Hold up, we’ve already had two whole pages of people trying to help you out here, and you haven't even bothered to pop over to a CVS or Walgreens to grab a pregnancy test? Like, seriously, just spend like $10 to rule that out first! 🙄
Start there since you can totally handle that from your own couch. Once you know it's not that, go see your primary care doctor to get the ball rolling. Just be upfront with them—tell them you've lost some weight recently and that your periods have been super light and late. Ask them to run a urine culture and check your thyroid levels too.
dustypuma4 said:Lehigh Valley is where all the hikers hang out👎
Haha, yeah, if you show up on a Tuesday at 6 AM while you're still dreaming... 😉 the trails are crawling with hikers!
But on the weekends? Forget about it. That's when everyone hits the trails in Small Town, USA, the Appalachian Mountains, or heads out toward Mount Rainier and Clearwater...
Honestly, you need a bit of experience to really know which trails get slammed and when.
Look, I don't even go down the paved roads; I’m strictly hitting those heavy off-road trails. Like, this last time out in the Lehigh Valley, I got caught on a tree root because I lost focus for just one second. 😁 (The bike's totally fine though... 😍 )
Honestly, you definitely banged up your ankle. It's not just a sprain, because if it were, you wouldn't be able to stand on it at all—you've definitely got some bruising going on there.. I seriously wrecked my hip once; I could actually feel the hematoma right under my skin (well, after the scab fell off anyway). Let me tell you, sleeping on that side was a total nightmare for an entire week..
Angela Wright said:Grab some Bivouac spray and just blast it on—your hair will be gone in a heartbeat!👍 Looks like you’re in the exact same crew as my boyfriend! He’s obsessed with hitting the trails on his mountain bike too, so he’s always lugging around a Bivouac kit and that spray in his pack just in case.😁
Look, I don't even count it as a real wipeout unless I'm hitting at least 45 mph! Anything slower than that? Honestly, just a little bump in the road. If I'm not flying, I'm not really riding! 😛 Even the coach is packing heat in his backpack! He’s got everything—gauze, medical tape, disinfectant, and bandages... he's basically a walking first-aid kit! 😁
dustypuma4—get this, about a month and a half ago, I dealt with a similar injury on my side, just a bit larger, and they actually gave me a tetanus shot on the spot. Honestly, you might want to look into that too. Since you probably didn't get your last booster until maybe senior year of high school, it’s been well over five years now... I think. Better safe than sorry! 😁
Look, breasts aren't held up by muscles—it’s all about those Cooper's ligaments. So, Vittina's whole theory just doesn't hold water because once you stretch those ligaments out, they don't just snap back into place. And trust me, if gravity and the sheer weight of your free-floating girls are pulling on them, they *are* going to stretch. 😉 Honestly, just wear a bra! Unless you're in some super specific situation, the most important thing is finding one that's actually comfy and getting the fit right. Based on the threads over at Reddit, it feels like a ton of girls have absolutely no clue what their actual size is...
Susan Vaughn46 said:I know plenty of women who’ve dealt with this when they were switching up their birth control... For some, it was two weeks late, while others actually got it early....
Totally! Like, when I was down at the beach in Florida, my cycle would be all over the place—sometimes early, sometimes a week or two late...
Man, I once went 72 hours without sleep—I won't even get into how much of a wreck I looked, but I was hearing literal buzzing in my ears, everything was spinning, and I’d just stare at a single spot on the wall, totally lost in my own head. It got so bad they actually had to shake me to snap me back to reality... After that, I crashed for a solid 15 hours and finally felt human again.. 😁 Honestly, the absolute worst three weeks of my life were when I was working the graveyard shift. No matter how exhausted or dead on my feet I felt during the day, I could only manage about 4 or 5 hours of sleep before my body would just reject it. My whole system was completely trashed. 👎
Usually, I pull about 6 or 7 hours a night, rarely anything more than that..

