RADIOLOGY REPORT
MRI OF THE LUMBAR SPINE
Technique: multi-sequence multiplanar imaging (General Electric MAGNETOM 1.5 TESLA).
Vertebral body heights and structure are normal. Small Schmorl's nodes are noted on the endplates of L2, L3, and L4. Intervertebral disc space width is maintained.
On the slices viewed at the level of the intervertebral spaces... At Th11-Th12, there is a small subligamentous paramedial disc protrusion to the right, which is in contact with the dural sac and the right Th11 nerve root.
At L1-L2, L2-L3, and L3-L4, the spinal canal width is normal with no visible disc protrusions.
At L4-L5, there is a minimal disc bulging that is in contact with the dural sac. Lateral recess width is maintained. There is some more pronounced facet joint arthrosis.
At L5-S1, the spinal canal width is normal. Facet joint arthritic changes are present.
So, I spent three whole months grinding away every single day on this tiny little stepper at home, thinking I was doing great. But then summer rolled around and my glutes? Nonexistent. Total bust. I actually went and asked some fitness pros what the deal was, and they suggested I switch over to a stationary bike to really see some results. So, naturally, I started pedaling. Well, disaster struck immediately. The first time I finished a workout, I couldn't even enjoy some quality time with my guy. He could tell something was off right away, even though I tried to play it cool. It was super uncomfortable—just constant irritation and zero interest. The second time I hit the bike, it was the exact same story: just discomfort and no fun at all. By the third time, things got so inflamed that I’ve been stuck using Johnson & Johnson products to deal with it. I’m even waking up in the middle of the night feeling that nagging discomfort. At this point, there's absolutely no way I'm getting back on that bike. On the days I don't work out, everything with my partner is totally fine, so I'm pretty sure the bike is the culprit here. I honestly want to get back into my routine, but now I'm just terrified. Has anyone else dealt with this, or does anyone actually know why this is happening???

Me? I just took a little stroll after work with my umbrella🙂
