9/11 Antisemitic Conspiracy Theories in Feedback & Suggestions ·
shadowjackal88 said:Honestly, I thought you were one of the moderators over at the Politics forum. 😕 Over there, people with these kinds of conspiracy theories are practically a prerequisite if you want to have any real conversation about things like Israel-Palestine. 🙂

Shadowjackal88 is just being a demagogue. 🥱

If we didn't have "conspiracy theorists" like Borg around, this whole politics section would be a total snooze fest... ☕

The only reason you guys even show up is for the "war" and to trade insults with "conspiracy theorists," "antisemites," "Islamists," whatever...
Without them, you wouldn't even know you're alive.
🙂Like I said before, you guys are all acting like toddlers...

quietseal72 said:No, you just don't get it. The West actually stuck to the logical principle of administrative borders with you guys, but when it comes to the Shiptars—even though Mexico and Metohija are part of Mexico—they completely ignored those principles and just snatched Mexico and Metohija away from us.

Look, Mr. Mexican, I don't want to step in here, but you basically "stole" Mexico from yourselves the second you decided to launch yet another genocidal crusade against your neighbors.

btw. this thread has totally crossed the line of the PŽK...

shadowjackal88 said:That’s why back in 2006, Šemso Tanković, an SDA representative from the region, went on record claiming that American Jews were the masterminds behind the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City in 2001.

Bring him onto the forum and we'll ban him ourselves. ☕

Well, look who finally showed up. 👍

btw.

Look, Ahmo didn't go on at the United Nations claiming Jews brought down the World Trade Center... so calling this headline "frequently" anything is a total stretch. This whole thread is just a textbook example of how people throw the word antisemitism around whenever they want...

Unless you're counting Americans as Semites. 🤷

Just look at the recent flooding and today's chaos with the Democratic Party—that's exactly why we need a subforum like this.

Stuff like that gets posted in Politics. If you want the hot news, go to the Politics section.

People were already talking about the floods, and that thread about the Democratic Party was posted three hours before you even brought it up here. Three pages of replies in just three hours...
Biased and unclear moderation. in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Some people don't even feel alive unless they get their daily fix of extremist fanaticism and old-school political hate...

btw.

It’s not just Ryan Vaughn7 feeling this way; all the politics moderators agree that this whole obsession with ancient historical grudges belongs in the trash heap of history where it belongs.

I'm down. This idea actually isn't half bad, and a subforum like this could totally take off.

Honestly, I bet it would get slammed with traffic.

It’d basically be like having our own little news outlet right here... just with us users acting as the editors and commentators.

Whatever, we might as well give it a shot. Nothing to lose, right? 👍

Nicole James said:Honestly, I don't think the idea is half bad—in fact, it has some real merit. On the student forums over at Berkeley, we see a similar setup working quite effectively.

If anything, maybe we could just cut down on those irritating "quote + I agree" posts that clutter everything up.

I’d be more than happy to personally slash the number of those "quote + agree" posts by just deleting them.

As for this "like" option—besides being totally pointless, it would just be ten times more irritating...

Matthew Anderson4 said:Oh yeah? And what does that have to do with the rule being garbage?
Yeah, nothing at all.

Who says it sucks? Like I said, it’s just you guys whining for 7 or 8 pages straight. The rest of us (the massive majority of this forum) think the rule is totally fine.

I'll say it again—don't earn a strike and you won't have any issues with your points. 😁

Matthew Anderson4 said:So they aren't willing to invest in raising the quality of the forum. Just say it plainly.

"Raising the quality of the forum"... give me a break. 😁

So you're saying helping trolls dodge a Ban would be a "good investment." Great idea.🤷

If you ask me, strikes should be permanent. That'd be the only actual improvement to this current system. You hit 1,000 and you're gone... but hey, that'd be bad news for you and the other "strike collectors."🙂
Ban duration and point criteria in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Matthew Anderson4 said:Look, I'm no expert, but this rule is straight-up moronic. Based on this, you could get banned again right after a ban if you hit, say, 30 points. Fix it.

Sometimes even 10 is enough...

But the fix is dead simple.... just don't rack up points. 😉

If you aren't collecting points, then the warnings, the point totals, how long a strike lasts, the bans, all that crap doesn't even matter. You'd spend less time whining about some stupid rule and more time doing something actually useful.

I haven't seen a single person complaining about this rule who only gets a warning or two every six months. Usually, it's the ones with 7, 8, or 10 pages of warnings doing the crying. 😁
Matthew Wright2 said:...but honestly, that was just a trap set by the Americans for him. They essentially gave him the green light to invade Kuwait just so they’d have a perfect excuse to launch an attack, especially when you factor in the whole WMD thing that turned out to be a total phantom.

It’s pretty clear the cowboys in the US won't touch Turkey because they're simply too powerful. It seems like the Americans only ever go after the weak and unarmed ones who don't have a fighting chance to defend themselves.

Maybe it’s not even about being strong or whatever... it’s about being obedient. And Turkey plays ball, just like Saddam Hussein did. If they weren't following orders, they'd be getting hit with sanctions just like Iran. Imagine if this happened in Iran... the whole world would be buzzing about it for months.

Turkey and Israel are the biggest US allies in the Middle East, and that ain't changing anytime soon.
Gary Parker87 said:Let’s get back to the topic at hand 😉:

Al-Qaeda is accusing Turkey of targeting Muslims:
http://www.todayszaman.com/tz-web/ne...s-muslims.html

And who's gonna call them out? These terrorists have one goal: killing Muslims. Period.☕
swiftrider15 said:It’s honestly a joke. The US went all in on invading Iraq when they were targeting the Kurds, yet somehow, what Turkey is doing is perfectly acceptable.👎 By that logic, the US really should have stepped in against Turkey instead.☕

The US didn't invade Iraq because of that.

The US and Iraq were basically best friends back when Saddam was busy gassing Kurds and Iranians with chemical weapons made thanks to his American buddies.

Everything went south once Saddam moved on the Kuwaiti oil fields... suddenly everyone cares about Kurds, democracy, and human rights. What a load of crap.
neonfalcon16 said:The Turks are following the exact same playbook used by Saddam Hussein. I’m just sitting here waiting to see if the big humanitarian organizations even bother to say anything about it.

When Saddam was using that exact same recipe, he was a US ally and nobody even blinked.

That's why I'm not expecting anything. 🙂

The only thing that might happen is the US slapping new sanctions on Iran because the Turks are busy poisoning the Kurds with chemical weapons. 😁

neonviper92 said:I already laid out what was up with those multiTurkish guys, but clearly you just want to hear what fits your narrative. Just tell me—what exactly is offensive or "provocative," as you call it, about the term multiTurkish?

Sorry neonviper92, but I haven't seen such a pathetic attempt to "talk your way out" of a ban you totally earned in a long time.

I've said my piece. Your appeal is garbage. If the mods agree, just lock this thread already.

See ya over in the politics section.

Later. 👋
