I can't keep up when the original threads just vanish into thin air—gone before you can even blink. What gives?

slycrane94 said:Discrimination is an active choice. It’s refusing someone a job because they’re a woman, Black, White, Japanese, or brown-eyed, and so on.
Claiming that women or blondes get under your skin is just your opinion, and you're entitled to it. Likewise, others are entitled to think your opinion is complete nonsense.
As for what Alex Barnes8 allows, you'll have to ask her. It's no secret that my views on what should be permitted and hers don't align in the slightest.
Say that certain women or blondes get under your skin—that’s your opinion, and you have every right to hold it. Of course, others have just as much right to think your opinion is absolute garbage.
If you want to know what Nice actually permits—well, just go ask her. It’s common knowledge that my take on what should be allowed is worlds apart from hers—not even close.

The law exists to protect women from things like being denied a job just because they're female, not to force everyone to hold polite opinions or kiss their asses.
If he were calling for violence against women or telling employers to fire them, then we'd have a case. But he wasn't saying that, so the law has no business stepping in here. A person has a right to their opinion and to express it, no matter how much it gets under your skin. I'm sure there are plenty of people whose opinions get under yours, yet here you are, still posting on Reddit.

Because of this kind of communication—and frankly, this behavior—we recently had a total meltdown over at the PŽK. Is anyone actually surprised?
It’s nice to see you stepped up as a moderator—though, to be honest, I haven't really caught sight of you over on the ZK lately.
placidorca16 said:Dear moderators,
It’s honestly wild how several threads regarding feminism—currently active over in Politics (specifically those regarding "feminist protection of domestic abusers" and various "feminism" discussions)—are completely ignoring blatant sexism, misogyny, and direct violations of the Constitution and federal laws, not to mention international standards. A few users (the original poster, along with felix, bongo, and others, plus the thread starter) are basically just insulting women and their capabilities in general—spreading outright lies about female intelligence and skill as if they were "facts," despite having zero evidence to back any of it up. It's baffling that the mods aren't stepping in, especially since these posts have already been reported.
Does this mean the owners of this forum also endorse the misogyny, sexism, and falsehoods being directed at women?
I’m looking for an official statement from the administration here—this isn't just a breach of forum rules, it’s a violation of the Constitution and the laws of the USA, as well as the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

I also agree that there is a specific group of users on Reddit who constantly lie, troll, and insult others. They refuse to acknowledge when they are being corrected, pretending they haven't even read what was said. To be perfectly honest, I have had quite enough of you all because of this. You have been mentally exhausting.
Furthermore, I previously reached out to Axon to ask if it were possible to trace these forum users' real identities through their Intel addresses and what legal steps could be taken. They can confirm I asked. I was told, however, that there isn't much that can be done.
Therefore, I AM in favor of police intervention!
Let the truth finally come to light!
Death to lies!
I must say, this is truly hilarious:the third issue is the moderator Tyler Cruz32, who openly sides with the group I mentioned while simultaneously displaying blatant intolerance toward Muslims in the Religion subforum.
Nick, please write a summary regarding the bans here on Reddit.
How much longer must these distortions against me be tolerated?
Because, when one is accused of something they aren't doing, perhaps one should actually start doing it.
I believe I will take a month-long break from Religion.
I contacted the Stars today.

