Jessica Perez93...so what's actually the deal with waxing versus tweezing? I always just figured the whole point was that you can basically rip out a huge area all at once with wax🙂

Dude, just clear out that jungle... less hair = cleaner area = fewer clogged pores = way fewer painful pimples near your precious one and only manhood😎
I'm telling you... as long as that thing popping out isn't green, bloody, or reacting when you yell "Sigourney Weaver," there’s zero reason to freak out... *if it was actually gonna fall off by now, it probably would have already (though I can't promise it won't just dry up eventually))
As long as there’s no throbbing, you’re probably fine... but if you start feeling a pulse right where that pimple is, or if you see anything green trying to break through the skin, go see a doctor immediately. Good luck!
Heading to the doctor tomorrow... My insurance card actually expired, so I had to spend all day today getting my student verification sorted just to get everything renewed...
Man, this is seriously one of the most stressful times I've ever dealt with... I've already had to retake a year because of this exam, and I haven't been able to think about anything else for months. Honestly, if I actually studied half as much as I stress out about it, I’d be a genius by now! Plus, my skin has been acting up like crazy too... just super sensitive lately...
Luckily, nothing new has popped up on my face yet! Right now, it’s just stuck on my legs, but man, it is driving me crazy... Just when one patch starts to clear up, a whole new group shows up right in its place. It's finally fading on my inner thighs, but now I've got them all over my shins...
I’ve been eating such absolute junk lately... barely touching any fruits or veggies, just living on pasta and way too much coffee... Ashley Nguyen5 says her mom hasn't even switched up her detergent or fabric softener...
Lady, thank you so much... I seriously thought nobody would have any clue what I was talking about.
You actually scared me a little bit, but I just did some Googling and it looks like this happens all the time (it even says the itching gets way worse with heat... and ugh, seriously, I was standing too close to the heater today and it was driving me absolutely crazy...) So, does this mean I definitely need to see a doctor—no self-medicating? Do you happen to remember which meds you were prescribed?
I feel like nobody’s gonna know what I’m talking about, but I gotta try anyway... A few days ago, my skin started breaking out in these red patches... they look just like mosquito bites, maybe a little bigger, and man, do they itch. It first popped up on my chest and stomach—I totally thought it was just an allergy to some new undershirt I bought, and it cleared up in like 3 or 4 days. But now, it’s spread to my legs. I haven't switched up my body wash or my lotion... I have zero clue what could be causing this.😕 Lately, I've been super stressed out getting ready for this brutal exam, but I highly doubt that has anything to do with it... Anyone else dealt with something like this?
I already wrote down my thoughts on blackberries and rosehips for you They’re great if you’re looking to sweat things out or just need a little boost if you're feeling anemic... Blueberries are more of an astringent, so they'll definitely help dry you out
Marshmallow root and Iceland moss can really help soothe that cough Ginkgo biloba is great for sharpening up your focus and memory Black elderberry helps disinfect the mouth and throat area Parsley helps with urination and those annoying UTIs Nettle is awesome if you're dealing with anemia Senna works wonders for constipation Chamomile is super soothing for pain and even works for gynecological rinses Birch helps clean out the urinary tract Spearmint is my go-to for calming down Rosehips help ease pains and can help with sweating and dehydration too Peppermint is perfect for digestive issues and stomach cramps

hmm, well, I'd say an actual extreme would be sitting in front of the TV all day snacking on chocolate and chips. I actually spend like an hour and a half to two hours moving around, sweating... (I won't even count ironing, vacuuming, and all those other chores as "exercise"... though honestly, I probably shouldn't say studying for finals doesn't burn calories either 😁). This routine works for me... I'm keeping my weight down, blood pressure is good, pulse is steady, blood sugar is fine, and my fitness is right where I want it.
George Bailey2 said:Twenty minutes isn't even enough for a warmup. Cut that time you spend grabbing coffee with your girlfriends in half and hit a solid 60-70 minute workout 3 or 4 times a week instead. Trust me, it's way more productive than just sitting around chatting... Honestly, if you don't think you should be investing that kind of time into yourself, your looks, and your health, you probably shouldn't even be hanging out in this Health subforum.
I knew someone was gonna call me out😁 (and I totally said "stupid question" to myself first!) Every day except Sunday, I go for a brisk walk for about an hour or maybe even ninety minutes (I actually got super lazy for a couple of months, but I'm finally back at it!). Since I live out in the countryside, I can wander all over these different trails... 😁 Plus, I do about 20 minutes of stretching, core work, and crunches every morning.
The gym is the real struggle because I’d either have to bug my brother to drive me into the city or deal with the bus... and let's be real, I'm way too lazy for that 3 or 4 times a week.
But hey, I'm all ears for any advice I can actually do at home! Just a heads up though—I'm not trying to get super buff or anything...