If I were you, I’d check out Peloton—they make awesome stuff, I actually have a few pieces of their gear at my place, and it won't break the bank.
I’ve got a Peloton elliptical myself and I am totally loving it! But man, this guy is specifically hunting for *professional-grade* equipment and sounds ready to drop some serious cash on it. Even though Peloton is great, it's really more for home use rather than what he's looking for... 😉
Seriously though, guys, they even ship all over the US... damn! They honestly owe me a commission at this point since I’ve been hyping them up so much lately.. 😂
Edit: icucek, man, this Centaurus treadmill is out of this world.. 🙏
lonegardener said:It's worth it in the long run—skating is easily seven times more fun than biking.
Oh, really? You think it's exactly seven times better? 🙄 They must have poured billions of dollars into that "scientific" study! What a total waste of cash, considering how subjective that whole thing is... I don't know, man, maybe check if you've got a few brain cells left working up there before you drop such "brilliant" generalizations next time. 🙄
Man, this just totally reminded me of when I was out with my sister about five years ago (somewhere around June). We were stuck in this massive line at the Medicare office on Juicich Street—it was absolutely packed, like a thousand people waiting outside. My sis was just a step ahead of me in line when suddenly, this woman—she was a big lady, easily 220 pounds—just collapsed right next to her! I saw the whole thing happen, but I couldn't get to them. The crazy part? Nobody even tried to help! Everyone just shuffled back a bit to make room, except for my sister, who’s tiny—maybe maybe 100 pounds tops. She immediately dove in to try and catch the woman (so you had 220 pounds of person plus the impact... total chaos!). And then there’s this guy standing right next to her, probably in his late 30s, tall and built, just staring off at the trees like nothing was happening! I totally lost it and snapped at him, like, "Have you no shame? This girl is struggling here and you're just standing there like an idiot!" He had the nerve to tell me it wasn't his problem. Then my sister piped up with a comment, and this absolute psycho actually shoved her! I jumped out of line to give that jerk a piece of my mind, he swung at me (ouch!), and then this huge dude standing near me—total powerhouse hands—pushed through and straight-up broke that guy's nose. Of course, security kicked all of us out of the line immediately. 😁
Anyway, why am I even bringing this up? 🤔 Honestly, I don't know. I guess just a heads-up to watch where you fall, because there are some real morons out there who won't even blink if you collapse right in front of them. 😛
So, the follicular phase is basically your pre-ovulation window. It actually kicks off on the very first day of your period because while the uterine lining is shedding, your ovaries are already busy prepping a new egg—which means that’s when you had your blood drawn. 🙂 During this stage, you’d typically see elevated levels of FSH and, obviously, estrogen. The ovulation phase? Well, you know how that goes... 😉 Then you've got the luteal phase, which happens post-ovulation. This is when your LH levels spike to support the corpus luteum, and that little thing pumps out all the progesterone you need.

Hey, check out what's popping on weather.com! 😬

Hey! What's up? Man, it is absolutely scorching out there today! We’re hitting a solid 32°C, and honestly, I am feeling every single bit of it. It's one of those days where you just want to crank the AC to max and stay glued to the couch with a huge iced coffee. Stay hydrated, everyone!
Precip 10%
The wind's blowing from the north-northwest! 6.2 milesHey! Just checking in. What's up? Max humidity hit 48%! Not too bad at all! Watch out, folks! The UV index is hitting 8—that’s Very high! Seriously, don't be that person walking around without sunscreen today. I learned that the hard way last summer during a trip to Phoenix, and let me tell you, looking like a lobster is definitely not my vibe. Grab your shades and some SPF!
I honestly feel like things have finally started to clear up a bit today. I’m actually pretty sure about it—while I was hitting it hard at my workout earlier, I didn't get that scary feeling like my lungs were about to catch fire... 🙄 At home, I just opened all the windows to let a nice breeze blow through, so I'm keeping the AC turned off until later this afternoon... 😁
It reminds me of this one time when my dad was trying to sell his car. I was only about nine years old, and this guy pulls up to our house and asks him, "So, have you guys ever had any accidents with this thing?" My dad, being the absolute saint he is, goes, "Of course not!" And there I am, totally stunned, like, "Um, excuse me? Uncle Boris fixed it like three times, don't you remember?!" 😉
The bottom line is: let the girl sell her stuff!
@Carol Sanchez16/">@@Carol Sanchez16: Honestly, I tried selling my Rollerblade skates that I paid $400 way too much for, and even after listing them for $500 after basically zero use, I couldn't get a single person to bite. A friend told me people just aren't that into buying used skates for all sorts of reasons. In the end, I just gave them to my little cousin. Good luck with everything! 🙂

Seriously though, what is up with that damn table? Like, why on earth has it been sitting in that exact same spot for twenty years straight? It’s driving me crazy!😁
