- sweet bread, maybe some cookies - chocolate mousse, Dukat - dark chocolate with chili or orange - raspberry pastries (like an icy breeze) - Snickers ice cream, then a mix of hazelnuts, pistachios, and wild berries... - Raffaello - chocolate wafers - homemade chocolate liqueur - plain Milka - this Mikado chocolate with cranberries is actually pretty good
I went to see some private specialists at a clinic in Chicago and then over to one in Indianapolis
The first group says I need surgery, while the second tells me to skip it. I’ve got an appointment this May at a major hospital in New York with a specialist, so we'll just have to wait and see
I've got a 6mm hole 😉 that I've had since birth. My doctor told me it would just heal up on its own and everything would be fine, but he was wrong 🙂 we'll see about that
Yeah, I deal with this too. I always end up snacking right before bed—I can't even sit at my PC or watch TV without grabbing something to eat 😢 🙂 That’s why I wake up feeling so wiped out, even though my weight is fine, around 128 lbs at 5'8''
I went to see Magdalena Their whole approach was such a letdown I'm honestly kicking myself for not speaking up right then and there It left me feeling absolutely trashed afterward. I paid for a 3-minute consultation $67 or whatever He just glanced at my old files—didn't even bother reading the ones from when I was born (since I have a congenital condition). He scribbled some illegible nonsense on the paper, told me I'm too young to be talking nonsense... and dismissed the idea of surgery entirely. That was it. Just over.
...And don't even get me started on when I saw the neurologist because of some symptoms my primary doctor sent me for. One symptom was numbness in my hands and feet... he actually told me I was probably just watching too much Sleeping Beauty as a kid!! wtf Same exact pattern: you're young, so nothing is wrong with you.
It’s not like I’m pulling 15-hour shifts or anything, I just have stuff to do. But on the weekends? I can sleep in whenever I want. I hate going to bed early, but man, getting out of bed in the morning is the worst.
I’m tired all the time. Sometimes I’ll just crash for an hour in the afternoon...
And no, nothing bothers me. I wake up, hear the cars passing by or my mom making lunch, and then I just drift right back to sleep...😍
I can sleep for 15 hours straight if I want to if I hit the sack at 3 AM.
But if I crash at 10 PM because I'm totally wiped, my sleep is garbage. I'll wake up at 1, then 2, then 4... once that happens, it's over. I can't get back to sleep. Just tossing and turning in bed... it's hell.
Obviously, if I get up at 6 AM, I should be able to go to bed earlier, but I can't. I’ll just stay awake until 2 or 3 in the morning and then sleep for ages.
My blood pressure is low—not sure if that's a factor, though most people just use that as an excuse. The thing is, getting out of bed is brutal. I feel dizzy and exhausted all the time.
As for sleep quality, you need to air out the bedroom, keep it pitch black, drink some warm milk before bed... none of that works for me.😬
Honestly, I can't be bothered to go to the doctor either—I'm just feeling lazy—but man, the amount of nonsense men pull in mixed company... it's a disaster. Total cowards. Some of them are just straight-up aggressive about it. Nobody’s touching me, either. I’m not interested in playing those games, okay? What a joke.
And when a girl actually has HPV, some guys are too terrified to even go in for a checkup because they don't want the doctor poking around. That's the kind of guy you run from.
It's right here on the left and right sides, down in my lower abdomen And I don't have the flu or a fever. It's just constant acid reflux and a runny nose, no coughing or anything else.
My grandma’s starting to slip a bit lately; she can't always find the right words... I think it's because she lives all by herself with nobody to talk to. Everything was fine back when my grandpa was still around. Even when I go over to visit, it doesn't seem to help much since she spends most of her day and night just alone. That's why seniors need social interaction, especially if they're lonely. It's funny though, she can remember every single name of the people at the local Walgreens; she could talk about them for hours. 😬I love her to death, though.
My ovaries are killing me. Is anyone else dealing with this? I just had my checkup at 12 PM and everything came back perfect, but now that I've caught this cold, every time I sneeze it's just pure agony...
I just make it at home in the morning... brew it myself and enjoy it then later when I hit a coffee shop, I'll order one there I drink maybe two or three a day
Whether I crash at 10 PM or stay up until 3 AM, waking up is a total nightmare.. I used to love sleeping in for hours...
Mornings are just a complete fog.. even coffee doesn't touch it right away.. I just sit on the edge of the bed.. staring into space..
And obviously, don't even try talking to me...
It’s all tied back to the depression.. especially these last two months....
I remember about a year ago.. I was head over heels in love and just felt so vibrant.. full of energy.... I could get up at 8 AM without a fight.. singing my head off.. vacuuming the house..... but before that, it was exactly like this now
