...
