Kingsman movie (2020) in Movies ·
Can I just jump straight into this movie without seeing the first two? Honestly, I’m not really feeling up for marathon-watching an entire trilogy right now. 🤷
Batgirl (2022) in Movies ·
You can totally see the resemblance between Simmons and Batgirl ☕

Seriously though, why does Diversitywood always seem to have an issue with redheads? If I remember correctly from the animated series and the comics 🤔

The Unforgivable (2021) in Movies ·
Just watched it—solid, engaging flick with some twists you won't see coming (though a few felt a bit shaky logically, but whatever). The first half plays more like a drama, then it shifts into a thriller/mystery vibe for the second. Sandra Bullock was incredible, though maybe she leaned a little too hard into the "scared" act at times? 🤔8/10

Passion Fish shouldn't have even been up for Best Original Screenplay—Light Sleeper would've been a way better pick.

As for The Boss Baby, instead of an Animated Feature nomination, it should've just taken home a Golden Raspberry. 🤣 🤣

And James Cromwell? He deserved a Leading Actor nomination for Babe, not Supporting..

Well, Cromwell is a supporting character here. It's not like they're going to nominate a pig. 🙏🙏🙏

Anyone else would’ve asked you about the partial by now—since you're...
Just a liar.
b) uneducated
c) rude
d) Not very bright.

This guy is pretty much your twin—except you aren't some Italian fascist skillfully masking a deep-seated obsession with Mussolini's "Mediterranean Empire."

Alright, I've gotta say—this one’s starting to rub me the wrong way.

Then there’s this next patient—honestly, a waste of breath to even argue with him. His actions pretty much speak for themselves.

And one last thing—this guy basically showed up in the States like some kid with nothing to his name, then used pure, raw talent to land himself a spot straight into the special forces.🤣
So then he just kept fighting—from the very first day right through to the last.🤣
Well, he went and got himself an education—damn.🤣
So then he went ahead and bought half of America with his own two hands—everything done with nothing but his own ten fingers...🤣

Come on, you little guys—start actually living your lives. Then maybe old fossils like Oštrić won't get under your skin so easily.☕

Can I get banned for signing up for the PŽK? Or do I actually have some freedom to say what I want here—before I decide how to respond to this guy on the forum?

In all fairness, it’d be such a shame if this site went dark. It’s basically a massive library of collective knowledge and experience.

Plus, there isn't really a solid alternative out there in American (there's almost nothing comparable).

Hajde, one influencer thinking she could take down this site—I get that part—but it really surprised me that the old-timers would actually buy into that story.
This place isn't going anywhere; we might get some occasional hiccups here and there, but we're pretty stubborn...😁

I don't know, I just saw the thread over on Reddit. Some date was mentioned. At first, I thought it was just a joke, but now I'm starting to wonder. 🤔

If there’s one thing that makes me happy about Reddit shutting down, it’s that I won't have to deal with people constantly worshipping St. Thomas anymore. Or all that trolling from that little crybaby—how is it that his posts don't even get deleted when almost every single one of them is just him being a troll?
Thoughts on the 2022 Hellraiser reboot? in Movies ·
I guess I might be the only horror fan out there who’s only seen the original—once, ages ago—and didn't even really dig it 🤷
So, it’s a long shot that I’ll sit through this remake either. But hey, you never know. Maybe a sudden wave of extreme boredom will hit me and I'll give in

Kevin Brooks said:I can’t even put into words how bad this looks. It just feels like one massive, pathetic joke.

And Stewartica? She can't act to save her life. She’s just sitting there with the same vacant expression the whole time. It's awful.
Based on the trailer alone, it would be an absolute embarrassment if she were even nominated for anything, let alone actually winning an award.

She isn't even close to the level of the actress in The Crown. (I can't remember how old she is—not that I feel like looking it up.)

I'm with you—that second trailer looks even worse. I don't get why all the film critics and internet snobs are hyping this role up so much.

On the flip side, Elizabeth looks great as the Queen. Not quite Mirren-style, but she totally outshines Stewartica.🙏
Escape Room (2019) in Movies ·
Just finished the sequel. Honestly? Not nearly as good as the first one—the puzzles felt way more basic and the plot was kind of a letdown—but still worth a watch if you have some time. 5/10.
The first half was pretty rough on me, and honestly, I’m skipping the second part just because of Amber. Justice for Johnny Depp 🎉
Thoughts on Spencer (2021)? in Movies ·
Am I really the only one who thinks Stewartica is terrible as Diana? She just doesn't capture her essence at all—aside from the look, which doesn't even matter when it comes to Stewartica. Plus, the movie itself doesn't look great. But hey, with how much they're pushing her, she might end up snagging a statue (probably Hudsonica for Aretha).
Jungle Cruise (2021) in Movies ·
Just watched it—wasn't really feeling it. It starts off okay, but then it just drags and feels way too over-the-top. Honestly, The Rock and Bluntic don't work together at all, and her brother is just unnecessary—kind of an irritant, actually. I also didn't really get why they even had Paul Giamatti in there; what a waste of his talent for such a tiny cameo 6/10

Emily Sullivan6 said:I’ll admit, I was actually holding out a little hope—just a tiny, unrealistic sliver of hope—that maybe, just maybe, Lionel Messi would swing by Hajduk Split to give them some much-needed momentum, especially since his contract had wrapped up and he was technically a free agent.

But let’s be real: after that whole missed opportunity with Luka Modrić, they’ve gone and blinked again with Messi because they didn't even bother to put an official offer on the table.

I mean, there were plenty of clubs throwing everything but the kitchen sink at him to get him on board, but Hajduk Split? They didn't even try.

Hajduk Split is way too big and prestigious to be chasing after nobodies or amateurs😁

goldenhound32 said:How can the court claim too many movies were made if you haven't even seen one? 🤷

I only saw the original when I was a kid—maybe 11 or 12—and I liked it.

We'll just have to see if Jordan Peele brings something fresh to the table, or if he's just going to rip off the original.

There aren't actually that many—only three in total. I watched them all ages ago; the first one is a classic, and the sequels are alright (the second is better than the third, which was pretty mediocre to me).

Is this a remake or a sequel? On IMDb, they don't even mention the original under connections 🤷
Cruella de Vil (2021) in Movies ·
Honestly, this movie felt completely unnecessary to me. And that’s saying something, especially since Glenn Close is the only one who actually nails the role of Cruella—well, if you count the animated version too, of course. It would’ve been a much better use of time to just make something brand new and innovative, or maybe adapt a story that actually deserves the big screen treatment.
John Smith and stalking in Feedback & Suggestions ·

Between the constant stalking, the flame wars, and jumping down people's throats while tossing out yellow cards, basically Smith is just a cyberbully, along with a few other sidekicks like Judah and whoever else.

This kind of behavior is honestly unacceptable—it's just shameful. We need to stand up for Wikipedia and everyone else dealing with online harassment. I can personally vouch for what Johnson & Co. puts people through, too—I’ve had him following my posts with obnoxious, borderline insulting comments for a while now, though I eventually just hit the ignore button. 🙂
It’s honestly such a bummer when high-quality members leave—especially from that PDF thread.

American (as our friend Đuka would say)—you're definitely going to be missed. Catch you next time—hopefully sooner rather than later. 👋

Just watched it. Honestly? I’m pretty disappointed—it was incredibly dull and felt like a total slog, especially with that predictable plot twist.
