I honestly couldn't believe it when my aunt told me her hair had turned completely white overnight following the day her mother passed away... She woke up one morning with a shock of white roots, which was wild because she’s always had hair as dark as a midnight sky... It just goes to show that anything is possible these days.
I’ve actually jumped on the rollerblading bandwagon too... I started up last month, then bailed, and now I'm back at it again. I usually get out for about an hour at a time. By the time I get home, I’m bright red, but honestly, I don't regret it one bit. Beyond that, skating really helps blow off steam and decompress—definitely beats just sitting on the couch staring at the TV. It feels good knowing I'm actually doing something productive for my physical health.
I can't say for sure how much it reshapes your physique, but after a session, I can feel every single muscle working... especially in my legs and glutes.
If you actually focus on your movements while you're gliding, you'll realize you're engaging your entire body... from your shoulders down to your heels. That’s not really the case with most other workouts.
You just have to try it for yourself...
And as for the idea of going skating with coworkers... forget about it. It turns into a total waste of time. You spend the whole time waiting for them, or they're waiting for you, or someone has to stop because "oh, I can't do this," or "let's just go grab a drink instead."🙄 In that case, you might as well stay home.

And you’re supposed to be a doctor?? Can you help me out too?
I won't be able to close my eyes tonight.. I've read way too much stuff about this...all this talk about moles, and now I'm literally feeling nauseous because I'm convinced I have melanoma.. 😢 I know I'm being terrible, I'm panicking..but my mole is everything it shouldn't be...it's larger..it's black with brown tones..it has this weird growth on it, almost like a wart..
I'm losing it...and I'll probably be rushing back to this thread tomorrow because my fingers are moving faster than my brain can process this.
Taylor Allen said:It’s totally possible here in the States too... though, from what I keep hearing, things might actually be better over in Russia... 😕
That seems a bit silly.. My husband works in a clinic where they perform laser procedures, and based on everything he tells me, they handle quite a few operations and seem to do them correctly. I honestly don't see why anyone would feel the need to travel all the way to Russia for that when you can find high-quality options right here in the US or even in neighboring countries. I doubt the quality is any worse than what they offer in Russia..🤷 You really should do some actual research...
It's true that I wouldn't opt for anything here in America if I felt like they were cutting corners right in front of my eyes... But things work differently here; it's a different standard altogether—better and more refined. We are in Switzerland, after all... Here is a link so you can go look for yourself.. www.laservis.ch
Cyrtec’s first options are definitely more potent, but there’s a catch... they tend to make you drowsy. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean it'll happen to you if you're taking his specific brand, but he claims they outperform the alternatives much better than the rest. Cerzin—he mentioned those are decent enough and don't cause side effects, but they just lack the punch.
So, those are the two options. They worked wonders for him.
The price usually tops out at around $15... or whatever $13 costs. Once you factor in shipping, it won't break the bank by much. Anyway, I hope this helps you out. Good luck.
I just realized it’s not actually the blood draw I’m dreading, it’s the results...😢 Going to pick up my lab reports today...wish me luck...
As for those bruises on your arms...my sister absolutely demolished my vein during her last attempt. It’s been eight days since the draw and I’ve still got this nasty bruise. It looks pretty rough, but I'll live...
Back when I was living in the States, Belodin worked wonders for me. I used to suffer from absolutely brutal allergies to everything—pollen was the worst. Even while I was working in a flower shop, it was a nightmare. I’d get these intense headaches, too; just felt terrible. A woman at the local pharmacy gave me a course of Belodin for 14 days, and it cleared everything right up. And look at me now... this year, it’s like my allergies never even existed. I don't have a single symptom, not even a trace.
As for medications abroad... they have certain tablets over there... I can't recall the exact name, but my husband used them a few months back. I can give you the name once he gets home. Then you can just do a quick search online to see if they can be ordered. They were some kind of Swiss tablets.
Honestly, I’m not entirely sure what the underlying cause is, but I deal with the exact same thing. My doctor suggested it might be tied to poor circulation, and to be perfectly upfront, I also struggle with anemia. I run into this issue constantly, especially when I’m active or out in the heat... it gets way too hot... Then, the moment the temperature drops a bit... I just freeze up. My nose and hands go completely numb. Even if I just sit still for a little while, I start feeling the chill.
And yeah, the doctor basically told me there isn't much they can do about it. They just suggested I take some over-the-counter circulation supplements if it’s really bothering me that much. I honestly would have been better off asking a random person on a street corner in Chicago for medical advice.🙄

