I mean, it’s probably doable, I guess, but you’d need to find something pretty much identical to this one since these specific ones are already spoken for. I just wanted to double-check for you so you weren't sitting around waiting on an answer, because honestly, I'm pretty sure it's a no-go 🙂 The thing is, they aren't going to do the heavy lifting for you or come up with a workaround; you're basically on your own to figure that part out 😁
Usually, this happens because the subforum you were posting in got moved over to a section where posts don't actually count toward your total, so they basically just vanish from your postcount. If they were deleted, then yeah, you aren't seeing them anymore. But if they just got moved to one of those areas where the tally doesn't track, you should still be able to find them on your profile, though I think it only shows up to about 300 posts or something.
That’s not gonna work, I guess, because you’re looking for a special character this time—the @ symbol—and there’s already an Atica out there with just a regular 'a'.
Honestly, you don't even need to sit around waiting for a reply because, let's be real, that change isn't actually going to happen. Just go ahead and register a new username.
The Sapuna forums are acting up with some kind of virus again. Every time I try to load the page, my Google goes absolutely haywire and my antivirus starts freaking out on me too.
So, you might as well just go ahead and register a new handle, I mean, you don't really have a ton of posts anyway, and besides, it’s not like you’re even planning on sticking around to deal with sales anymore, right? 🙂
rustydrifter10 is an admin over in the red section, so you're basically gonna end up with the same result anyway 😁 And yeah, honestly, that’s probably not even the smartest move, I mean, why even encourage people to get themselves banned? It just doesn't make any sense if you think about it.
Look, the forum admin already told you it’s a no-go, so that’s really that. I mean, there's no way a supermod is gonna try and push back against the admin, right? 🤷
I can't really explain it better, but basically, this subforum is just for everything that isn't airing on our local TV networks—you know, stuff you can only catch via streaming services or some other out-of-market provider.
I mean, this Reddit site is definitely running on a massive Mainframe, which probably runs up a bill of several thousand bucks every single month. But honestly, I’m pretty sure—actually, I'm fairly certain—that the ad revenue probably covers like 80% of those costs, maybe even the whole damn thing if they play their cards right. I don't really know exactly when they started seeing actual profit, but I think I read somewhere that they've been in the black since maybe 2006.
I mean, you actually have to reach out to Tyndall once you get the permit, rather than just checking it off on there 🙂 So, you should probably get in touch with Tyndall regarding unknown.
I just had to jump on here because I honestly can’t wrap my head around the fact that one of the moderators actually looked me in the eye and claimed that none of the quotes from the original post in this appeal even warrant a ban.
I mean, seriously people, where is this forum even heading? 🤦
It’s clearly not enough to just have a conversation anymore; we apparently need to sit them down and give them a masterclass on what moderation actually means, and maybe teach them how to tell the difference between someone sharing an opinion and someone being outright abusive.
Look, that isn't something you can just toggle on your own profile or anything; it's actually the admin handling everything through the backend control panel, so it really has zero to do with your most recent activity or whatever you were just doing.
