I didn't quite finish the whole thing, but from what I can tell, my husband is absolutely obsessed! Apparently, they show actual footage at the very end... but I am NOT spoiling that for anyone!!!!! The only thing I'll say is that this cartoon definitely isn't for everyone!

Honestly, this movie was just painfully tedious and dragged on way too long given how little actually happens in the plot.
I feel like I wasted my life sitting through this.
The entire thing is just one endless cycle of people breaking up and hugging, then meeting up and hugging again—it’s constant. There wasn't a single scene in the whole damn movie that actually hit me emotionally. 🤮And don't even get me started on that kid; his acting was absolutely pathetic.
Honestly, this was a surprisingly great movie considering it’s about zombies... I usually can't stand zombie flicks, but this one is definitely worth a watch for any horror fan out there. 👍

So, I’ve been sitting here thinking about it, and I think I finally figured out the end... though honestly, I have no idea how it didn't hit me sooner. Anyway, ( So, I finally figured it out. She sees her little girl at the end there in the cave because she’s been trapped in that hole for so long that she’s straight-up hallucinating. They actually mention this earlier in the movie—they say that when a person stays underground for that kind of time, they start losing their grip on reality. I honestly thought she died just because she saw her daughter, but clearly, I was being an idiot. My bad. 😵)
It’s the exact same story over here, though my blood pressure stays mostly in the normal range—it dips here and there, but nothing crazy. Still, my hands and feet are perpetually freezing... and I know damn well it's because of the cigarettes! I'm a total addict, it's pathetic!

Right now, those two are the only ones sticking in my head, though there were plenty more back in the day. Honestly, I refuse to sit through a movie unless I catch the trailer first... I don't even know why I do it. It’s just how I am, but man, I end up getting totally screwed over sometimes when I skip them. ☕
We actually had someone just like that in our group 🙄 . She’d sit there writing these little love letters to herself and then act all coy, claiming some mysterious guy was sending them to her... poor 😢 . Honestly, she was making stuff up left and right, but eventually, we just called her out on it—straight to her face. After we confronted her, she finally backed off and stopped the lying nonsense.

I was honestly wondering why nobody had started a thread about this movie yet.. 🤷 I caught the trailer maybe two or three weeks ago and I actually liked what I saw... but I wasn't about to go through the trouble of downloading it until someone else confirmed it’s actually good. Look, this is exactly why you shouldn't bother with those American remakes. Just watch the original (REC) and everything would be perfectly clear. ☕

So, it turns out the whole virus thing actually kicked off from a dog belonging to this one little girl. Basically, some guy was up in an attic running tests on glassware with all sorts of different chemicals, trying to cook up some kind of drug that would be easy to use for killing people. Then, out of nowhere, the pup eats an infected glass beaker or something, and yeah... that’s how it spreads to the kid, and then you know the rest. Total mess. ☕
Honestly, the movie was a total disaster... just boring... predictable... I didn't feel a single spark of excitement the whole time... what can I even say? 👎 I'm just so incredibly disappointed. 😢