There are medical procedures out there that would actually make your blood run cold... yet here you all are, acting like a simple blood draw is some kind of major ordeal.🤷
Everyone tends to blow their own issues way out of proportion.
I actually tried to donate blood once, but they sent me straight home, so I can't really find any comfort in thinking my donation might save someone's life... My blood is basically pink because I deal with chronic anemia... when the machine started pumping, the nurse just shut the whole thing down and told me to come back once my levels recovered, or else she’d be the one needing a transfusion from me right there on the table. At this point, they’re better off just drawing water if they absolutely have to take something from me... 😁

haha... instead of actually being able to focus in that ridiculous bathroom, I end up laughing like a total idiot... it just doesn't work for me... haha
And as for the whole blood thing... It honestly makes me feel terrible to think that someone could be carrying my blood...😂
But truthfully, it makes me physically sick to think that I might end up carrying someone else's blood... ugh...😢
Oh, come on, it’s perfectly normal.. Look, I get the anxiety too—I’m not some little kid.. There was even a day when my husband had to practically drag me to the doctor like I was being difficult... let's just say I was a complete mess.. When fear kicks in, I’m helpless. From seeing doctors to getting blood drawn... I was so paralyzed by nerves I couldn't even provide a urine sample.. So you see, you aren't alone in this...
And that fear of finding out something might be wrong? That might actually be the root cause.. I deal with that exact same dread myself... but honestly, if there is an issue, it’s better to catch it now rather than waiting until it's too late..
They drew my blood recently... my wife helped me through it while they took five different vials.. And don't worry, it’s not like the bleeding just keeps going forever.. How could you even imagine that happening??🙄 It’ll be fine... hang in there..
I went in a few days ago😁😁 and honestly, it was intense... I thought I was going to die... that’s how bad it felt🙂 but hey, I survived...😍 The thing is, the nurse absolutely wrecked my vein—it looks like a minefield in there now. It's this massive bruise, though it's turning green already... every time it throbs, I just remember how much those needles were digging in.😁 I felt like a little kid again...
Look, if you're in the same boat, just brace yourself... and seriously, stop watching when they do it...
I honestly can’t tell what your deal is... but it’s just standard behavior: the moment someone starts losing weight, everyone immediately jumps in to start their little crusade. That’s just how people work. They jump straight to diagnoses—anorexia, bulimia, you name it. They just invent illnesses to fit their narrative.
If you actually know how much you're eating, and if you have the self-control to stay grounded despite their unsolicited advice and constant comments, then you should just tune them out entirely.
However, if you find yourself genuinely doubting whether you're sliding toward an eating disorder, it would be wise to seek professional help on your own terms before things get out of hand.
From what I can see, you seem happy with where you are right now. Typically, someone struggling with anorexia has a distorted body image, constantly perceiving themselves as overweight or at their heaviest when they aren't.
The truth is, nothing in this world is "perfect." Being overweight isn't ideal, but neither is being underweight. There is always a healthy middle ground that every individual needs to recognize for themselves.
So, how did the whole situation with the missing tampon actually wrap up? I’m curious about the outcome, though I can't speak for everyone else here...🙄
Justin Murphy30 said:What’s the best way to pack on 10 to 20 pounds? Is there a shortcut, or what's the "healthy" way to actually put on some weight?
Honestly, I feel like these kinds of threads are just bait to mess with those of us trying to lose weight...😁 just kidding...
Look, I’ve never really dealt with this issue myself, so... I don't know. If the standard advice for losing weight is to eat about 500 calories less than your maintenance level—based on your current weight and height—and factor in physical activity... then you’d logically need to do the exact opposite and eat significantly more than that surplus.
Maybe I'm oversimplifying things here, but I don't really have a smarter strategy for gaining mass than that.
Good grief, Carol Brooks41, you’re going to lose your mind... and probably go bankrupt over these tests too.. I’ve told you before: just walk away from this forum and stop obsessing, because you’re never going to get the amount you're looking for.
How could you possibly succeed when you're under constant pressure and acting like someone is out to get you?... You're just chasing ghosts at this point... And let’s be real—you aren't pregnant... for the thousandth time... Honestly, I’m already counting down the days until Thursday so I can finally leave, because you’re driving me crazy. The only reason I even show up here is to see what kind of wild new idea you've cooked up next...😁
Just let everything be fine... don't make life harder than it needs to be...
So, you basically wasted your money on those tests, but oh well...
And honestly, even without running all those tests, we already knew you weren't pregnant..😉
Maybe it's just some kind of inflammation? You'll get the full picture on Thursday.. Definitely keep me posted.. I'm hoping everything turns out fine and that this isn't something caused by mixing up those random pills of yours.. Hang in there.