What would we even call this new subforum—and more importantly, what’s the actual point of it? Look, I have nothing against starting a Catholicism thread, but if we go down that road, every other denomination is going to demand their own space too. That would absolutely blow up the Religion section. Sure, it’s fine to brainstorm a dedicated subforum to house all of this, but we actually need a clear name and a defined purpose first. After all, the final call doesn't just rest with the admins—it's ultimately up to Anderlon.
Daniel Ward87 said:You didn't quite catch my drift. There’s no rule saying people can't wish each other a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year on a PDF. That wasn't even what he was complaining about, and that definitely wasn't his reason for posting. Honestly, I’m not going to drag this out any further because there’s really no point. It’s just one person claiming one thing while I claim another. Let's just agree to disagree; dragging this on is just a waste of time spent trying to prove someone else wrong.
It's true that the religion subforum isn't just a private club for believers. There isn't an exclusive section on this forum reserved for any specific group of people. Religion is a topic anyone can jump into, as long as you're registered and don't have any active bans preventing you from posting here or in that subforum. It’s not about gatekeeping; everyone has the right to share their thoughts on the subject, provided they play by the rules. I don't see why pointing out that the religion subforum isn't an exclusive space should be taken as an attack on believers or anyone else. It’s just a plain old fact.
Religion is basically a space for us to chat about faith, different religions, and anything else that falls under that umbrella. This isn't just for strictly "religious" debates—sometimes people might just be phrasing things a bit weirdly, and that's okay too.
Religion isn't just for the religious types, and spirituality isn't strictly for the non-religious or pagans either. Every sub-forum here is open to everyone.
Morgan Rodriguez57 said:On all the other PDFs on this forum, during "those days," you can start a thread to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year without any drama or incidents at all... except for on the main religion PDF... 🙏
Richard James2 said:No, the real question is whether it’s necessary. Anderlon can easily view believers as borderline psychopaths if he wants, but as the owner of this Forum, I assume it’s in his best interest to make every corner of this place a pleasant, well-moderated space for people who just came here to spend a bit of their free time. If that's the goal, then yes, there is a clear interest in setting those standards from the jump. Looking at the state of things here, it’s obvious that managing and civilizing discussions isn't exactly smooth sailing when people instead choose to ramp up tensions while simultaneously breaking the forum rules (!) on the most banal, everyday holiday threads.
And since we’re already tearing into things, let's be real: one particular user once got flagged and turned bright red on the very PDF they were supposed to be moderating, simply because they couldn't keep their own antagonisms under control. But even keeping that in mind, all this ranting is pointless. Some old lady complaining about cookies—nobody gains anything now by retroactively handing out a yellow card because someone wrote their post in English or engaged in obvious trolling meant to provoke hyper-pathetic reactions, which was clearly the intent. We could argue endlessly about how petty someone can be by refusing to even type "Merry Christmas" in the designated thread, or staying silent because the Christian Messiah gives them heartburn—but yeah, it’s all redundant. It’s proven that changing the discourse on this Forum doesn't happen without the head honcho getting a serious earful. Good luck with that. Honestly, it surprises me that anyone still has the willpower to read the Religion section; you people are absolute folk heroes.
Merry Christmas (I mean the season, not the day). 🙂

Who even wants to live forever? I mean, without the chance to finally just crash and merge back into the universe. If there’s no end, there’s no such thing as a beginning.
Benjamin Taylor6 said:Every single time I drift off, I feel like I’m slipping into absolute nothingness. My entire sense of "self" just... evaporates. Then, when the dreaming starts, this weird, surreal world begins to take shape. It makes me wonder—when would someone actually *want* to cease to exist? It wouldn't be out of boredom, obviously. No one hits that metaphorical reset button just because they're restless. But if you were sitting under the interrogation lights at a black site, or facing some unimaginable physical or mental agony? That’s different. That’s what drives people to the edge—the idea that it's better for the "I" to simply vanish than to endure a lifetime of hellish pain.
Existence, on its own, isn't really enough. It's what we *do* while we exist that matters. Think about this hypothetical scenario: imagine that right before you die, scientists extract your brain and plug it into some high-tech cyborg—a state-of-the-art android or something. You’re still "you," and you can technically do everything you used to do, just through a mechanical interface. Now, picture an earthquake hitting, burying you deep underground. They never find you. Your brain is still alive and functioning inside that machine, but you're trapped. You can't move, you can't feel anything from the outside world. There’s no pain, but there’s also no input. You’re just a consciousness trapped in a loop, thinking about nothing but itself. In that situation, would you hit the switch to end it all? Or would you choose to keep existing for the next two thousand years, as long as the tiny nuclear reactor powering your robotic shell keeps your brain ticking?
